Since then, i am automatically subscribed for the same and every month rs.30 is being cut. Now i don not wanted it. Kindly arrange for cancelling it. I may be greatful 4 this...m.ulaganathan(ongc)

BSNL — Deactivate Humshakal from my mobile

Sir,
i am bearing phone no [protected].i was unknowingly activated
a value added service named Humshakal.I have been charged
Rs 10 per week.So I want to deactivate this service .Please do something to deactivate this service.

Sir/Madam, With due respect I humbly want to submit my complaint regarding 'Fever Service of BSNL and it's alliance handygo' I got a message from BSNL on my BSNL mobile number [protected] from last few months, "Thank-u for ur subscription of fever services and now you will get charged Rs. 8 per week for this Service" till now as today is I am almost daily humbly complaining in BSNL Customer Care to terminate this Service but They every time gave me complaint numbers and not helping me even their Senior Executives use to hold my call for upto 30 minutes and harrassing me by making false statements and promises of termination of the service they even most of the times gave me wrong information that cost me wastage of money and time as they provide wrong keywords to send to paid numbers of BSNL Sir I even visited and complaint in BSNLexchange of my city but got no Solution inspite of even many promises Now Plz help me as I already lost my alots of money, valued time and my trust on my mobile service provider BSNL. I even have all the complaint numbers that I got from BSNL's msg Service and even the names of the employees of BSNL who make false promises. I can provide that to u also. Plz Plz Plz help me as I never use this service rather they are providing free Download of Games. main bsnl ka custmer hu mera no. 252882 hai jis per maine brod band le rakha hai.
bsnl se mujhe caller id phone milna tha jo ki mujhe nahi mila. bsnl office ke cheker kat kat ker pareshan ho gaya hu jabki kai logo ko bina karan ye sheva muheya karai ja chuki hai. or hamare kai bar kahne per bhi isks koi fayda nahi hai.

BSNL — Against Tel. no.-WLL4/293810

My Tel. no.-WLL4/293810 Consumer No.Z6414Z7 had been disconnected from Oct.2009, several complaint done in BSNL- GOMIA, they suggested to pay the bill of Nov & Dec.2009 to re-connect the line. After that paid the same but till does not connect them but they send bill every month.

BSNL — caller tune to be deactivated

since last six months i am trying to deactivate my caller tune and unwanted messages to be stopped. Recently they have deducted amount for Govt. jobs from my prepaid. kindly stop my all nuisance messages and above said subject.

my land phone no is[protected]. i have broadband connection with 500 combo plan. As i am a A.P. Government service employee. i submit 20% deduction for my monthly bill formalities. as my regular bill proves it is not considered sofar. pls peruse this matter as early as possible.

BSNL — Customer care no 1500 not working

I have been trying to call 1500 bsnl customer care but when i press the appropriate options and wanted to talk to customer care executive it starts ringing and suddenly a hold music comes on for very long time untill i hangs the phone up. everytime i call on this number same thing happens.
