BSNL — PLAN CONVERSION
My Name is R.RAVI BABU. Phone nuber[protected]. Iam using 150 ruppes internet plan for 1GB.Due to my usage i put a request on 23 APR 2010, to convert my plan from 1GB to unlimited.
So they need to convert my plan from next month onwards. but they didn't convert my plan so i got my bill 4892 instead of 500+Tax.
they are saying that my phone deposit details not available.
But i paid my deposit on 1991. they didn't update that details on their computer. thats not my mistake
i send my written complaint to
GM, AGM, SDEPR, A/O.
But no use
whom i have to contact to solve my problem.

BSNL — Unwanted Value added service
I want to deactivate Mobile Investor Value added service from my mobile no. [protected]. Many times i send SMS to service provider but they take no Action and deduct the money and renewed the service pack.BSNL — DEACTIVATION OF MY NUMBER

BSNL — Transfer of BSNL connection and Broadband
Applied for the transfer of BSNL connection from marathahalli to k.r puram in january 2010. But till now I could not get it done, despite of calling them continously. I do not anyone who is/will be waiting for the about 9 months for any type of transfer. As a last hope trying whether this could work or not. Would be glad if some help is being done in this respect.Details are as follows:

I have a bsnl landline connection number[protected] which has not been working for the past six month. The same problem we are facing last three years. I had met near our telephone office with concern person more than 10 times. They are refusing to activate this line and also they are not ready to provide wireless phone which i was booked since month over .
Therefore, I requesting to concern high authority to get my connection working as soon as possible. I am facing so many problems in communication with my children’s who was studying in abroad.

BSNL LANDLINE UNSERVICEABLE — LAND LINE UNATTENDED
I am a costumer of land line since 1986 having telephone no[protected]. Since the beginning I had lots of problem related to false/excess billing etc. despite all odd, I kept the land line to use broad band service in future as well as I feel land line telephone gives an identity too.But for last one year the service in my place became un bearable. Telephone became literally a showpiece. It hardly works & no one can relay on the service in case of emergency. I am serving outside leaving behind my old ailing parents. But the telephone bills comes regularly with out service. I requested the authority several times to rectify the problem but now they too are no giving any heed to my complain. Hence unwillingly I gave application to disconnect it immediately. After all how long can I pay bills with out any service.
So request to provide a wll telephone with same number till the cable problem to my premises is rectified.

I have filled the Online Registration form for both new landline and broadband now over 10 times. No one replies or nothing is sent to me confirming that my request has been received.It appears as though the online form has been set up without any system setup to handle it. What kind of pathetic setup is this. Why do they have an online request service if it is not being actively looked after. This is absolutely appalling and very very bad business. They show big ads but lack service and responsibility to customers. They should be ashamed of yourselves. Ridiculously bad management that is almost criminal.
i want to unsubscribe from the humshakal service. i dont know what kind of a service this is and haven't availed it yet. to know my mobile no. pls send a mail to my gmail id.

since from 2 months there is no proper signal , no speed , more than 50 times i have called officers but they are not responcing properly .......... uncomfortable

BSNL — Internet facility not available in the mobile connection even after multiple complaints in the customer care of BSNL.
Dear Sir,I have been unable to access internet from any mobile phone using my SIM card. I have made several complaints since in the customer care of BSNL and each time I have been given a different complaint number. There has been no action taken by the service provider and I still live with the same problem. Each time I have inquired with the given complaint number, I have been told that it will be fixed as soon as possible.
Since the time I am using this connection, I have made at least 3 complaints and each time I have been given a separate complaint number. The problem still persists. I have personally visited the nearby telephone exchange, requesting them to look into this matter but all efforts have gone in vain. Since number portability has not yet been introduced in India, I cannot change my service provider as well.
As an ultimate attempt, I am making the same complaint in this forum, hoping that some action will be taken. request you to look into this matter as I am feeling really helpless in this matter.
