I to was charged rs 25/- for some content renewal and mesage number is
[protected]. I didn't even know what the hell is this content renewal. I called bsnl customer service at 1503 and complaint it. I asked refund they said it cant be done and a complaint number was provided to me and till now not received 25 rupees. I received message of deduction 25 rupees at night 3 am.
they told to send message to 1909 STAR DND.
BSNL is a govt body and why they are acting like this, I dont know. Airtel is better with validity and has more options, good service. I will stop this service. You can save money in Airtel compare to BSNL.

Hello Everybody i am also Using 750ul but 1st i was also having a bad downloading speed of around 32 kbps
but there is way all u have to o is that just dowload a software called DAP and also use CHEAT ENGINE FOR U will get the speed og 60kbps but that is also slow i download movies of 700mb but that takes a long time all we need is the 250 kbps but we r not getting can any one help me

For my mobile no.[protected], I sent sms GPRS89 and GPRS89Y to 53733 on the following dates : 25/09/2010, 07/10/2010, 08/10/2010, 12/10/2010,13/10/210, and 14/10/2010. For these sms, no activation is mad by BSNL

BSNL — BSNL broadband not yet connected

I have applied for BSNL broadband connection (ph[protected]on 17th june. 20 days back concerned person gave me user id and password.but till now it is not connected and activated.every time i approch him the answere was today it would be done.i am really sick of this.adsl link is not coming and nobody is looking afterthis. i am in a dilemma whether to continue with my connection or to disconnect.Please help in this regard.

I have taken broad band connection on 25.05.2010 vide Regn. no. 959391 and Land line number[protected]. I am serving in State Bank of India. I have submitted all required papers. But the benefit of discount is not given to me in spite of personally complaint. Kindly do the needful to give the benefit of discount and refund me the amount of discount. With due respect I humbly want to submit my complaint regarding 'Fever Service of BSNL and it's alliance handygo' I got a message from BSNL on my BSNL mobile number [protected] from last few months, "Thank-u for ur subscription of fever services and now you will get charged Rs. 8 per week for this Service" till now as today is I am almost daily humbly complaining in BSNL Customer Care to terminate this Service but They every time gave me complaint numbers and not helping me even their Senior Executives use to hold my call for upto 30 minutes and harrassing me by making false statements and promises of termination of the service they even most of the times gave me wrong information that cost me wastage of money and time as they provide wrong keywords to send to paid numbers of BSNL Sir I even visited and complaint in BSNL exchange of my city but got no Solution in spite of even many promises Now please help me as I already lost my a lots of money, valued time and my trust on my mobile service provider BSNL. I even have all the complaint numbers that I got from BSNL's msg Service and even the names of the employees of BSNL who make false promises. I can provide that to u also. Plz Plz Plz help me as I never use this service rather they are providing free Download of Games. I even never applied for this service.I will be very thankful to you i[censored] kindly help me.

BSNL Excel Prepaid Mobile - 9433403872 — Unnecessarily Deducting money from Prepaid balance

On 19th September, 2010 I suddenly received an SMS from 53030020 saying that my MISSU subscription has been created and Rs. 30/- was deducted. I called the Customer Care and said that I have not sent any SMS regarding this and asked them to show my request for availing this service. They said that unknowingly I might have pressed something due to which this happened. Now my question is am I an illiterate person that I will press anything without knowing. However, they did not listen to me and I had to forget those 30 rupees.
Then I called the customer care and to told them to deactivate this service. They told they had done so. Again I called 5-6 times and asked whether that service has been deactivated or not, they said it was done.
But again on 19th October another Rs. 20/- was deducted from my prepaid balance saying that this service has been renewed.
Now I have lodged a complaint[protected] and even email was sent to BSNL GM (Customer Services), but there has been no utility.
A total of Rs. 50/- has been my loss till now.

BSNL 3G Lw272 — speed is too less

I have faced problem with Teracom LW272 usb data card. Though BSNL in their site demanded the "DATA SPEED" of this kind of modem as "3.6MBPS", while connecting the same in the internet it shows "Max Received Speed 48KBps". I have given the complain to BSNL customer care, but they were not able to give any solution. I have written a mail to Teracom sales department, but still now they are silent.
