BSNL — Frustrating BSNL Employees

In BSNL, all the employees are very lazy, they are not fullfilling their job completely. Each and every employee of BSNL did not want to take initiative to solve the problem of customers. The peoples in BSNL move customers to one official to another which frustrated the customers

To deactivate Music Station service, dial 12630033. You will get the IVRS. Press 4, and then at the next prompt, press 5. Hooray! You are deactivated from this stupid, extortionate, service of BSNL.

Note that this is a toll-free number. So all of you keep dialing and tell all your friends to keep dialing this number to get some of your own back on BSNL.

Dear sir,
I am getting unwanted messages from 58888(and from others) for various subscription,like disney channel.They themselve sent the jokes and themselves confirm the subscription with certain charges. We don't have the time to see these messages.These messages disturb from our work. These messages are killing the important time of the people and hence the ecconomy of our country. There must be strict punnishment to such organisation who involed in this activity.

BSNL — Registration problem

I am a subsriber of BSNL land line with broadband facility. I wish to pay the bills online to BSNL. I comes under Ernakulam BSNL and I am unable to register or make payments at the Ernakulam BSNL site. The site reports invalid consumer number / invalid telephone number. My telephone number is [protected] and consumer number is 92367062.

My sim has been blocked. My ph.no is [protected]. My sim no.[protected] 1426. Plz help me.

Rubbish behaviour of customer care executives. Their behaviour just like all other Govt. offices. I need my customer ID. If any one get this complaint in BSNL office . Kindly oblige me as to provide my customer ID.

BSNL — about BSNL 3g sim lost

i have lost my bsnl 3g prepaid sim since yesterday night.i want to register a FIR from which the company should provide me the new sim of the same number.

i agree with all company rules.

I GOT ACTIVATED FOR CRICKET ALERTS SINCE 4 MONTHS AND I AM UNABLE TO DEACTIVATE THE ALERTS .I AM GETTING MESSAGES FROM 54000 .PLEASE SEND ME DETAILS OF HOW TO DEACTIVATE.

BSNL — Non receipt of bill

I got BSNL Mobile connection on 16 July 2010. I have not received any bill so far. Despite my registering an online complaint with them, the position is the same. Though I got phone call from the BSNL Office, yet the problem is not rectified. Now, no body picks up that phone from where the call was received. Now, BSNL portal is also not working. BSNL — wrong reduction and non availability of service

i recharged my bharat sanchar nigam limited BSNL mobile with voucher of rs.500 on 30 October 2010 for availing free std and local call facility to any BSNL number,but this service stooped or deactivated on 4 November 2010 and balance was deducted from my account

BSNL — regulation of ringtones

sir, i am ajnish kumar gupta with my mobile no. [protected] of bsnl. Sir few month back i had used a bsnl ring tone for my callers which was for one month,but they deduct regularlly after few days. This is intollarable for me but i can not change my no. so i m tollarating this. Plz chech my sms history and analyse this that how i feel bad on them. Plz take a strict action against them for there deduction
