BSNL EVDO and 3G — No availability of bsnl evdo and 3g in west bengal, Hooghly, JIRAT.....

.No service of bsnl evdo and 3g is NOT available in west bengal, JIRAT .. While they lunch it in 2009....


I have a request for them to active the service with in 20th february 2011... Plz i will be helpful by this.....:)

BSNL — PLAN CHANGE NOT ACCEPTING

This is to complaint about the plan change in BSNL.

BSNL has recently announced the new plan for rural areas.

We residing at thorapalli agraharam village hosur Krishnagiri Dt. and opting for the new plan. But in customer service dept they are not accepting this plan change.

BSNL — NEW PLAN FOR RURAL NOT ACCEPTING

I have opted for a BSNL broadband plan new connection Rural combo 250 plan.

Customer service centre not accepting the Rural combo plan without any reasons.

BSNL prepaid 3G Data Card — connection problem in validity period

In my BSNL 3G data card amont and validity period are available but allways connection errior no 619 show. In this connection, I have lodged complain but not rectify. My 3G connection no. is [protected].

BSNL — non recharge of TOP UP Coupon

Top up coupon Sr.No.[protected] for Rs.55. and Secret code no.[protected] does not recharge to my mobile number[protected].
Since trying 6.11.10 onwards, but not recharged sofar. and also complaint given to the customer care of BSNL. They have told to recharge on 07.11.10.but not recharged to till now.

This is clear cheating that without any consent you are deducting money from my prepaid mobile account.
Please stop immediately the hindu devotional service pack or any pack on my mobile. Otherwise I shall be forced to go in consumer court as advised by your call center executive to protect myself from cheating.

BSNL 2G New SIM — sim registration failed

bsnl 2G number:[protected] has not been registered and granted access to all services. i request sir/madam you to activate the number as quickly as possible

I Regret to inform you that I am OYT
subscriber of BSNL #[protected]. Since two months my phone is not working
inspite of daily complants at 198.I had also contacted senior officers but
of no avail.

I was informed that the exchange at
malkajgiri is faulty & the General Manager is also aware of it. No action
is being taken to rectifier the faulty exchange by the GM.

I request the GM to take action
immediately and to rectify the fault immediately or else my deposite may be
reimbursed so that i can go for some other branded telephone as I am
unnessarily paying heavy telephone bills to BSNL.

BSNL — Top-up recharge

I have topup recharg of Rs.110 from BSNL to my no.[protected] at[protected], my bank balance is debit but I dont get talk time.
Credit my balance or give me talk time

BSNL GSM services — regular call dropping due to poor network services

i am bsnl consumer since last 2.5 year but i am facing poor n/w problem from last three months. i made complaint many time to customer-care but still i am facing the call drop problem due to this i had to reattempt the call etc
some time on incoming call the amount is deduced within same LSA.
my last complaint docket no given by bsnl support team is [protected] but the problem is remain same.i received the msg from bsnl that "dear customer thanks you for calling bsnl wireless call center ,your docket no is [protected] for complaint booked at our call center on sep 6 2010 11:45 AM. thank u. BSNL SUPPORT ",(sender 52765) after 24 hour the next MSG was came that ur problem is resolved but yet i am facing such type of problem.

Due to some official & networking bounding i am not able to change the operator by changing my number.
so plz do the needfull as soon as possible.

BSNL — NOT ABLE SEND MONEY FROM DUBAI TO CELL IN INDIA
