BSNL — Mobile Topup

Dear sir
I made online top up for rs 110.00 on 7th oct 2010, I received the message "sales transaction could not be processed for this mobile number, contact customer service" , my bank transaction shows deduction of rs 110. and even I got the transaction id from the bsnl site ie TKT[protected] at 7.49pm. Regarding this I made a complaint and got the docket no ie KT [protected] on 11/10/2010. I made various attempts in getting my balance back.but up till now nothing has happened. I am really fed up with the customer call center service who does not have proper manners to talk to the customer. For getting connected to the call center we need to wait for min 10minutes and when get connected they cut the line. Then just imagine how the customer feel in getting connected to the customer call center repeatedly.

I am the owner of land line Phone[protected], but this phone is out of order till last one month and I reported to the concerned office but i am very much dissatissfied with your service. My address is that Surinder KumarS/o Sh. Vashisht Dev Ward No.10 Grewal Street . Near Khalsa Tailor.Mansa(Punjab) I am bokking several of complaints for the last 1 month, the service man is not coming to my home. Kindly service my complaint to the related authority for favourable response.

i got a message at 1:10 am on 25/11/2011 from number[protected] saying that you have been charged rs. 100 for downloading a premium game! but actually i did not do any download for such a game. in message at last written for more download visit wap.handygo.com

i have gprs 98rs. pack activated in my mobile generally surf and download in my computer from many months.
when i call customer care he did not give me satisfied answer and when i say to note my complain and give me complain number he refused to write my complain by saying do your complain tomorrow.
now how can i get my lost balance??
