BSNL — Quality of service decreasing day by day...

I have a BSNL connection. My no is [protected].
I have a prob that i can't able to send SMS to a particular AIRTEL number from more than 3-4 months ago. I have complained this prob to the customer care of BSNL a lots & lots of time.
But this prob is still fully unsolved.
Now form 2-3days i found that I can't get sms from that Airtel number in time. When i received any sms from that number,i found that is sent a long ago.
So now i'm fully dissatisfied,exhausted & hopeless from BSNL.
By this site I just want to ask an question to the higher authority of BSNL that ‘is my prob is too difficult to solve for you???’
