BSNL — Broadband not responding from last month

Respected Sir/Madam

I am facing too much trouble in operating my BSNL Broadband since last month. I use to visit local office on daily basis but their is no positive response. So, its a request to please assist me as soon as possible. Will be very thankful.

BSNL — SIM card not started working after month

Dear sir, I have purchased a 3g data card a month ago(12 April), it started after followup of 2 weeks then again it was suspended. I was told by retailer that person who collects documents has submitted to wrong place and asked for documents again. On 5 May 2011 he re collected docs and told me it will be activated within 3 days. Please let me know why BSNL sim card takes more than a month to start working where other service providers activate it within few minutes?

BSNL — unusual deduction from mobile balance

Respected Sir,
I have a bsnl no. [protected]. From this no. an amount of Rs. 40 deducted regarding mobile tv on 1.05.2011 without any reason. when i enquired about it to the customer care executive, they replied me that amount of Rs. 40 will not be refunded but service will deactivate automatically. On 10.05.2011, again an amount of Rs. 40 has been deducted from my mobile balance for renewal.
Sir, again i enquired about this deduction to the bsnl customer care executive, again they told me that it's not their fault. then who is responsible for this ? plz take few action on my complaint.

I have lost my SIM along with my handset while I was Journey to my Hometown Kangra. Now I have to stay in Kangra for few days. I am unable to loge FIR and Complaint at Chandigarh BSNL Office . BSNL — Unsubscribe Videshi Tashan

I am having BSNL prepaid mobile no. [protected].
Rs. 20 has been deducted 2 times from my account balance for subscription of VIDESHI TASHAN.
I have not subscribed to it and never used the services.
Please Deactivate it and do not activate it in future.

BSNL — not receiving sms from resonance kota

i am prepaid customer of bsnl. i have deactivated DND service on 29/01/11.
but i m not receiving sms from resonance kota.

BSNL — Deactivate Music Station

Hi

My number is [protected] which is a prepaid BSNL connection in Bangalore.

There is some music station subscription activated on my number for which I am charged Rs. 30 monthly . Please deactivate it as soon as possible.
