BSNL — MNP for mobile number

I am BSNL mobile customer and willing to terminate BSNL mobile services under MNP facility. I have applied for MNP since last 2 months, but as per the other service provider where I am willing to activate mobile services, BSNL is not providing the “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) which is necessary for this MNP.
Not sure what is the rule here and why BSNL is not giving NOC for MNP. Please assist and do the needful.

BSNL — cancel GOD plan

To bsnl,
I kindly request you to cancel the GOD plan which is included with my broadband charges.Though i have cancelled out this plan, it remains continued with my bsnl services. i don't wanna continue since it offer me extra 200rs/,which i cannot afford. so -please stop this GOD plan as soon as possible... BSNL — BROADBAND WAIVER OF 20%

I AM THE BSNL LAND LINE CONSUMER AS WELL AS BROAD BAND USER. I HAVE BEEN PROVIDED THE BROAD BAND SERVICES FROM OCTOBER 2010. AS I AM PERMANENT EMPLOYEE OF STATE BANK OF INDIA. AS PER NORMS OF BSNL BROAD BAND CHARGES IS 20% OFF FOR GOVT /PUBLIC SECTOR EMPLOYEE. I HAVE GIVEN SEVERAL TIMES REMINDER AND WRITTEN COMPLAINT ON 15/01/2011. STILL THE CONCESSION IS PENDING. I HAVE PERSONALY VISITED THE MAHANAGAR OFFICE. ACCOUNTS OFFICER AND COMMERCIAL OFFICER GAVE ASSURANCE BUT NO USE. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND WAIVE THE 20% CHARGES FROM OCTOBER 2010.

BSNL — MNP rejected by BSNL due to silly contractual agreement

I applied for porting my BSNL number ([protected]) from BSNL to Airtel and Airtel accepted my documents also. But the request (BE465232) was rejected later by BSNL citing “contractual agremeent”. I wonder what was that contractual agreement? Can anybody help?

i was purchase bsnl 3g cug mobile from Akola district, Maharashtra [protected]and recharge with Rs 109 from net banking balance is deducted from my acount still outgoing service is not activated

I was purchase bsnl cug from krishi mahasanchar it is recharge with Rs 109 from net banking balance is deducted from my account but still up to it is not activateed pl start out going service immediatly or communicate if any problem

BSNL — unintended message subscriptions

Dear Sir,My phone number is [protected].I have not subscribed any jokes and other subscriptions.but every month on 24th I get deducted Rs 20,not to mention so many other unintended marketting messages that I get from telemarketing companies.I have complained several times at BSNL local office but so far no help in this regard.I am loosing my money and time for something that I have never subscribed.Please unsubscribe me for everything that my a/c might be assiciated with.Regards NRS

dear sir i am custmer of BSNL pre paid mobile service . my no. is [protected] .charged for bollywood pack Rs. 8/- per weak by company from no.[protected] from 18 month .
