Buyatbrands.com — Order not delivered

Is www.buyatbrands.com a genuine website from where one can purchase stuff. I recently purchased a product from them and paid additional for express courier service. However I have not got delivery yet. I've sent them emails, written on their website under "Contact us", but no response yet. Also they have a mobile # advertised. For the past three days it is coming as switched off. Can someone let me know?

I also has doubt regarding authenticity of the buyatbrands. I also placed order with additional courier charges, but more than ten days passed I hav'nt received any product yet. The no. they provided is switched off. Need Help & Suggestion for further action.

I have tried the first number. Tried for 10-15 times then they finally answered. But as always, the reply was that the order is shipped, we dont why you didnt get it. You should have got it today. I will check with the team. Please wait for one more day.

I placed an order on 23rd april. since then, all I am doing is following up !!! I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN THROUGH THIS WEBSITE.

I would suggest all buyers not to buy from buyatbrands. I bought 14 reebok watches from them in one order to gift it to my employees.. but all of them seem to be fake with worst packaging. The boxes have dents and seems very old like collected from rubbish. Dont buy from this company friends.. The worst part is they dont even have a number to speak to them. It is annoying to email them and wait for day to get a response.

I am facing the same problem with them. I had ordered 2 watches. about a month ago order no 000336., The customer care no is always switched off and I sent them about 20-30 mails. to which i only two were reverted stating the order to be delivered in 2 days which never happened. I feel I have blocked my money by purchasing from this website. you land up spending money and the order is never delivered. I also read a complaint from the past employee and now i have started to feel that this website is complete fraud. I got to know about this website through Khojguru and now I have a negative perception about this website as well.

I purchased online a pair of shoes with Order No. 105432 & model no. on Dt.[protected] by "FASHNVIA.COM". They claimed their service with slogan "Original Brands : Top Quality : FREE Shipping : Quick Delivery : Honest."
After passing 7 days I checked my account status regarding delivery of my order on the site of FASHNVIA.COM, which shows me the status pending. I inquired about this telephonically. The person answered that the order i placed yet not received at their end, so they would not deliver it up to another one week. But still yet on 20th may, 2011 I found status of my order pending and no body is picking up phone. So, how the promoters like FASHNVIA.COM claims to fulfill the words of their "slogan". Now, after so many days, I mailed them to request to refund my money. Hope, they will refund my full amount..!! I have left no option but to complain here for the justice.

I have purchased one UCB white dial watch on 26th April2011 through online.After 25days I won't received my item.This website is totally fraud.Please don't purchase anything from this fraud website.

My experience with Buyatbrands had been very bad. [order 001184]

I ordered a Casio watch 558 D, under the deals they had, to avail the deal I purchased a coupon of Rs. 300 from other site.

I order the watch, the watch I received was a FAKE one, (though they say it had manufacturing defect, but I'm sure it was a fake piece)

I asked them to replace the watch with a genuine one (or without manufacturing defect).
They had the watch available on site without the deal, but they said they will not be able to replace the watch as now its not under the deal.

SO I Assume They Sell only FAKE watch under deals, and i[censored] want genuine you get them at the price that you pay anywhere else.
They have refunded my amount to close the deal, but I have already lost the amount that I paid for coupon and the shipping the fake watch back.

My suggestion to all of you planning to buy from BuyAtBrand, ensure that you are getting a genuine item, get the item received verified at the authorized dealer or better still don't buy.

My experiece with Buy at Brands.com is very terrible. I ordered casio watches from the site for international shipment. They accepted the order. Two weeks have passed i havent received any shipment tracking number. Every time I call them (Mr. Siwakar Chopra) he keeps on saying that will mail you today and today never comes. The service is very very very very poor. My order number is #1381 .

I specislly called him before placing the order and have elaborated my needs and conditions (regarding shipment and all). At the time of placing the order he agreed on all. But know he keeps on saying that it will take time. Its not in my hands. It depednds on dealer and crappy things like this.
I pledge to never buy anything from Buy at Brands.com.

Dear Buy at Brands,

This is in continuation to my complaint addressed above on 8th Nov. As you have mentioned in your response and as I talked to the concerned person at your firm regarding shipping on 14th, So I decided to wait till 14th Nov which is today. Apart from waiting for so long I havent received the shipment details. Moreover when I called Mr. Swikaar Chopra in morning he assured me that he has received the slip with all the details and will scan and mail me.
After not getting mail I dialed him again in the evening and he said that he has sent a person to fetch the slip and would mail me as soon as he gets it.
After not receiving it till no (8:30) PM I have called him and messaged him and he is not responding.
Now tell me what should I do??
Should I wait for some more lies from you and your people?
This is not the first time I am purchasing something online but this is the first time I am purchasing from buyatbrands.com. All my earlier experiences with online shopping were with flipkart, letsbuy, myntra.com and all of them were a fabulous experience. But sorry to say that I would rate it as my worst decision to buy from buyatbrands .com.
People at your company keeps on lying upfront on phone without any hesitation and you employ such people.
My order is worth 43490/- Rs. It would be great if you people can clear the real status of my order #1381.

And ya one more thing he was asking me on phone to remove my complaints from the forum, my advice to you and your team is to stop lying to your customers and work efficiently instead of begging your customers to not complaint.

Today is 15th, My order status is still not clear. Today when i called the concerned person he said he has other works to do and is not receiving my phone calls. I cant understanding what you people get by cheating others.

Please Please Please now its more than 3 weeks kindly tell me something about my order. Are you gonna deliver it or are you going to cancel it or will you continue lying

I ordered on May 31st. The fact that the customer care number is left un-attended is intolerable. I dont think that they are into some serious business. Rs 1176 loss!

Dont buy any product from buyatbrands... they dont deliver it on time and dont even pick up phone or reply through email when you try to contact them.

Before I ordered a 7.25k Titan Raga watch I contacted their customer care service to know whether they can deliver it on or before Friday. That time they said "Sir we assure you that you will get your product delivered on or before Friday just select 150rs delivery option(they have 3 kinds of delivery options)". I did the same thing and I have also mentioned in the note while ordering that I need it before Friday since I am leaving from bangalore to my hometown on Friday, but when I contacted(after trying for hell lot of time) them on Friday to know the status they told me that they will ship it today(so they have not even shipped the product before Friday). They dont care about the customer, they just want to sell the product. I have ordered a lot of product from Flipkart, Snapdeal, Letsbuy and they have always delivered the product within 1-3days.

I purchased Casio Edifice Watch from them. No Warranty card was given. Also when i take watch to Casio center, they told it's fake. Can someone help to recover back money from BuyatBrands for this cheating they did.

Order No.002657 has been ordered on 05.07.2012 and the status is yet to be updated.
