First i am getting shocked because Generally to get service in warranty we need to submit the proof of Purchase of Machine where as here canon service center are demanding me and also forcing me to purchase canon cartridge then only they are ready to service in warranty.

and also we should not refill the print cartridge and also you need to show purchase invoice of new catridge

so DO NOT PURCHASE CANON PRODUCTS THEY ARE VERY POOR IN SERVICE UNDER WARRANTY

    I Ordered a Digital camera on yebhi.com on 27-Jul-2012 that costs around 11600. But cancelled the order because they are not able to deliver in time. After cancellation they converted the amount into voucher instead of returning money back. Once you pay money you will never get back the money. You have to buy something else if you cancel the order and yebhi.com doesnt have many products. Most of the times they wont dispatch you in time.

    CANON CAMERA — Camera Stolen from Cabin-Bag on 18th OCT - 0720

    Hi,
    This is reg a Canon Camera that got stolen from my Cabin-bag today. I travelled from Delhi to bhubaneswar in a small jetlite aircraft which was unable to fit my cabin bag. So I had to give that to the assisting people there to keep that with cargo.
    Please find the below details reg the flight.

    Flight - S2 6143 Date - 18OCT time -0720
    Seat - 05D

    When I got down and checked the cabin bag in bhubnaeswar, I was not able trace that.
    Could you please check that and verify and come back to me with any input von that. I would be really grateful for your help on this.

    CANON CAMERA — I don’t recd. My camera till date.

    I purchase a camera (canon power shot A-470, Serial No. [protected]) from Pixel Communication System P. Ltd against Invoice No. PCSPL/SI/333/08-09 dt. 02.08.08. one day I use the camera but they not work only show the screen memory error. I go to the shop dt. 27.10.08 and tell them problem they told me I sending your camera to canon you Call to customer care. They give me job sheet no. it is JS53379 dt. 27.10.08 and they also told me you recd. Your camera within a week, But I don’t recd. My camera till date. I call and call to customer care but no body help me.
    So Sir please help me and take a action as soon as possible, I am waiting your response.

    Canon digital camera — stolen camera

    I travel with my family from ahmedabad to iad, we change flight in doha.my wife give security officer black hand bag & he take my digital camera from it & pack her bag, she tell him about camera but he dont answer, i tell him from mens line but he dont listen to me.so we lost our digital camera.

    printer is not print any document

    my canon printer is connected with my pc and printer settings are absolutely right but printer is not print of any document.Please solve my problem.

          My name is Ashish patel and I m from Florida USA.

          I came to India for marriage in Nov - Dec 2011. For marriage video and photo I gave a contract to Canon video lab, kalol, gandhinagar ( Mr raju patel / shailesh parsley ). We decide Rs. 75,000.00 for all. We set a time limit becoz my family have to come back to USA. In this period they didn't provide us a photo album and made a promise to courier without cost. So, my father paid all money to them Rs. 71,000.00 ( instead of Rs. 75,000.00 becoz they didn't gave a small album and master copy of photos). As per Rajubhai he will send a courier of reception photo album. But now after my family came in USA they ask money for courier. Rs 5,700.00
          They told us like that pay money first and then after he will dispatch photo albums. How can I trust on him ? What will happen if he say not to courier after receiving money ? They are not picking up our phone calls.

          I want to file a complaint against him. I have a another NRI family who had a same problem against them.
          They are cheating NRI people by this way.
          I appreciative if you take any step against them .

            I Sudipto Bhowmick purchased a Xerox machine (model: image runner 2520). At the time of purchasing the service provider of Canon said that they will come and read the meter every month and the bill will be based on that reading. They will cut 41 paisa per page, which includes toner and spare parts. But they don’t come for checking meter only if there is some problem in the machine they come for that and that time only they check the meter. Either wise they call and ask how much is the reading? The last bill they send was very high. Our meter itself is not showing so much reading. They are saying that they have taken the average and did the bill. We requested that so high bill is not possible for that they can come and check the reading. But they are claiming that they have done the accurate billing. In spite they are forcing to pay the bill. Now we are not in the position of paying so high bill.
            Please take necessary action against them.

              I had a canon dslr 600D camera... I bought it just before 8 months.now the picture perfection of my camera was very poor. Because the smoke gets inside the lens fully.. picture like blurred.i am not satisfied with canon product..

                My name is Renzin & im from India.
                I have bought a Canon 50D dslr camera from UAE about 2 years back.
                I just love my Canon 50D & it gives me very good result when i click.
                but recently camera shows an error message when i tried taking photos in "LANDSCAPE & MANUAL" Mode. Below given the error message that i'm getting.

                ERR 01
                COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE CAMERA AND LENS IS FAULTY.
                CLEAN THE LENS CONTACTS.


                This is the error message i'm getting.
                Somebody please help me to understand what exactly the problem,so that i can tell this in service centre. Otherwise people sitting here in service centre will say something and they will charge more money.

                    I have been sold a laser printer make-canon, model-LBP3108B which has been outdated and has been discontinued by the company since 2010. It is expected that when somebody is buying a product from a company outlet one will get latest model and not a model which has been discontinued by the company. this printer was a little cheaper than LBP2900B and i was told that 3108 is nearly the same as 2900B except that 2900B prints more pages than 3108 and that 3108 is a little faster.

                    I did not know that 3108 has been discontinued . it is unfair and cheating to keep outdated product at the counter in a company outlet. I would not have minded and complained if i had been cheated by some roadside vendor or some other shop at nehru place, but one expects fair dealing at the company outlets. this product is not there on the shelves of any other cannon outlet at gurgaon, new delhi and it is not there on the company website even. i later checked the carton label which says that it was imported way back in 2010!

                    i want this printer to be replaced by the latest model 2900B . and the product should be changed on site.
                    i purchased the printer on 05 may 2012 from challanger computers Ltd(NP), Nehru Place,New Delhi and invoice number is CCL/12-13/R1401 and mode of payment was cash.

                    I had also lodged this complaint at the canon web site too.
                    the problem was solved by the canon executives within a month. I was impressed by the way my complaint was handled by the executives. they were very supportive and their ethics are at par with US and UK. I was refunded all the money by the reluctant vendor. I had what I wanted.
                    I could have got the latest model without any extra payments.
                    It is better to buy a world class product at least you deal with fair people.

                        my canon camera got not working due to lens error having its lens out in even in OFF condition.
                        i submit it to a service center at gorakhpur who send it to gurgaon to check it.
                        3 to 4 days ago when i called at service center(gorakhpur) they said camera lens is damage & it will take Rs. 6369/-
                        then i wrote a mail at canon website and they reply with two photographs of mine camera damaged kens and missing upper part of lens.
                        i had not submitted it to in this condition.
                        in his receipt of customer copy he also wrote lens error as a problem.
                        what can i do now?

                          My Name is sambhaji sirsath. Recently i purchased a Canon mp 287 printer from Star Cj included a Anti virous & 1000 Rupees gift voucher of an unknown Brand as a Gift. Somehow from the very first day theAnti virous is not Recived have call Star CJ for the same but all i have got is just a harrasment. Everytime whenever i call their customer care executives they used to say that they will do that same. And one of the exec said in a very cheap lang ” Free mein aur kya maharaja mixer grinder loge?”



                          I never asker star CJ to provide gift hampers but i[censored] are representing something on a National TV. You shouldnt behave like this. This is the way u r treating Customers. Since i have not received any call from their side. What do i do. Plz suggest.

                          Instead of getting an apology or a service call from the company i am receiving threatning call from them. saying that do whatever u want we will not do anything.

                          Provide a solution for this pathetic Product.

                              Here is the following points of our complaints:
                              · Purchased Canon Copier IC 2018N on[protected] under the DGS & D Rate contract
                              · Copier Serial No. MWG 125 98
                              · Purchase Order No. MUC/Copier/2018N/08-09
                              · Purchased from Adbeesh Automation, Vellore
                              · Applied for 1 year AMC with Abdeesh Automation
                              · Later on they served us on call basis by charging higher service charges
                              · Again when we called them, they does not responding.
                              · After long gap without any solution, we called for other service man from Excite Automation, Pondicherry to service.
                              · They inspected our machine and suggested that whole drum unit has to be replaced, we ordered them to replace that, again after long period they do not responded.
                              · We approached Mr. Vasudevan from United Copier Net Works, Vellore for service, atlast he also making false promise to attend our copier.
                              · We does not sight any solution for our lengthy problem.

                                  This is to bring to the notice of everyone that a reputed company like CANON can actually sell defective camera's and run service centres that not only can't solve your problem but also ruin your camera. That too, really expensive ones.
                                  I guess everyone knows the value of a Canon EOS 5D mark-ll Dslr kit.
                                  after a lot of researching, and being a customer of Canon for the last 8 years, we decided to go in for THIS camera.. the EOS 5D MARK ll

                                  My father bought this camera for professional use, from a store called the People's Camera Company at Colaba, Mumbai.
                                  Who would even guess that the camera sold to us would be defective ?

                                  I continuously started getting this error 20 on my camera screen within a few days after i started using the camera, which didn't allow me to take any pictures.

                                  So when I gave it to the Canon repair centre at Andheri in Mumbai, they took a week saying they'd set it right.
                                  The camera seemed fine for a couple of pictures after the repair, after which the error 20 started coming up again ! That was the shocking part. What repair really happened, I wonder.
                                  First of, there's a manufacturing defect, and then they couldn't even repair it. Pathetic, coming from Canon !
                                  Then the error 20 continued on and of[censored]npredictably, for the last few months i haven't got the error, i don't know when it's going to pop up again !

                                  One terrible thing I realised after giving the Camera for repair to the Official Canon service centre was that, my AUTOFOCUS is not working on the live view mode and video-shooting, ever since !

                                  When a friend of mine who is helping me out with this happened to call up the Canon service centre regarding these manufacturing defects , they replied saying they don't replace products. So what exactly do they expect us to do with the defective products they sell us ? Keep it with us and not bother about it. Shocking !
                                  It definitely isn't trustworthy to give a camera like that to their service centre again, lest they create more trouble and ruin my expensive camera again.

                                  I am forced to believe now that Canon is among those companies that actually sell really expensive products with manufacturing defects, and have inefficient service centres that are not only incapable of solving the problems with their products, but also spoil the products we trust them with.

                                  i also get cheated by canon i brought a canon powershot sx 120 is which get complaint after 3 months o[censored]se then i got it repaired at canon asf but later after 10 months again this got board complaint now the canon asf is quoting rs 5600 so i left canon and brought a new Nikon camera i am very much satisfied with my new Nikon i wont buy an canon products nor recommend any one to buy any product of this nasty company

                                    i have pur. canon copy/scanner mf 4412 on 11.01.2012 and i called customer care twicly regarding the tonner .then mr. kuljeet singh came for observing/servicing my printer and he checked & opened every part of the tonner .After that he said now u can use it .its ok..but in the mean while say month of may 2012 again i was having the same problem (having black straight lininng on the plain or printed paper).so i called again to the care centre for service and this time he said that the tonner is already refilled & every part of the tonner is open .so we cannt help u to sought out your problem of printer ..Now wht i have to do ? with canon!...i invested my preciious money on that kind of product from company like canon who dont have a sense of loyalty & durability with products and its self...
                                    sorry for submiting that kind of comment because i wasted my money
                                    even i didnt refill any kind of tonner from the dateof 11.1.2012-till date 19.09.2012..
