[Resolved] Canon Digital Camera — bad product and poor customer service

I had purchased a Canon A460 digital camera which developed some problem with its CCD just before its warranty period expiry date so I got it repaired it free of cost but then within 7 months it developed same problem and as CCD is an expensive part I didn't give it for repair. But now I require it for my sister's marriage and it has been more than a month since I have given it for repair. They promised to repair it within one week but it has been above one month. Now they are not going to repair it on time and I wont be able to use it for the marriage. Even if I ask them to not to repair it, they will charge me servicing amount and tax on it. I am in a fix. What should I do. They don't respond to my calls too.

Last sunday I had visited your mall to buy a canon digital camera (2000 IS). But I could see only
two flop models of canon. No any other model of canon was available . They said it will come after 5 days. Before few weeks also same thing happened. Please be prompt in services.

Canon digital camera — not provide Camera Pouch as per commitment

Dear sir
I acknowledge the receipt of the consignment No[protected],on 14th. May,2011 against order no.[protected]. But regret to say you that as per the commitment, I should get a pouch for the said order camera on FOC, which was not provided.
Now may I request you to take necessary action so that I can get it without further delay. Matter was intimated to your good office over telephone immediately after delivered the consignment.
