[Resolved]  CBSE — cbse-change of date of birth

My original date of birth and DOB in cbse 10th certificate are different ..i passed cbse 10th examination in 2001 and now i need to change my date of birth to original date.what should i do now to change it...can anyone help me???please..

hey i am having the same problem..i completed 10th in 2003..n now i completed engg..n wen i went to school they said that it should be done within 2 years..now im having problem with my passport (which has got the original date of birth)n its impossible for me to go n work abroad..n many other problems..anyway i had sent a letter to cbse last week..im not at all sure they wil change..i heard that they myt sent a printed page which has got the rule that it should be changed within 2 years..if its the case im going to apeal in high court..i[censored] hav got any doubt pls do mail me..i wil help as far as i know..anyway reply frm cbse wil be within 2 or 3 weeks..(school authorities told me) n pls do help me if anybody know any other way to change..those who had gone through the same case plz pls do help me..

i have also same incident.on further enquiry i understand that correct date of birth is applicable for going to usa, engalnd...what i want to do ?kindly help me..

cbse complaint — death of birth

Respected Sir,
I am dibyani chourasiya.I am going to appear in 10th this year in 2011.Now There is a difference in my Date Of Birth in admit card of 10th board and Birth Certificate.The original DOB is 08/07/1994,but on my admit card it is 08/07/1996.I need to change it.What are the things I need to do to undergo the changes? i want to change it before my certificate come.Hoping your reply.

why r u wnt 2 change your dob ? u r lucky that ur age is below than other person, because it will help u in future to get job.

I have passed 10th class from cbse in 2010. My roll no. was 2147314 and my original d.o.b is[protected] as per my birth certificate. While in school record and 10th class certificate it's recorded as[protected].I want to get it rectified in my certificate. Please let me know the procedure and relevant docouments required for your satisfaction.

hey all i got this problem solved but it costed me a lot...i filed a declaration suite against cbse regarding the change of dob throuh court, i had hearings for it and finally court gave the decision in my favor...i am yet to recieve the corrected documents after the submission of my previous documents...but atleast its corrected
