[Resolved]  CCM, Nr, Indian Railways — Regarding refund against TDR Filed.

I have booked a ticket 04.04.09 for journey from Puri to Champa,but since the journey had not been performed,I filed a TDR online on 28.04.09 for the refund.The refund is still awaited by me insipte of making many telephone calls and sending e mails to irctc.This gives me a lot of mental problems and even financial costs.But not any follow up has been made by CCm,NR,Indian railway so far inspite of lapse of around 6 months.The ticket details is as follows---

Indian Railway — regarding TDR refund

sir,
my train amravati express (2847) was cancelled on 19.06.08, i was handed TDR 138109 on my ticket of ticket no 24633914 / 24633915 and pnr no was[protected] /[protected].no other document was given to me.till today i hav not got the refund please tell me when i will get it and do i have to perform any other formalities.

Dear Sir,

I cancel my tickect on 21st Dec 2008 due to late running of train, whose PNR No. is "[protected]", i file the tdr for that on 21st Dec 2008. but till date i did not get my refund amount.Please do the process to refund my amount as soon as possible.I have already send 4 mails to "tdr process" but till date i did not get my refund. So, please short out my problem.

Regarding refund :
i got the response of my complaint from headquarter office, baroda house, new delhi.regarding the upgradation of my ticket, journey on 26th july, 2009. it was assured by the baroda house that we get our amount back which was made on the second ticket by T.T.E SUHAIL KHAN. we got our response regarding our complaint dated on 08.02.2011. and 3 months had passed away, but we are not getting a single response from that side. we also send a handwritten request to CCM/refund, N R, VARANASI on 25.03.2011, by registry, and submitted :

I have travel by train on 2nd June 2011. Booked four ticket for my family but unfortunately only two get confirmed as RAC and remaining two remains in pending. I have asked for Refund at customer care irctc and they have filed TDR on my behalf on 10th june 2011 and told me that it will take 60 to 90 days max to get refund.

today almost 150 days pass to that but till didnt get refund nor get satisfactory answer form their side, they are also not giving me Railway people no.

Please help me out about this issue or guide me what to do ahead?

I have also attached print screen of TDR refund.

I had booked Rly. tickets 0n line trrough IRCTC. for two persons with following details:-
Ex.CNB TO LKO TRAIN-12420, CLASS-CC, Date of journey-23/12/2012.PNR NO.[protected]
But as the above Train was late by about 9 hrs.(more than 3 hrs.) I did not perform my journey and filed TDR
ON[protected]. on line and requested for refund of fare.Tras.ID-[protected] ref no.[protected].
But i have not recieved my refund yet on date.I had written email to CUSTOMER CARE IRCTC, who have replied that they have farwarded my TDR to respective Railways for refund.
therefore you are requested to expedite the case and refund my full fare as per rules at the earliest.

Passengers did not perform journey as @nd AC coach was not attached AND the reservation was provided in lower class i.e sleeper class
ON 10th June TDR was filed on line with ref no.[protected] and on 16th June TDR was approved for Rs 640 where as the ticket was purchased for Rs 1300 /-

You are therefore requested to expedite full refund Rs 1300/-( minus IRCTC service charges) at the earliest.
