Subject : Complain against reliance communication for deduct excess money for service which I never enjoy.
Dear Sir,
I purchased reliance’s prepaid connection before 3 years back since there I recharge my connection so many times and for more than Rs 5000. But since it activated, they deducted my more than Rs 3000 for valu added service such as Ring tone pack, sms services. While I didn’t subscribe for such services. When I asked for the proof from reliance customer care ( that I subscribe such value added pack) they replied that they don’t have any proof. At last on 12th Oct 2008 I went their Surat office Poddar Archade Opp Khand Bazar Varachha Road Surat and deactivated ALL the services. And the centre promise that Now onwards your money will not deduct forever.
However, this loot practice is going on and on. They once again deduct some charges and I am sure that such unfair practice will continue in future also. So…..
My expectations are as below…
1 I want all my money back which they deduct for value added service unethically and unlawfully since it activated.
2 Before activating such services they should take consumers’ written permission and not by SMS or phone call.
3 They should maintain proof for activating such services.
4 Reliance India mobile should give written assurance about ALL the charges.
5 Fine such mobile operators who deduct any amount from customer without their written permission.
6 No value added services should allowed in prepaid connection as they deduct directly from their balance.
7 There must be 100 times higher charges as FINE to the mobile operators for unethical practice, mal practices, unfair practices and deduct amount without the written permission of customer.
8 Strong customer care service must required.

Reliance Infocom — Network and Variety & prices of hand sets

Network of reliance is hopeless in rural ares and its even bad in urbans as well......... calls get disconnected while talking, this is really annoying... and u don`t get network in most of the inner ares of rajasthan... and all must hav seen the advertisement about its coverage........
There r very few options available and the prices of the handset r very high as compaired to GSM.... same model of handset in GSm is around 4000 and u get cdma Reliance handset at around 6500 bucks.....

what hell they r upto.......
anyway BSNL is launching CDMA.... lets see how does it changes RCOM`s behaviour...........:)

I am a reliance Prepaid Mobile user of East U.P. My Mobile No. is [protected]. I have a complaint about unfair deduction of money from my prepaid account. I am very much sure that without usig R-world or calling anywhere money is been deducted from my account. I have called several times to the customer care but there is no positive result. KIndly look into the matter and solve as early as possible.

Second thing whenever I call customer care I need to wait 15 mnt to 30 mnt to speak with executive. its very said.

The company RELIANCE INDIA MOBILE deducts various charges towards various services like renewal charges for Jokes, Music, etc., though I have requested through SMS, not to deduct any charges for any of their paid services portal, as no body responds at 51234513. I, therefore, request not to deduct any charges for any of their paid services portal in future, in respect of my above RIM prepaid no. is [protected], else I will have to approach consumer forums.
RIM is charging me Rs.15 for Ringtone pack which was not activated by me & its now 5th time they have again deducted Rs.15/- again from my A/c mobile : [protected]. everytime i deactivate it & complaint in cust.care they will say ur money will be credited but after 2 days they will sms that amt deducted was correct & kindly unsub at so & so no. after doing same on fourth times previously. they have again done the same.

No i m planing to change the Company. Currently i m not recharging any amt bcoz they always deducts it & i m suffering due to this

Reliance communication india limited — mobile subscription

Dear sir I have dialed atoll fre no which is provided by the sms send to me by the reliance comunication limited. the no. is 53030333; after dialing the same no they have asked me to subscribe for the monthly music pack for rs 30. i have subscribed it unknowingly. my total balance rs 30 was deducted and now when i am calling for the customer care to talk about it the route is shown always busy. As the problem is that if i'll unsubscribe the service will they provide the balance or not and the other thing is that when i am calling the same no. 53030333 again they are asking for new subsription. please consider the problem and inform me the solution as soon as possible.my mobile no. is [protected]. thank you.

I have been using the Reliance Mobile Phone connection since 2003. Nearly 5 years it is.

The company uses many fraudulent ways to extract money from its clients and is frequently violating most of the Telecom and Business Laws of India.

In spite of DND registration the Reliance itself keeps calling on the mobile and disturbs us which is most extravagent example of its disrespect to the law of the land and the way it mocks the orders of the Supreme Court of India.

I already have 14 of my colleagues and friends frustrated with the fraudulent ways of the company's billing and illegal business practices.

We are placing our case in front of the Consumer Court in Delhi with strong evidences with claim for compensation.

Please also share with us any piece of evidence that you have.
RIM provided an excellent service for the first two years but since then, they have started charging for services I never requested such as news updates, cricket info. I have informed them by phone and by mail but their has been no change in this pattern of overcharging.

Is there any solution to this problem?

2) I AM recharged RS 151 in[protected] then with my previus balance it will 194.76, after this recharge i make only two call on this 2 number ([protected], [protected]) only 3 min.then my ball is 193.26. but after 2hour when i chaked it will 137.26. i suprised my rs 56 where gone. i hve not activeted any service, lice call tune, cricket etc. so how can it possible.
after this im trying to cost care but thay says our surver is slow try after some time

RELIANCEPCO — REFUSE TO GIVE A NEW INSTRUMENT

SIR, I took a reliance pco connection from sabari shopping(authorised distributor for reliance PCO)NO.15, ennore high road, tondiarpett, chennai 600081. 6months ago.but nw the instrument got repair.i demanded to them give a new instrument.but they refused to give a new one.my instrument phone no. is 32430081.i humbly requested to uto see my complaint and take proper action against my complaint.

I had not received the Bill; due to non receivable our Connection is disconnected. I already make out the complain in Customer Care, but they replied our bill is Dispatched again in my Address.

Apart of that I suffer a lot of problem in your Services, this is not happens one time it already occurs again; on the month of August it had happened .Your executives is not responding properly. So, we are making planning to withdraw the Connection.

Such type of Services is not suits to esteemed organization. So, it’s a request to take strict action on this complaint.

Reliance have no ethics i am the franchisee of Reliance in the name & style of Emm Infocom Abohar (Punjab) since Launching. I know has Company deduct the Money from the consumer phone after than company did not respond. We are also suffering with the customer regular. Company has only excuse it is Value Added Services we have not activate the services. It has been activate by Backend. We are unable to understand where is company Backend.

Who has did this? Why the company Chairman Mr Anil Ambani Did thing about Infocom Business in Punjab or the franchisee?

I have also send the written complaint against company people with proof to MR Anil Ambani they have no any answer? These questions are related with Infocom Business in the Punjab. But Mr Ambani has no time even to read my documents he have replayed all the Issue has been discussed with Mr Sanjeev Garg CO of Pujab. He (Mr Sanjeev Garg) Said All the Debits & Credits are as per Policy So We are unable to do any thing. Now Our question at time of doing the job by the company persones with DSA/SDSA where were company policy, company persons did not do his duty as per policy & these are the proof which are showing Now How You can say All the Debits has been made by the company to the franchisee are genuine. He (Mr Sanjeev Garg) has refused to discuss with me.

This shows Company have no ethics. They are the manipulators You are requested to look the matter seriously Because It is happened with every franchises or with the customers I am sure that every franchisee has been panelized with the huge bed debits.

Company people give every franchisee & franchisee to customer sweet Tablets Like Wire Line, Big TV, PCO, GSM etc is coming soon after then all the problems have been resolved But till date it is not happened

We people small businessman are working with reliance with the sweet tablet as coming business will give you the chance for recover the loose . But every time we have loose something in Reliance.

I am agree with the above customer complaint Because It is also happened with us as franchisee or Customer.

My name is Niraj. This is one of the worst case i have ever faced .I am living in Bhandup(West), Mumbai . I have requested for Reliance Wimax connection and paid the amount through cheque worth Rs 500/ .The bill number / voucher number given by Reliance Communications is [protected] dtd 11.09.2008 . i was told by the company that it will be installed within 3 working days . It is now more than 3 months now neither the company is paying the money back nor the connection . Further calls to consumer complaints to Reliance is going invain as there is no response

Reliance India Mobile — dissatisfied with service provider

I am subscriber of RELIANCE INDIA MOBILE since 6th FEBURARY, 2008...More than a year has passed but i am not satisfied with the service given by them...Last year on a public holiday, they had deducted some balance from my main account for the messages sent by me, without notifying anything about BLACK OUT DAY...Till date, they have not refunded anything.. Another problem is that their customer care is always busy...But the main problem is that since past 12 - 15 days i am receiving messages very LATE...I have complained about the same for 3 -4 times...But every time they reply " UR COMPLAINT IS TAKEN"... Till date the problem is not solved...I am suffering monetary loss because of LATE RECEIPT of IMPORTANT MESSAGE...I[censored] r the right authority to look into the matter, please do necessary steps orelse give me proper channel by which i can get quick and permanent solution of my problem...

I have made cash payment of Rs 1780.00/-On 12.02.2009.at Reliance webworld, Shop no 2, nr Mallhar hotel, Basaseswar Chowk, Chembur, Mumbai 400071.

My outgoing calls are not still activated. I have lodge the compliant in customer care bearing No 88847066.othing has happened positively for me.

Reliance Wimax — AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED BUT CONNECTION NOT INSTALLED

I had applied for reliance wimax connection one month back.I do have the form number ([protected]) and the check number.Amount in the check ( 2000+) has been deducted from my account but, its more than 15 days noone has turned up for the connection.

I tried calling customer care many time, but they did nothing.Everytime they provide me number of a person named KISHOR SALUNKE([protected]) sales head mumbai.But that guy never picks up the phone..in fact if i call again and again, , , , he hungs up the phone.

Please take some immediate action.I have all the proof which can sue them.
