Subject : Complain against reliance communication for deduct excess money for service which I never enjoy.
Dear Sir,
I purchased reliance’s prepaid connection before 3 years back since there I recharge my connection so many times and for more than Rs 5000. But since it activated, they deducted my more than Rs 3000 for valu added service such as Ring tone pack, sms services. While I didn’t subscribe for such services. When I asked for the proof from reliance customer care ( that I subscribe such value added pack) they replied that they don’t have any proof. At last on 12th Oct 2008 I went their Surat office Poddar Archade Opp Khand Bazar Varachha Road Surat and deactivated ALL the services. And the centre promise that Now onwards your money will not deduct forever.
However, this loot practice is going on and on. They once again deduct some charges and I am sure that such unfair practice will continue in future also. So…..
My expectations are as below…
1 I want all my money back which they deduct for value added service unethically and unlawfully since it activated.
2 Before activating such services they should take consumers’ written permission and not by SMS or phone call.
3 They should maintain proof for activating such services.
4 Reliance India mobile should give written assurance about ALL the charges.
5 Fine such mobile operators who deduct any amount from customer without their written permission.
6 No value added services should allowed in prepaid connection as they deduct directly from their balance.
7 There must be 100 times higher charges as FINE to the mobile operators for unethical practice, mal practices, unfair practices and deduct amount without the written permission of customer.
8 Strong customer care service must required.

dear sir,
i kumar rajeev with mo no [protected] has a prepaid connection.recently i got a call from reliance regarding new plan of 199/ with ffree R2R call.they ask me 450 rs & my address proof .i paid it throuh cheque.later i came to known that it was not reliance but some other company called SWAYAM enterprises is doing all this nonsense.for first 15 days there was no reply from them i was wandering, i went to reliance outlet & they refuse to help me.after lots of effort somehow my connection wae converted to postpaid, but surperising they have not given me same plan which was offered to me & on the top they have charge 200/ extra for this conversion.i am cluless what to do as outlet are refusing to help.kindly guide me.

Reliance,regarding jobs on phone — Unauthorised Deductions

I subscribed for DNB service in the month of jaunuary2010.
still im getting messages from 3rd party people and they are deducting my mobile balance when ever iam recharging. they are activating jobs on phone packs with out my help i asked Reliance customer care service people a lot of times they are trying to filty reasons.
iam asking without getting any IVR call, ihave not subcribed then they are saying u dailed but i told that if i their should be a number in my dailed call list at that time they are saying no sir that is our side falult(relaince) they are accepting complaints they are closing with that their is a fault form customer side.

details are rechareged on 2nd of july 2010 they deducted my mobile balance on 3rd july 2010 by 11:41am before that only im having unsubrciption after recharging they deducted balance 30+10+10 from 1,2,3 ie ., today.

RELIANCE GSM MOBILE OPERATOR — ACTIVATION OF VAS SERVICES WITHOUT CUSTOMER REQUEST AND DEDUCTION OF CHARGES EVERYTIME THEREOF

no such request placed earlier for activisation of said service, despite this the service has been activated and renewed too, both times charges deducted, prior to this 3 times request placed to de-activisation of CT placed, yet charges decucted everytime, Not only this, charges deucted for CT song chosen @ Rs. 10/30 days,as on 01.06.2010 but song changed automatically on 10.06.10 and again Rs. 10 deducted for same, without any permission from subscriber, also when complaint given, no charges reimbursed for CT rental or unwanted song provided by compan's choice, even after this again charges decuted against complaint made for change of song, really fade up with such serivce where customer have to pay for company's mistake, so request you to reimburse all the fake charges deducted in the past 40 days.

Even I am facing the same problem. I got a call from Swayam Enterprises that they are offereing me a Rs. 299 scheme, in which I will have R2R free and also 900 minutes of extra talk time, which will be calculated on per minute basis. For first fifteen days, I followed them like anything, but in vain. They used to pick up my call and then disconnect it. Later they stopped even picking up my call as if I am harassing them. Now after two weeks I received one sim card (Where as I had paid for 2 cards i.e. rs 900). Also they havent given me the scheme that they told me earlier. I contacted reliance, but they are not ready to help. Swayam Enterprises are no permanenetly picking up my call. I am helpless and in trouble as they have my other card, which they might use it for themselves. This is sheer cheating. "Chori and Seenajori" to be precise.
Can anyone let me know their address, I want to lodge a police complaint.

Reliance Communications — Deduct money for services not requested for

I am a subscriber of Reliance Telecommunications GSM service from June 2010. In July 2010, I was subscribed to a callertune service and a 'spicy' jokes pack both of which I had not requested. Apart from receiving undesired messages and calls, I was charged Rs.30 and Rs.10 for the same respectively. On trying to contact the customer care contact number, the calls never go through. On going to the centre in Jamshedpur, I was not given any refund of the money I had lost due to the service provider's over-reachiing behaviour and also was rudely treated. This kind of subscription has been reported by several of my friends and acquaintances. This would amount to cheating the customers and taking money forcefully and I believe this is a very serious offence with regard to the cheap policies of the company and the scale of such a fraud. I request you to kindly tell me what I should do to prevent this from affecting others and bring the culprits to book

Reliance Communication — regarding money deduction

i am a existing customer of reliance communication from a long time and last week on 13 sep 2010.they deducted 49 rs for mix maza pack. after that in evening i called customer care regarding same matter. than he told me that he will discuss with his senior for same. but when i told him just to pass the line to your senior. then he refused. and i informed that if he is really busy than call me back .but i did not received any call till now.and they are not corporating with me.thats realy irritating. just help me

Reliance Communication Pvt Ltd — Deduction without Permission

Dear Sir,

My self Ravi Kumar from Solan and Mobile No. is [protected] (Reliance), during the month of Sept and October'2010 Reliance communication has deducted some amounts from my prepaid account balance without my permission and knowledge, when i notice the some deduction from my account , i had call to customer care of reliance but they have denied from reversal the amounts,
Please let me know how i can claim my amounts for this frouds

reliance rim connection — don't cut the line while at roaming

Reliance Communications — deduction of charges

I think there is some special rivalry against me from reliance, Once again they have deducted an amount of Rs 51 from my balance for net usage, when i called customer care to unsubscribe it they said it is not auto renewal.but again they deducted charge from my balance (i have already sufferd the same problem earlier.)

Still i have not got my Rs.37 waiver from reliance which was committed by the reliance to add in my balance.

Why they are creating problem again & agian with me God knows, if they cannot handle the problems they should sold this company to some other telecomm company for customers convenience.

I think reliance customer care executive know or being educated in the manner that not to refund money in any cases. when first time balance has been deducted from my account and after lodging complaints they simply denied we will not refund the money and today after three days when i lodged a complaint(after getting no help from this site) they said "agar 48 hrs main aap complaint lodge karte to hum aapka paisa refund kar detey ab nahi kar paayenge because aapne late complaint ki hai--Ms. Sapna from delhi special department."


I think reliance still working on my problem.

This is really a SHAME on the part of the RELIANCE that commitment made by their legal executive Miss. Sunita from legal department in Bombay of balance refund, has not been fulfilled by them i think i should forget about another problem .

Thank God that no. portability is going to start and it is also very sad that there is no help o[censored]sing this site or reliance's legal department is not taking any action on my query.

I want you to pay attention towards this. RELIANCE COMMUNICATION is makin false deduction of money. I have a reliance mobile ([protected])and within last 4-5 days they have deducted above Rs 80 from my account with different service activation like radio mirchi pack, voice pack etc. Whenever i call on customer care either they say their system are down or they say that their computer are showing that we have activated these facilities.
i never pick up the call from their side, then also they deduct money saying u must have recieved their call. This type of complaint are normal sir. people who belong to rural family can't able able to complaint since on customer care they are " not registering complaints". Moreover sometimes they make miss call and if sumone calls back they say u have activated some kind of service and deduct money.
Please take a serious action as they are cheating whom they are serving. This is ridiculous, such a huge company aur "choron jaise kaam".
I[censored] take action, i promise you to meet 100's of people having same complaint.
