Subject : Complain against reliance communication for deduct excess money for service which I never enjoy.
Dear Sir,
I purchased reliance’s prepaid connection before 3 years back since there I recharge my connection so many times and for more than Rs 5000. But since it activated, they deducted my more than Rs 3000 for valu added service such as Ring tone pack, sms services. While I didn’t subscribe for such services. When I asked for the proof from reliance customer care ( that I subscribe such value added pack) they replied that they don’t have any proof. At last on 12th Oct 2008 I went their Surat office Poddar Archade Opp Khand Bazar Varachha Road Surat and deactivated ALL the services. And the centre promise that Now onwards your money will not deduct forever.
However, this loot practice is going on and on. They once again deduct some charges and I am sure that such unfair practice will continue in future also. So…..
My expectations are as below…
1 I want all my money back which they deduct for value added service unethically and unlawfully since it activated.
2 Before activating such services they should take consumers’ written permission and not by SMS or phone call.
3 They should maintain proof for activating such services.
4 Reliance India mobile should give written assurance about ALL the charges.
5 Fine such mobile operators who deduct any amount from customer without their written permission.
6 No value added services should allowed in prepaid connection as they deduct directly from their balance.
7 There must be 100 times higher charges as FINE to the mobile operators for unethical practice, mal practices, unfair practices and deduct amount without the written permission of customer.
8 Strong customer care service must required.

gd evening sir...my name is ashwarya kant ojha frm, hisar haryana...m a reliance customer...n feeling so shame on that...becoze relience always deduted my prepaid balance frm my cell fr that i choose a port to docomo n now its 40 days gone i applied fr 2 tyms but no response ...even daily m calling customer care they always cut my phone either say dere is a techiqical prob. so plz ...take some action ...among them m so curious n frustrated...frm them...my cell no is [protected]...n plz make my port success...
i have taken an alternate no of vodafone please call me on that

This relates to your inefficient services as against the money that has been paid to you for BLACKBERRY SERVICES ON MY MOBILE PHONE [protected] I AM HAUNTED BY THE ILL BEHAVIOR AS WELL AS THE DACOITY PERFORMED BY YOUR PROFESSIONALS ,

I CALLED ON YOU CUSTOMER CARE *389 ON 17.02.2012 SPOKE TO YOUR EXECUTIVE FOR A TRIAL BLACKBERRY PLAN , SHE IMMEDIATELY JUMPED AND UPDATED A PLAN FOR 3 DAYS AND Rs.36/- was deducted FROM MY ACCOUNT , THE SERVICES WAS MEANT TO FUNCTION FOR THE NEXT THREE DAYS . I used the services on 17.02.2012 until the evening of 18.02.2012 when suddenly the services were stopped , I called @ *389 spoke to Rakesh Amim , who told it would be rectified in 24 hrs , by the next morning I should able to use it though , that didn't happen I called spoke to Sonal who told that there is an up gradation going on at Blackberry should be rectified by 11.30 am , didn't work I called again spoke to Ebrahim the supervisor who assured me certain trouble shooting would help but I would have to disconnect the call for that , didn't work , Finally I spoke to the final Supervisor MS. Tripti Rawat WHO VERY CONFIDENTLY TOLD ME THAT SHE WOULD SEND A REQUEST FOR REACTIVATION BUT THERE WOULD BE NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT .

I NOW TO MY HORROR REALIZED NOT ONLY RS.36/- WAS AGAIN DEDUCTED FROM MY NUMBER BUT THE SERVICES WERE ALSO NOT RESTORED .

I CALLED SPOKE TO RAJESHWARI WHO DISCONNECTED THE CALL TELLING ME THAT TRIPTI IS BUSY ON A DIFFERENT CALL.

I NEED A REMEDY TO THE HARASSMENT , ITS NOT ABOUT THE MONEY BUT ABOUT THE TERROR I HAD TO FACE.

here reliance bussiness is very best and here customers is taking in interest in Reliance GSM prepaid connection, But before three months here revenue was 12 lakhs, But now bussiness have only 7 lakhs duse to networks problems, last 3 months here networks is very low, Iam complain many times in our cluster head Sushil Dakha and having number [protected], but he do not reply me last 3 months about networks so pls i requested u and resolve networks problems Immediately

With concern to my interaction with your customer service executive for five times in a day, none of whom had provided me with right information and tried to convince me on false account saying that my problem is solved, but each time I discovered that they have cheated me. one of them have even said that he has registered my complain and and I'll get my complain number immediately after our interaction which I didn't got and next time I got to know with that he has not registered the complaint and instead lied to me.
And second time when I called the second executive again tried to fool me by convincing that my problem is solved and he even gave his number to contact him if it doesn't resolve, later on I got to know that the problem persists and the number was fake.

I recharged 399 for 2g internet of 90 days, after two days i have some work, so I recharge 3G internet of 74 for 3 days. After three days have no data to surf internet. So I request you to please help me
