Subject : Complain against reliance communication for deduct excess money for service which I never enjoy.
Dear Sir,
I purchased reliance’s prepaid connection before 3 years back since there I recharge my connection so many times and for more than Rs 5000. But since it activated, they deducted my more than Rs 3000 for valu added service such as Ring tone pack, sms services. While I didn’t subscribe for such services. When I asked for the proof from reliance customer care ( that I subscribe such value added pack) they replied that they don’t have any proof. At last on 12th Oct 2008 I went their Surat office Poddar Archade Opp Khand Bazar Varachha Road Surat and deactivated ALL the services. And the centre promise that Now onwards your money will not deduct forever.
However, this loot practice is going on and on. They once again deduct some charges and I am sure that such unfair practice will continue in future also. So…..
My expectations are as below…
1 I want all my money back which they deduct for value added service unethically and unlawfully since it activated.
2 Before activating such services they should take consumers’ written permission and not by SMS or phone call.
3 They should maintain proof for activating such services.
4 Reliance India mobile should give written assurance about ALL the charges.
5 Fine such mobile operators who deduct any amount from customer without their written permission.
6 No value added services should allowed in prepaid connection as they deduct directly from their balance.
7 There must be 100 times higher charges as FINE to the mobile operators for unethical practice, mal practices, unfair practices and deduct amount without the written permission of customer.
8 Strong customer care service must required.

i am ypur regular customer since 30th july 2008. and i am very happy to use your service, but from last month i suffring to wrong charges.when i got a number that time first recharge with 351 .and i got 1year validity with 250 tt and all call rs 1 only even all std . but now std rate cut at the rate of 1 rs.

Reliance Communications — charging money for the service not requested

I am a customer of the reliance communications since october 2008 and from 11-oct-08 i am being charged Rs.1 daily for the caller tune in didn't ask for. Also i didn't knew it until a message came to me telling that requested caller tune has been set on my number. When i inquired i found that the caller tune is activated sine 11-oct-08. But the point is even if it is activated it doesn't play when someone calls on my number.
Therefore i would like to know whether any legal action can be taken agianst the company regarding the same.

Someone have theft my mobile phone while roaming on road so I went to police station and make a FIR.On the grounds of that FIR reliance have issued me a SIM of cost 300 rs. of the same no. but till now 15 days have passed and my sim is not going to be activated.there is only incoming called outgoing calls are barred by reliance.I have already submitted my original documents .but both customer care and reliance office people are lying and deny to take any type of action.due to this reason I am realy facing big problems.My no. is [protected]..

it is here buy to bring your notice that i arun kapoor is your old prepaid custumer using connection number [protected]...from the last 13 days ie from 29th of oct to 09 of dec 2009 two plans has been activated in my phone without my confermation.and they are deducting money unnecessarly (ie 30 rs two times). and when i complained your customer care department didnt accepted my complaint and refused to pay back money. and i am sending detail of my calls that when i called custometr care.i am regular user of phone and i hope you will take care of matter and help me to get my money back. i will very thankful to you.

Reliance Mobile - Cheaters in the Mobile Business — Deducting money from the prepaid card

Reliance mobile has deducted Rs.31 from my prepaid card without any reason .When I called the Customer care on *333 on 17-11-09, One mr Vikas said that they were deducted by mistake and the same shall be reverted to me within twenty four hours.As expeceted the money was reverted.Again I called the help line no on 18-11-09,now one Mr.Shekar came on line and assured me that the debited money will be credited in the next 3 hours. Again the same result,i.e still the money is not credited .

Again on 19-11-09, I called reliance help line , this time one Mr Mukesh came on line.He was so rude while talking to me. Again I narrated the same old story to him. He said that "you do what ever you want , this money will not be credited to your account".

I am sharing this information so that others don't undergo the trauma which I have undergone. Also all are requested to refrain from taking reliance GSM / CDMA phones .This company does not have any ethics .

Today is 20-11-09, till date the money is not credited . I still wonder how money customers like me suffer everyday because of this ruthless money minting company by employing unethical methods.

with reference to the subject cited, i here by inform you that i have lost my mobile No:[protected] along with my hand set. I went to your police bazar customer care centre to block my sim card at 12.15 p.m, the customer care service point told me to bring the FIR for blocking of SIM card. I brought the FIR and Block SIM card and i asked about deuplicate SIm card, the service point(Police Bazar) told me to bring the ID Proof and copy of FIR . on 4th December i came to (Police Bazar) service point to sumit my FIR copy and ID Proof . The service point girl told me we don, t have SIm, take your paper return, it will lost in the office .On 9th again i visited the shop with paper, she refused to keep paper in the office . Again yesterday i.e on 11th december visited and she has given same dialogue"We dont have sim and take your paper, it will lost in the office" As you know that i am under RS.2, 49/- post paid plan. Due to negigence of service centre i am losing my money and facing lot of problem. Lastly i asked her about itemwise details bills for claimimg re-imburesement, she told me itemwise bill can't be given, this facilities is not available and lastly she keep my paper i.e ID proof and FIR Copy,

Today i went reliance office regarding itemwise bill for claimimg my re-imbursement but your customer told me it is not possible to generate itemwise bill.

Reliance Communication Ltd — Deduction of money even after complaining

Hi, My name is Dinesh I have been using RIM cell phones No [protected] & [protected] but I am really fedup with the type of deductions they are making from my account , It seems that they have employed Pickpocketers in their firm to pick pockets of the poor customers, ever time you call this people they will hopefully tell, you that you have activated this and that service but when you ask for the proof of the same this beggars will disconnect your mobile from customer care

Reliance Communications — Charge deduction for unsubscribed service and false claim og subscription

I am using Reliance mobile No. [protected] since July 2007.

This December amount of Rs. 30/- has been deducted from my account balance without any information. When I had doubt I confirmed the same from customer care.


I was told that "CellFun Pack" has been activated on my number. I have never placed a request for any subscription still I was told that subscription of the pack is done as per your request.

I spoke to their senior also, but I was told that the balance can not be credited back to your account in any condition.

One more thing I would like to add is that the subscription are being automatically activated on the mobile and later we get messages that if you want to unsubscribe you have to message this and that.

Recently when we recharged it for Rs. 50 we got a message that your subscription for "Khel Khel main" is renewed. We use mobile fr only calling purpose & nothing else.

This has heppened number of times with us on the same number & no response from service provider is found.

This mail should be considered as a legal notice & with in next two days if we do not get our balance back to our phone we are surely going to put a case in consumer court as this has happened to us many times & it's enough for us now.

Respond or we will respond with all our might.

On 1st of January early morning i got a message that your subscription for "Masti ki duniya" is renewed and my balance deducted with Rs. 20. then i call your call centre and talk about this matter but your representative Mr. Mukesh say that this service activated in this number for a long period. Thatswhy your balance will be deducted. During the period of talking with Mr. Mukesh i also get a message that you have activate CRBT service and your balance will be deducted for Rs. 1. Again i call Mr. Mukesh and he assure me that the amount will refund you within 48 hours & give me a Complaint no. that is[protected]. When i recharge my account with Rs. 50 on 1st January the balance will be again deducted with Rs. 30 for renual for CRBT service. Then i call your customer care and i will interect with Mr. Deep. and tell him my proublum that my account will be deducted for CRBT service that i never activated. I tell him yesterday talking with Mr. mukesh and also tell him my complaint no. He tell me that this will never happens again and your deducted amount refunded in 48 hrs. But that amount never comes in my account. If it is your system proublem then why my money will be back. We use mobile fr only calling purpose & nothing else.

I am Mr. Sujit Singh Owner of Ms. Swayam Enterprises W2 Cluster My Code Is [protected]. I was started reliance SDSA in month of May 2009, that time my DSA head was Mr. Jagjit Matharu and TM is Mr. Pravin Goyal he committed me Your Slab is 180. if you are achieving that slab you will get salary support we have mail for the same. But till date we have not received any single month’s salary support and every month Mr. Pravin Goyal & Mr. Jagjit Matharu told next month definitely you will received. Now Mr. Jagjit matharu is left the job and he told me your Salary support claim is ready for the one month which is get you on next payment and as discussed with New DSA Head Mr. Rahul Mathur and Mr. Aashish also told me we are discuss on that topic with finance team and Mr. Praful Soni.

Now till date All Reliance Managers are discussed with each other but they don’t tell us any perfect answer “get or not”.

Now today is 8 month completed but no one can take any responsibility for this and I am not trying to say that if salary support is not get I was not doing business but every businessman was thinking where he will get profit. he was doing that other business in airtel I got commission and incentive like now reliance but when Mr. Pravin & Mr. Jagjit told me you will get salary support that time and some other benefits on that time I was decided to start reliance setup.

But here till date I will not get any salary support as well as any clear report for the otaf incentive and basic commission or clowback for that I was gone in BKC head office but no one can give clear answer. Every time one excuse from the reliance employee system not update or report not update in portal then how you people are given commission. If in reliance happening like that I was happy with airtel I thought how I can run this business like that or stop doing business with reliance.

So kindly requested to you please help us for the above matter and tell me one clear answer as soon as possible.
