Sir,This is to inform that its been a long time and as if now i have not recieved my books which i was supposed to recieve in the month of august for B C and D group, all i need at this point in time is my B group books kindley look into the matter and do the needfull .

Courseware is regularly sent on time however due to certain delivery issues due to the courier agency sometimes there could be some inconvenience in receiving the courseware on time. In such cases bringing to the knowledge of SSD either through email ([protected]@icfaiuniversity.in or call our toll free no[protected] or[protected] can get immediate attention and issues will get resolved. We have noticed that you have progressed well and appeared for Group E exam in the month of April 2010.
