[Resolved]  DDA — Rohini Residential Scheme 1981 Draw

We have a lots of complaints against the dda LIG scheme 1981 it has been 27 yrs since we have booked a plot of 32 Mtr. but DDA has no regrets about and we dont when they give us plot it like a dream which never come true because they dont have land to give us . Plz. cosider the same and take some actions

I applied to the Rohini Residential scheme 1981, when I was 24 years old, and 27 years later I have not received the allottment. I am extermely disapponted and frustrated with the casual attitude of DDA authorities, Ministry o[censored]rban Development regaring this issue.

I too, applied to the Rohini Residential scheme 1981, for LIG category & with prioity no. 23433; 27 years ago & still I have not received the allottment. Open auctions, are being made, new schemes are being floated, HOW A GOVT AUTHORITY CREATED WITH A SOLEMN PLEDGE TO MAKE AVAILABLE RESDENTIAL PLOTS ON PRIORITY to the Gen Public can ESCAPE ITS RESPONSIBILITY FOR SUCH A LONG PERIOD OF 27 YEARS. KINDLY DO SOME THING FOR GOD`S SAKE TO REDRESS OUR GRIEVANCE BY early allotment of these pending plots.

27 long years almost half of the life in the wait of our dream to come true. There is a idiom in punjabi BABA LAE TE POTA KHAE
this totally suits to the DDA but here no any chance seems to appear KE POTA BHI KHAEGA KE NAI.

So shameful for DDA. So astonishing that if there is no land for the rest applicants, then how DDA is holding auctions, and arranging land for the other fresh scheme.

Is there anybody to ask DDA about it?

Nevertheless we will fight against this and will join hands with the people facing similar kind of problem.

Me too is a sufrer of DDA - Rohni Plot, any time you approach the authority the response is typical Zombi style. The amount of money DDA is making through auctions and price escalations, I feel they are able to give plots to the Rohni pending registrants, they are only 20, 000 approx. remaining.
Another thing I suspect that these priorty Nos given are just an eye wash, there are many under x-y-z- priorties are getting these plots much before Gen cat. the ratio is not maintained. I would like to urge all the pending registrants to farm a group and take leagle stand on the auctions. I will be a senior Citizen in five years but without a house. I would request the present Govt. to intervene and resolve the issue before the election next year.

In reply to the questions raised in Lok Sabha, UD Ministry has already submitted “Clearing of Rohini back log by end of 2006”. As the submissions made by UD Ministry have not been fulfilled, all concerning officials have already been approached through live representation or written grievances. Instead of replying/ answering clearly and completely, DDA is still trying to hoodwink us and “hoodwinking replies” have again been highlighted by me through my recent letter addressed to Hon’ble Prime Minister and other officials (off course not DDA officials).

About 100 waiting registrants are already in touch with each other are meeting concerned officials to get resolve this 27 year old “injustice”. National print/ electronic media people are also being contacted to highlight this “Public Interest Issue”. Many “startling facts” have already been collected through RTI Act and now we are also planning to approach the appropriate court for speedy justice. Unconfirmed reports are that DDA is coming with a[protected] plot draw in coming 2-3 months and rest will be cleared in coming 20-22 months.

Please do not trade your 27 year old “Rohini Scheme Registration Slip” to anyone including “Property Dealer”. This is illegal and you may attract all sort of problem for yourself from DDA.

I applied for Rohni In 1981 with the high hope that i would be able to have my own house but it is almost 27 years passed nothing has happened.i don't know how long more i have to wait.I suggest DDA officials to speed up & leave casual attitude.Saleem Quraishi

My father had booked a plot in 1981. But there is no response from DDA. So please send us the response.

My father booked a MIG plot in DDa's Rohini Residential Scheme 1981. He was alloted a priority no 14396, application no 10897. Even after 28 years. Till date there is no result. he has retired waiting for a home. kindly help.

Sir,
With due respect, I want to draw your attention towards irresponsible and negligent behaviour of DDA towards their duties to the citizens.

You must have read in the newspapers about various auctions undertaken by DDA for giving flats/plots to the citizens, one after another.But you may not be known to one of the DDA's scheme "ROHINI RESIDENTIAL PLOTS 1981".Thousands of people who applied in this scheme have not recieved their plots even after a long wait and DDA has made the statement "THEY DONT HAVE SO MANY PLOTS TO BE GIVEN TO THE APPLICANTS SO THE SCHEME HAS BEEN COLLAPSED"
How these two things are possible simultaneously.If DDA has plots to give under new schemes then why dont these plots are give to those people who are waiting for them since a long time...

I, on behalf of all those applicants who have not recieved their plots, request you or the concerned authority, to please see into this matter and take neccessary steps as soon as possible and oblige.

It is shameful to say that DDA was created to provide accommodation to the needy. But, instead of
providing same at reasonable price they have been auctioning the land acquired for allotment to us,
at exhorbitant price. My father had applied for a Janta flat but he could not get the same and he
passed away waiting for that. How many more such deaths DDA wants to see. DDA
should be held accountable. DDA is simply working as a property dealer and minting money by
providing land to societies/hospitals/malls/schools etc. How it is that DDA has got land for these
institutions and not for us. There should be thorough enquiry and all the facts should be brought
before the public immediately. And, moreover, assets of all the staff should be assessed. It is a
den of corruption.

New Goverment have to take some steps against DDA.

I am also apply for the same plot under Rohini LIG scheme but there is no results.
