I tried so many times on the ICICI nodel branch Delhi but no one is picking the phone.

my self as darshi devi and i have applied for DDA LIG housing scheme rohini on 24 april 1981, my application number is 200145 and my priority number is 16480.After a long time of 28 years till now i have not received taht plot and now my service is about to over i hope that DDA will issue me the plot before my death.So many times i visited to DDA office but no suitable reply was given by the personells to me..

When DDA would take care of those who have waited for 28years and have retired in the hope of getting plots .Please take care and do some thing .there is enough land with DDA

Can some one help me in understanding the organisation structure of DDA and who are all responsible for allotment and how are these priorty lists generated. Even with these list how the persons with other nos. got the plots, is this becouse of catagories. why these catagories are preffered over the general cat. why Delhi government is not able to handle this suffering of delhi people. Imagine 29 years of waiting, is this not a world record for a Govt. organisation, for which we are all indians shall feel _________.

DDA is most courrpt department and its officers are only interested in making money for themselves. DDA has no concern towards the people who bestowed faith in them in 1981. After elapse of almost 30 years, nothing concrete is done. This is height of shamefulness and lethargy. DDA is introducing new schemes and alloting new plots flats but is doing nothing towards the oldest pending draw. People have deposited their hard-earned money and remained faithful in god that DDA would give them shelter but DDA has no concern towards this people.

As per SMS received at my phone No - [protected] i'm asked to collect my refund (DD No - 953596) from ICICI Bank Green Park Delhi- 16 within 7 days i. e by 14th of may 2011. You are requested to deposit the same draft / refund in my PNB sector - 18 Noida in my OD A/c No.[protected], as i am not personally fit to collect the same by 14/5/2011.

ICICI Bank is showing major negligence in sending the refund. They said they are sending DDs instead of direct credit to a/c.

But I have not received it yet, and nobody in the bank is able to guide/help.

Where should we escalate this?

ICICI is the worst bank. I have not got any refund so far. I wonder how to contact these . No call is successful. A very very non transparent bank. bunch of cheaters.

ICICI bank is great chor bank in INDIA. dont think They will refund easily. No body is responsible in ICICI . I am facing same problem. They are two major reason

This is to inform that I submitted my DDA application form no. 1150484 in ICICI bank sector 61 branch Noida. Till now I have not received my refund. The DDA brochure mentions to contact at following number[protected] for ICICI bank. But there was no response on this number. After many calls when it was oncepicked they told it would be dispatched soon. But it has not been delivered yet. It has been more than 1 month passed after DDA declaration of result.

I have not yet received refund of application money of Rs 1, 50, 000 deposited with my application no 1122813 and 0482885 respectively for DDA Housing scheme 2010

I had applied for DDA Housing Scheme-2010 by submitting Application form to AXIS bank. My Application number was "9048074". Unfortunately i didn't got qualified for the same. But I am surprised not to receive my Regsit artion amount of INR.150000 even after a month of result declaration.

I have applied for DDA housing Scheme 2010 submitted my application in Axis Bank Vaibhavnagar Branch, Ghaziabad. But I did not receive my refund. I contacted many times in that branch but they are not giving any satisfactory answer. They suggested me to contact AXIS Bank Greater Kailash and gave me phone nos. I filled the DDA form through axis bank for which I gave a cheque of one and a half lacks. In draw I did not get the flat in draw. In such situation I was supposed to get the cheque till now but I did not get it yet.
I have been to the bank branch twice which is Correnthum sec 62 where i deposited my cheque.
I do not get the satisfactory answer. First time they gave me two numbers to call.One of them was switched off and another one was of Finance dept. The guy from finance dept apparently said that the branch guy has given you wrong number.
Today when I went there again the concerned guy told me to visit GK 1 Delhi branch.
Please help me in letting me know the status of my cheque and when I will get it.

I been a part of your DDA scheme last year & I was a successful member to get a flat by DDA in that draw declared on 30th Nov, 2017.

But due to some reason; I surrendered that flat on 4th Dec, 2017 Against the receipt no REC/H/17/14649

As per the dda flat draw list 2017, I was given flat in Loknaykpuram, however within few days of draw I surrendered the flat and the application of surrender and other formalities were duly done by me. It is sad that till now I haven't received the entrim deposited amount i.e 100000. I have checked my bank account too. I have called many of times to dda vikas sadan, however the lady sitting at the telephone counter told me to talk to Sh Dharmender citing the reason that he is dealing the surrender process in Loknayakpuram. I got the landline office number of Sh Dharmender but nobody is picking the call. I have called many of times but no body picks the phone. kindly do the needful and letme know the reason why we are being harassed this way.

M block branch. they always asking for acknowledgement number.

This is to bring in to your notice about one of a DDA employee.His name is Mr.Prashar and lives in K block of sheikh sarai phase-2.First of all he has threatned many people living in his neighbour hood and secondly he has made his own parking, which is illegal.If this web site really works then some thing should be done against him.There had been many incidents when he promised many people to get them free hold property and he had also taken bribes for the same.
Anyone living in his neighbour hood can be asked about his behaviour.Please take some firm steps against him.

open toilet pit — open toilet pit

Dear Sir,

We are resident of # 52 Its cross, Jaibhuvaneshwari Layout, K R Puram, Bangalore 560036.

We are facing problem related to the toilet pit which is kept open (infact damaged by a heavy loaded truck) since August 15, till date the owner of the concerned building has not taken any action even after requesting him several times. It is open exactly on the middle of the road where vehicles pass by and kids play and roam around. They have temporarily covered with the wooden thin ply wood, any vehicle passing by and even a person unknowingly passing by will be severely hurt. We are mainly concerned about the children around the locality keep playing outside (age group 2 -8 years) in my house we have 4 small kids. So we are worried about the toilet pit that is open, is dangerous for kids who play there and it stinks very badly 24 hours. It very difficult to stay in and around that locality.

The heavy loaded truck belongs to the same building owner whose toilet pit was damaged on the middle of the road right in front of his own building.

There is wooden lot that being loaded in a vacant land every now and then by heavy truck that damages the mud road and water is stagnant there which is not hygiene. The wooden load is almost like a garbage dumped there and there are lot of snakes there, this is also dangerous for kids playing around that place. They make lot of noise while cutting wood there. It is a residential area and I do not understand why they are allowed to create such nuisance in the locality.

You can please investigate this with neighbors as well and take immediate action on this.

Please take action as early as possible before any misshape occurs for the kids playing around this place or any vehicle passing by is damaged.

I have same problem. I was a student when I booked my LIG plot. I took loan of Rs 2000 for this booking. Now I am retiring in few years, but till date not received any plot. My property dealers telephones me, and they reach to my house in Rajasthan to buy this plot. They say you will not get this plot, if you want, you sell this plot before draw.

I hope somebody should help me. Sheila Dixit won election three times consecutively without any thing.
