dear sir,
my father applied for rohini housing scheme 1981. his priority no. is 10662. it has been 28 years but no allotment has been made till date. we are living in a rented house. hoping that one day we will have our own house. my father is retired now. hope some action will be taken at the earliest....

We had enrolled under DDA housing scheme in 1981 under my father's name by paying a sum of Rs5000/- as fees . It has been 28 yrs since then and there is no clarity from their side on the same .

On & off we hear that the draw has been cancelled / allotments made already and a lot of rumours that now the scheme has been scrapped . This draw was the only hope for our family as we thought we would end up having a house...

I had submitted my DDA form no. 0450276 in August 08 in HDFC Rohini branch, but I have not received any refund till now and even not received any coomunication from DDA about refund.

Please let me know the procedure to get the refund....

On one side DDA launches new schemes of plots/flats through draws/auction at frequent intervals, and on the other side it apologies the applicants of “Rohini residential scheme 1981” of not giving the pending plots by making such a stupid statement” they don’t have so many plots”. How these two facts can co-exists………..if DDA has plots/flats, then why not they are been given to the people...

I have not got refund after lucky draw of dda housing scheme 2008.my application no is -125622.please do it earliest....

this is regarding the applicaion money which was deposited with application form for DDA Housing scheme 200 with ICICI bank. Till today I have not received the money back. My form no is 0752304.
the contact number of delhi university branch and their nodal office are useless they are out of service or no one is picking up the phone.

almost 1 months has passed who will bear the cost of interest due to delay????????????...

Inspite of the promise that the refund amount o[censored]nsuccessful applicants of ‘2008 housing scheme’ shall be dispersed by 31st Dec 2008, the same is still awaited against my application No. 9314159.

Neither the bank (SBI Vikas Sadan, New Delhi) nor DDA’s helpline is committing about the same. Actually, SBI’s CELL NO. [protected] for necessary help in this regard is either disconnecting the phone or not...

I had applied for a flat in the 2008 allottment scheme of DDA. I had submitted my application form in ICICI Bank Branch at DC chowk, Rohini New Delhi on 10th of Nov 2008. My application form number is 0458671

I have not recieved the refund of the above amount.

I deposited application form # 0700532 for DDA Housing Scheme - 2008 through DD no. 237817 dt. 13/9/2008. However, I did not receive the refund till date....

Ashok Gupta, Asstt. working in Industrial Land Sale Branch, DDA is extracting money by using the name of Dy.Dir.(Industries) and Director(Industries Land). He gave false assurances to the public and collecting advance money for getting their works done. He has removed papers of various files to give benefit to the beneficiaries and huge losses to DDA on account of misuse charges etc. He remove the papers of show cause notices...

I live in Pocket-1 Mayur Vihar Phase-I there is a park lying vacant infront of CGHS Dispensary which DDA lend to people for marriages. This is a great example of gross negligence as it has turned into a garbage pit and open public toilet and den for operations of anti social elements. It is extremely disappointing to write that we have a registration with DDA which was done in 1981 for Rohini MIG plots. Both my parents have passed away still waiting for allotment to happen! We laugh at the trust of people who rush and put their fortunes in registering with DDA schemes sometimes take bank loans to retister.
