I have sumbmitted my DDA Application ,no 230555, at ICICI bank at Shalimarbagh, Still i am waiting for my refund. I tried to contact at ph. 46089175, Nodel Branch, ICICI bank, Green Park, but it is not responding. There is no contact no. of DDA official regarding this.

UNAUTHRISED CONSTRUCTION / ILLEGAL EXTENSION OF FLATS IS BEING DONE ON DDA SFS FLATS AT GATE NO.10 OF SHANTIKUNJ POCKET A5-B PASCHIM VIHAR NEW DELHI-110063.

PLEASE HELP

I would like to draw your kind attention that we, the people living in J3 Block of DDA Flats, Kalkaji, are not getting water supply regularly. Sometimes water is coming for 10min in 24hours and even not for a minutes. e.g., today dated 3-5-11, no water is available in this region. Whereas water is coming in nearby J2 Block or J1 block. Please do the needfull so that we can survive.

I had applied in the DDA housing scheme[protected] for the draw by submitting a draft of Rs 50,000/-. My application no. was 1283138 which was submitted with the draft (DD No.- 982993 dtd:24.12.2010) in Axis bank- Mayur Vihar Ph-II branch.
Since the result had been declared and Iam not the successful applicant , Therefore i was expecting my deposit amount to be refunded which is not done as yet.

You are requested to kindly look into this matter and get my fees refunded soon. Will be very thankful to you. Your quick action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

I was applied for DDA housing scheme 2010 having application number 0039811 with amount of Rs 1, 50,000/, which was not in the successful results. Could you pls mail me how can we track the refund amount and when the amount will be refund?

My mother Smt. Bimla Bhatnagar then r/o 406 Konark Appts Plot No. 22 I.P Extn Delhi 92 had applied for the refund of Rs 8333/- deposited by her husband Sh. M.S. Bhatnagar in DDA in respect of Conversion of Flat No 406 Konark Appts Plot No.22 I.P Extn. Delhi - 92 to a Freehold Flat in the name of her husband , upon receipt of the denial letter received from DDA dated 29.09.1997.

My mother had applied for the refund which was received by the authority on 15.01.2001. Since my father expired on 29th Jan 2001 we were unable to follow the refund status . But till date she has neither received the refund amount of Rs 8333/- nor any intimation from DDA regarding the refund status . She is presently staying with me at H-003 Aruna Appts Plot No. 33. I.P Extn. Delhi 92 Contact No. [protected] / 43036995 / [protected].


Request the forum to look into the matter and arrange for the refund of the amount due to the senior citizen.

While I was staying in Delhi I had deposited a sum of Rs.4500/- with DDA housing Branch for the allotment of DDA apartment in middle income group.
In order to find out the status of my application I had sent several letters but received no responce.Later in 1982 I got shifted to and still residing in Pune.
Kindly advise me as how I can get my deposit back as I am not interested in taking house at Delhi.

I am an resident of DDA LIG Flats, Pocket-13 Mangalapuri and for the last one year, one illegal
temple had been constructed inside ot fhe Park
in the DDA Flats, and a few people is using the
louodspeakers freequently even in late nights and
during morning and evening times, which is highly
disturbing the resident of the colonly.

Therefore, rquest you to take necessary acation to
demolish the said temple, otherwise the residents
are forced to put up the matter to couts.

DDA Officials took bribe.... Once again a big Fraud in DDA Housing Draw...

1) **** Checkout page no. 888. you’ll see 3 last results are from the same family… and application numbers are in a series(1070441, 1070442, 1070443)…. that indicates it cannot be a coincidence… there is surely and surely...ITS PURELY CHEATING ONCE AGAIN…. AS ALWAYS****(Docs enclosed)

2) *****In Draw result Sunil Kumar Jain (Appl. No. 821900) and his four sons (Appl. No. 227382, 715419,1007146 & 1294143) have got allotment of DDA Flats. May I request the DDA officials to please clarify whether Sunil Kumar Jain is the same person in all these five allotments or it is mere a coincident. I hope it will be replied with full responsibility.

I hope a necessary action must be taken against these corrupt DDA Officials.

Sir, With due respect I have to state that I have written so many letters to DDA regarding my MIG Flat No.149, Pocket-4, Sector-24, Delhi-110085 to know
full and final payment of my flat but all in vain, till today I have not received any positive reply from DDA. Sir for your information I have written letter on 27Apr 2005 vide dda receipt no.Rec/h/05/15,580 dt.27apr 2005 and my RTI on 19 July,06 vide dda receipt No.REC/M/06/3,516 dt.19jul06 and second RTI sent to DDA on 10Feb.2010 by Speed Post No.SP ED[protected]. Sir, I am requesting you to please take necessary action and advise me the latest position of my letters and also advise me balance payment of my flat at the earliest possible. I have paid instalments and interest of my flat upto 2005.

I am residing at DDA's SFS Flats in Mayur Vihar Phase - 3 for last 10 years. Previously everything was ok here but for last 2-3 years lot of illegal construction is coming up. People modifying there flats and changing the basic structure of DDA. They are extending their flats from exterior and covering open area under their boundaries. All this activity is carried out by coordination with local contractor and DDA officials. The officials take bribe and dont interfere in such activity. Any complaint regarding it is totally ignored. Currently such kind of construction is going on in one flat, this was earlier stopped due to complaint but again started after coordination by DDA official & Contractor. Request the top official of DDA to interfere in such illegal construction and stop it immediately also take strict action against the officials who are involved. Location where illegal construction is going on is as : - FLAT NO. 69A, POCKET-A, SFS FLATS, MAYURI ENCLAVE, MAYUR VIHAR PHASE-3, KONDLI GHAROLI, DELHI-110096. Expecting immediate action. My name is Vijay parikh, i applied for conversion of Lease Hold rights into freehold of my flat no 49A LIG (RPS), Ground Floor, rajouri garden G-8 area Vikrant Enclave , New Delhi vide File No f 36(37)/78-HBMI on 29 Nov 2010 alongwith requisite fees of Rs 18920 HDFC BANK Manager Cheque No 083457 Dtd 23/11/10 vide challan and application No 103876 Request Id 20695. But i am shocked to listen that even after my one reminder dated 17 Feb 2011 today i have been informed by post that "As per DDA records my file is not traceable in the record and they have requested for Indemnity Bond and affadivit for recnstructing the remaining file anid various other documents. I have attached all requisite documents with fees on very first day . This is absolutely careless behaviour on part of DDA and harrassment to me. Since documents are lost at DDA 's end its their duty to retrieve them on priority rather suggesting me to submit documents again. Being senior citizen its not possible for me to visit again and again. Requesting to treat my matter on prority and resolve the issue

I am Living in Sheikh sarai in DDA flats there used to be a DDA Horticulture Department Office Which was closed due to some reasons now they have re-opened it and now they are not allowing us to park our vehicles. Whenever the DDA guy See's us parking the vehicle he starts threatening us that he will puncture the car or will dent it.
This became worst when there was no place to park the car but in front of the door of the office but when i told them to just move the bike (employee's bike) he said you can not park the car here and started fighting.
so , need to complaint about them.

We would like to bring this to your kind notice that approximately 30 stray dogs are there in our locality. Due to these dogs, the residents of DDA Flats are facing regular problems. Recently, one of the dog has bitten my neighbour. All the residents are in a state of trauma and its not possible to go out of house specially during evening and night time.

We request the Dog Squad of MCD to kindly take necessary action immediately and send the Dog squad to avoid this problem.

Hi,

I have rented a house on 12th Feb 2012 via a property dealer on agreement for 11 month with security deposit. Even he is taking extra money for the water supply & still i m not getting the water. I have told him so many times about the water supply but always he pretend to solve out the water supply problem.

How can i get it out of it. Please help me.

Respected Sirs at MCD, DDA NDMC And PWD,

I have returned from abroad on scholarship studies & job and therefore as part of my learning , i would like to put forward my suggestions for betterment of the city.

Please develop the technology and gadget with help from IIT students for making parking ticketing machines that will address the problem of parking authorties as the present day handling by DDA and MCD boys is full of inadequacies and bribery.

Please address the problem at Janakpuri District Centre.

Develop multi level or underground parking in colonies like Hari Nagar, Tilak Nagar etc. I personally think it is needed every where. Please do something on the parking machines atleast with the help of engg. students from IIT and DCE.

Additional Suggestion : On Delhi roads, design a marked line printed on the roads that will make the car vehicle, etc parked vertically in the direction of the roads and not diagonally to avoid trafic jams. (Pic)

this is to state that DDA Park ( Terrace Garden ) in Pocket D&E of Sarita Vihar, New Delhi,110076, is in a Very Poor condition.

No worker/attendant is ever seen in the park which has a lovely Jogging Track & used to have Beautiful Flower Beds.

Pure Apathy of the relevant dept is likely to turn this Beautiful Park into a Garbage dump pretty soon.

Cattle grazing & anti social elements in the park is becoming a regular feature.

I have tried to contact the Horticulture dept as well as Local Staff in Sarita Vihar many a times, but in vain.

Hope this concern can reach the right officer & necessary action is taken.

There is rampant unauthorized construction going on on the roofs of most flats in our society, i.e pkt-1, sector-22, Dwarka.
A number of top-floor owners have been making another floor on the roof and letting it out on rent.
The lower floor residents are facing harassment and inconvenience.
DDA is requested to take up this matter urgently before the society becomes a mess like other DDA flats in the rest of Delhi.

It's a matter of 100% disgrace and shame that such a big govt institution can breach the trust of 25,000 people.

My father S.S Bhasin registrant of Rohini Residential PLOT 1981 scheme is waiting from last 31 years --now he is retired and aged over 64--he restlessly waiting for the dream home in 'Delhi', he is feeling breached--We are helpless and hopeless, Why DDA is still selling flats in ROHINI.

There should be a ban of developing any real estate--It's our hard earned money on which these bureaucrats are enjoying there life and exploiting common man, now the circle rates are also being increased to make matter worst, for the people who are retired it's very heartning. A very strong action should be taken against the system.

We want justice and solution to this big issue--Every common man has a dream of building a home, and DDA Officials and politicians are shattering there life --all are very much responsible for all this.

We need immediate ACTION .
