Encroachment of DDA Land doing illegal construction

I would like to bring to your kind attention that DDA Land Encroachment is doing by some people on in front of house no. - 27, singalpur village, shalimar bagh, delhi - 88.

As a promising citizen of Delhi i would like to humbly request you to please take immediate action against this illegal construction on DDA Land as early as possible.

I am a resident of dda flats Tagore garden ext (behind central school) want to bring DDA's attention to some of the illegal construction, done in our area. The roads in our colony are narrow. Over & above, people have extended their house area for commercial purpose by occupying the road area, which makes the road even local authority and police are always supportive.my purpose is only to save the DDA land from the people with hope that the DDA will take action .

Need your help and protection again Mrs. Anita Fernandes their men and Protect our tree from being cut. For building illegal Structure

Her sister, brothers and she have been threatening and harassing us since many years. They had done the same in 2005 even at that time they had threaten to kill us if we will not let them cut the tree and built the structure. For which we had complained to Police as well as BMC..

They have been harassing us daily since 1997 by coming and breaking the branches of the tree but we did not say anything. The Branch are still fallen at that place.

But on 27th June 2014 she came with some men’s to cut the entire tree.

I had complained to the police on 27th June 2014 that Mrs. Anita Fernandes had come with some men’s to cut our tree. Her intension is to cut the tree and construct a structure in front of my house.

And on 5th July 2014 she again came with an minister’s man and around 10 men, She removed photograph of our tree & said that ( I will cut the tree and built the structure and on one will be able to stop me).

Need your help and protection again. Since many year have passed for the matter. Mrs Anita Fernandes is trying to do the same again. If the structure comes up my family and I will have to face a lot of problems for ever as they will be harassing us every day.

Request you to please look into this matter and protect our tree and also do not grant permission to Mrs. Anita Fernandes to build any structure in front of my house.

Your personal attention would be highly appreciated by my family and me.

am a resident of SANGAM APPT. Rohini Sector-24 delhi-85 and i would like to complain about illegal construction at Flat no. 53, Sector 24, Rohini Delhi-85. MCD and Delhi Police are doing nothing to stop it.

I and other neighbours want to check this illegal activity and want...

I (SONIKA AGGARWAL)Owner of flat No-114, Ground Floor, Shivaji Enclave, New Delhi-27, requesting you to check the below mentioned matter.

The flat owners of Flat No-113A, has laid a water pipe on our flat corner.Due to this, our wall has moisture/damp in abundance.Further this affects wall POP and wall paint has started fell down.

This has created problem for us.when we have had discussed this issue with flat owners of flat No.113A, they replied adversely.

Kindly look the matter at earliest.

Parking at Nehru Place in front of Bldg 80-85 is free, but the contractor is still charging for the parking and is issuing monthly charge slips, whereas

the board clearly indicates 'FREE PARKING'. 4-5 men are always there collecting parking charges from car owners.

Respected sir,
I would like to draw your attention towards an illegal construction going in my building. The top floor owners have been trying to construct another floor above them which is definitely more than 15 metres and hence illegal. This building is quite old and is not capable of taking any further load, their construction could lead to damage or collapse of the entire building.

I habitat at R/o A-12-S, Delhi Police Employees CGHS Ltd.,Plot No.9, Mayur Vihar Phase-1, Delhi-110091. and i have received a reminder letter from your side (CONVERSION OF LEASEHOLD RIGHTS INTO FREEHOLD) but i have submitted all the document with all the respective fees in the year 2007 but it is really very disappointing to know that 3years from now my request is not complete till date and I am getting the letter saying that i have not submitted the documents and they are incomplete but as I mentioned above they all are complete and I have submitted please go through again.

as per various letters recived from dda ideposit all papers and letter of alloment by the sociaty.

I have a complaint against DDA - it allowed a MIG flat in Dilshad Garden to be converted to free hold without the original chain of documents. I have in my possession the original documents. The person who sold me the flat got the Conveyance Deed from DDA using fraudulent papers. Now when I went to appeal to request to cancel/revoke "Conveyance Deed" issued to a wrong person, they claim that the DDA file M[protected]/DG/NP could not be found in their records and hence DDA could not help me. Does it not seem to be typical case of corruption ..No File/No Case kind of way. Any help will be appreciated.

its very difficult to get your flat to convert to freehold rights firstly the society people harass you then the DDA officials and govt. asking for conversion very painful indeed.

some residents of DA BLOCK SFS FALTS SHALIMAR BAGH DELHI-110088. are making illegal construction in the park near nursery school plots.

hi i want to complaint for Mr.TEEKA RAM R/O of 194/195 Block No 12 in Kalyan Puri residence of this house is misusing dda land(Street) for his personal uses without any prior permission from dda land that they are using another dda flat for their oun use you can come and check there he put that flat on rent also & using for their personal use only.i eant action shoued be taken against them as soon as possible.

I still don't have any info regarding the allotment of the same,

Our DDA Flat in Pitam Pura, Delhi-110088 which is alloted me Ground Floor. We are facing lot of problem from our Upper Floor Person. They always skip on their Floor time to time whereby we fact lot of sound from our Bed/Drawing room ceilling. I have requested to them so many time to stop this sound but they never cared about it.

So, request you to kindly advise us what I do?

sir, i am shanti devi my husband late shri tek chand of resident c-5 39 a lawrence road, delhi 110035 had applied for the resistration of mig flat under special housing scheme for SC/ST persons 1989 under ambedkar awas yojna and chanlan no. 12192 . this regard my husband late shri tek chand had deposited a sum of 12, 200rs as initial amount vide demand draft no. 001885, dt. 29/12/89, drawn on central bank of india, lawrence road delhi..

my children enquired in the office of DDA. and i was not got my flat. and i dont had no demand letter. sir i am 72 years old lady. please help me sir my number is [protected]. i shell be very very greatfull to you.

DDA Flat — Illegal construction and obstruction to roof rights

Flat no 104, sector-12,pocket-4, dwarka,delhi-110075 has done extra construction on the roof and does not allow other occuments to access the roof where water tanks are located. Roof access is a right of all occupants. Pleae look into this

I wish to bring your kind notice that LAND MAFIA Mr. M.P.Bhati resident of 995/38 DDA FLATS KALKAJI has encroacheD a DDA LAND MEASURING 1000S. MT meant for garbage bin & public park, after having procured the land, he is running commercial activity of making sweets & supplying them to all the sweet shops in the radius of 5-7 kms, he is also running a commercial Ice-Cream Godown on the ground floor of this encroached land.
Since he is a land mafia I dare not come in open & complaint against his theft, that is why I am sending this letter through E-mail.

I have already complaint all the concerned authorities but no action has been taken so far, he bribes the officials who so ever come for inspection.
Its a complete illegal construction & its a havoc being near to this place.

i am just 18 years old, i want to fight against this encroachment, kindly help me.
