[Resolved]  DDA Refund — DDA refund not received

Same issue- I haven't received redund against my DDA application till now. Axis Bank have been extrenly unhelpful and unprofessional till now.

I have not received refund against my application no. 3103618 made wit HDFC BANK on 12th October, 2014 in DDA 2014 housing scheme.

As per DDA official statement DDA has delivered the money to respective bank but we did not get the money please suggest how we know the status

refund of 1 lac not received into my account

Dear Sir, I had applied DDA Housing Scheme, 2014, for this i submit Rs 1.00 lac DD (No. 808)of State Bank Patiyala. My application no is-1616600, but still i have not received the refund into my account. So pls do needful.

DDA - Money refund

As per DDA official statement they will deliver money within on Month for unsuccessful applicant till 24th December but still we did not get the money. Abhishek Pandey Application form no. 3016052 (By HDFC bank online Transaction)

this is in regard that i hansi devi, applied in DDA housing scheme 2014 draw, and didnt qualified for the successful draw allottee, regn, no. 0340625, the receipt of the deposit amount of Rs. 10, 000/- is attached herewith the email, and i didnt get the money till date, once i got the cheque/DD for the same way back but when i deposited it into my account it is not showing in my account balance. could you please check into the matter and clear the status of the same with me at earliest.

Regarding My Refund against DDA-LIG flat

Dear Sir,

I been a part of your DDA scheme last year & I was a successful member to get a flat by DDA in that draw declared on 30th Nov, 2017.

But due to some reason; I surrendered that flat on 4th Dec, 2017 Against the receipt no REC/H/17/14649

I was constantly following up for the payment; they told us the date till 31st March; 2018. Now its been around 5 months; I didn't get my refund for the same I paid 1 Lakh as a Registration Fee.

Whenever I tried to connect in DDA; there is no satisfactory response from any one of the official. Let me know the concerned person contact details as well.

Please take some action to refund our payments.

As per the dda flat draw list 2017, I was given flat in Loknaykpuram, however within few days of draw I surrendered the flat and the application of surrender and other formalities were duly done by me. It is sad that till now I haven't received the entrim deposited amount i.e 100000. I have checked my bank account too. I have called many of times to dda vikas sadan, however the lady sitting at the telephone counter told me to talk to Sh Dharmender citing the reason that he is dealing the surrender process in Loknayakpuram. I got the landline office number of Sh Dharmender but nobody is picking the call. I have called many of times but no body picks the phone. kindly do the needful and letme know the reason why we are being harassed this way.

I have surrender the allotted ground floor vide receipt no. REC/H/18/7117 Dated 02.04.2018 but till date no refund has been received. Even no communication on this matter from DDA official. My application no. is 2002636.
All the required documents have already submitted. At the time of filing of surrender application it was informed that within one month your application money (Rs. 2, 00, 000/-) will be refunded but till now after 3 month no refund was credited to my account.

My name is Rajender Singh bisht I had applied for a ews flats in 2014 in the name of my self and my wife (Radha bisht) we paid the registration amount to dda by corporation bank connaught place branch new Delhi from my bank account for both the forms, but we both were not successful that time in lottery draw 2014, after that dda refund our registration money in account for the both 1lakh rupees instead of 10 thousand. But 1lakh rupees automatically reversed from my account and 2nd one reversed 90 thousand so now I don't have acknowledgement number for refund amount, I visited many times at bank and dda INA office, because it's a bank records transaction, but dda says we don't have the any records of 2014 housing scheme.and I had send mail many times to bank officer, no response replied by bank side. and many times visited to jhandewalan varunalaya and c p. M block branch. they always asking for acknowledgement number.
