I have applied one flat in sixth self financing scheme 1985 vide application no 31368dt 23.7.85 and fdr no 05573 dt 23.07.85
from central bank of india delhi cantt branch. since 23 years have been passed i have received no response from dda .Neither i have got any flat nor any respounse from dda .as i have not any flat in delhi so please allot me a flat in delhi

Rohini residential scheme 1981 pateints are stii waiting for MIG Plot even after 26 years.

How much time it will take more

I would like to inform you that I am resident of 63-D, Pocket -K, Sheikh Saria Phase -II, New Delhi.


I would like to bring under your kind notice that my neighbor Sh.N.K.Chuhan, resident of 63-H, Pocket -K, Sheikh Saria Phase -II, New Delhi has started an illegal construction at his premises.

It may not be out of place to mention that the we are both living in DDA Flats and as such no sconstruction activities are not allowed and that there is no scope for further modification. I would also like to bring under your kind notice that due to this illegal construction activity Sh.N.K.Chuhan is posing serious risk to the flat. Seepage has already started appearing in the building. The construction activity is also posing serious risk to the already old infrastructure. The building material kept on the ground is creating serious obstruction for the movement of people.

In view of above it is requested that your department may take serious note of the encroachment / illegal construction activity under taken by Sh.N.K.Chuhan, resident of 63-H, Pocket -K, Sheikh Saria Phase -II, New Delhi.

Sub: Irregularities in Water supply / Non availability of water / Manipulation of valves.


Dear Sir,

We would like to inform you that we are facing non availability of water / irregular water supply in Pocket – 10, Sector – 20, Rohini.

1. (a) Earlier, we have given information to the concerned officials Mr. Man Mohan Singh Gulati ([protected]) and Mr. Verma (Jr. Engr.) for water problem in the said location. Mr. M. M. S. Gulati has taken prompt action on that time and instruction given to their Jr. Engr. Mr. Verma for immediate visit. They had visited 7-8 months ago, that site in night (around 22.00 hrs.) as well as in next day morning (10.00 hrs.) with their subordinates and found that air problem in pipe line and in one side Pipe has been laid down and blocked under the foundation of plot no. 152 which is in non functional status. Further, they had suggested that two Valves should be installed in pocket; so that air may be pass out and blocked pipe should replace with new pipe under the Plot No. 152.

(b) We had contacted to Mr. Verma (Jr. Engr.) many times on mobile (Mob. No.[protected]), they had given reply to us that “for your pocket – 10, valves have been sanctioned” but till date physically no any valves have been installed nor fresh pipeline are replaced near Plot – 152, Pocket - 10.

2. (a) Presently, our residents were again suffering from non availability of water since 2nd March’ 2008. We have contacted many times to concerned officials like Mr. S. K. Sharma ([protected]), Mr. Bhandari, Mr. Khurana, Mr. Diwan & Mr. Arun Kumar (Plumber). After the regular chasing to your officials, after ten days, Mr. Arun Kumar (Plumber) visited the site and found the same reasons with damage of pipe, blocked pipe under Plot No. – 152, Pkt. – 10, Sector – 20 and manipulation of valves near Pocket – 4, Sector – 21 and water supply had been resumed on 18th March’ 2008.

(b) Again we are facing the same problem since 05.05.2008. Repeatedly, we have been giving complaints to Mr. S. K. Sharma, A.E. and Mr. Arun Kumar (Plumber). Mr. Arun Kumar (Plumber) said that I am not responsible for this problem.
(c) We have been assuring by them daily that it will be solved next day but nobody has turn-up till day. So, it seems to us that Lineman / Plumbers are manipulates for their own interests.

3. (a)The long non-availability period of water, you can assume how can survive with family (School going child/Exam period). The maximum no. of residents was under stress.

(b) In view of the above we have made telecommunication expenses around Rs. 900/- to Rs. 1, 100/- per month and your officials were sometime feels disturb. Our feelings are lesser care of complainants by your officials.

(c) We are also working in well versed MNC’s, have no more attitude, time and money to misuse our resource and disturb your official and make poor relations with you.

(d) We appreciate your Land Valuation Officials, but it will not interesting without civic amenities in that areas. Some of the time residents are disappointed and want to leave.

(e) Your water supply is sufficient but it should be manage and vigil by your official

Now, you are requested to solve / eradicate the said problem through proper care & installation of valve and change of blocked pipe line under plot no. – 152 of pocket – 10, sector – 20 as well as proper command on valve near Pocket – 4, sector-21. So that no one unauthorized person can manipulate the valve.

So, we hope that you will replace the blocked pipe line, install valve in the pocket and we can make smooth relations.

Dear Sir,

We want draw your kind attention that the residents of pocket-1, sector-6 Dwarka are not getting adequate water supply regularly. We get supply sometime for 10 minutes in 24 hours or sometime no supply at all. We are surviving on private tankers.

For quite some time we have been complaining about water problem to area engineer and JE of this pocket. They are not doing any serious efforts in this regard. Our families’ are becoming sick and their daily lives are going into hell due to facing this water problem.

Earlier for some time, we were getting water mixed with mud and getting foul smell. When we made complaints with DDA authorities, they blamed us only and responded in writing that water is being mixed with toilet in your bathrooms only. But we wrote to DDA again and again then the problem could at identified at ground near water booster pump and then same has been rectified.

You may see how DDA authorities are torturing the residents of DDA flats. They have provided poor infrastructure with inadequate water boosting capacity etc and this is to bear for years. Private adjacent multi storied residents have not installed any motor, but get supply even above 8th floor in Dwarka.

Now a days we are facing acute water supply, the water booster is not capable to boost the supply upto our premises, even it is not boosting up to common points outside premises at ground. The Jr Engineers blaming us only. The residents are compelled to install motors in garage to pull water, now if we complain for water problem with JE, he is used to terrorize with dire consequences. This is fact that no body wants to invest in motor and pay regular electric bills to get water. But no option left and compelled to do so. Even though, we do not get any water.

On 25.4.2008, at 9PM, The repair work at a common point of water supply was going on. We are questioning the JE why you are not listening our problem, and asking to do needful on priority basis. But the JE has quarreled and misbehaved with indecent language during arguments. He threatened to cut all supply of particular premises, if any body will be trying to become smart and watchdog.

This is to quote that we have been paying highest rate of water charges over Rs 6.28 per KL. Whenever, rest of the Delhi pays about 1.50 per KL. Is it our fault? We also pay the bills regularly, even tough the JE use to harass our residents to bring photocopies of previous bill otherwise he use to put arrears in the next bills.

Therefore, we demand action on JE, civil SWD-7, Dwarka (Mr R. P. Baniwal) for his misconduct in the colony and appropriate action to improve the water supply.

I am ready to accept any penalty if DDA authority can show us reaching water at water tank installed at rooftop by DDA.

I am working in Nehru Place. I am paying 250 Rs. for parking for one month. Location at between Vaikunt 82 Nehru place and Hemkunt Chambers 89 Nehru place. They used to footpath n other area for parking.

In recent few days back DDA workers mark a board "DDA Free Parking". The parking men destroyed the board and collect huge money for parking. I am sure the parking is unauthorized. Please do something legal action against them.

Hope DDA will take necessary action against the parking mafiya.

I was registered under registration no.14535 and priority no. 16640 in the name of (JAGAT SINGH S/O SHRI INDER SINGH) under scheme NPRS MIG 1979. My PRIORITY WAS COVERED DURING 1992 BUT DUE THE FAULT OF D.D.A OFFICIALS ALLOTMENT WAS MADE DURING 2006.I MADE SO MANY REQUESTS IN WRITTEN AS WELL AS PERSONAL MEETING WHICH ARE ON RECORD.LASTLY I WAS BOUND TO PAY THE INTREST SINCE 1992 TO 2006 AT THE COST OF FLAT WITHOUT ANY ALLOTMENT. THE FAULT WAS ACCEPTED BY THE DDA OFFLIALS AFTER AN ENQUIRY BY COMM. HOUSING MS. ASHMA MANGER .LASTLY I WAS INCLINED TO PAY THE INTREST AND COST OF FLAT TO AVOID FURTHER HARASSMENT BY DDA OFFCIALS.ALL DOCUMENTS AND REQUESTS MAY BE SEEN AS AND WHEN YOU DEEMED FIT.
MY REQUEST IS TO RETURN THE INTREST AND HARASSMENT CHARGES, AS I USE A RENTED HOUSE PRIOR TO ALLOTMENT.
THE RESPONSIBLITY SHOULD BE ADHERED ON THE CONCERN OFFICIAL.

My parents booked under DDA Rohini Residential 1981 scheme approx 26 years ago. DDA promised that the allotment will be done very soon to the registered members. My father is a retired person and mother is really broken to see DDA response. This can not be done by DDA. It is not a private firm which can easily ditch 25000 members in a democratic country. We are really sad to see such a slow response from the governement or any social firm. Noone is ready to take any kind of action on this matter. Number of letters and application are sent by aged people (like my parents). All the registered members are really old and can't make 1000 of rounds to the DDA office. I think we should come in front of the media and raise our voice. Please help us.

I am 63 years old senior citizen, now retired. In 1979, I got MIG flat registered in my name. In 2001, I was allotted MIG flat in Narela. I asked for change of locality and returned D.A.L. issued to me. It was not agreed to. I was left with no other alternative, but to seek the same MIG flat No: 109, Sector A-10, Pocket 2 Group 2. After lot of follow up, it was agreed vide DDA's letter No: FM[protected]/NA/NP/1874 of 2.6.03. Since then I have been asking for fresh D.A.L. but D.D.A. instead of issuing fresh D.A.L. is asking me get the refund, which is unfair and a harrassment for a senior citizen. I have no other place to live in Delhi and request you to issue a fresh D.A.L. so that I desposit the first instalment please.
