[Resolved]  Dolphin, MTNL, Delhi — Non recipt of bill on time

Mtnl has worst telephon network in world.
it is much better to burn your connection chip.
and get another service provider connection.
like Airtel, idea or vodafone, lately Aircel.

THERE IS ALWAYS SOMETHING WRONG WITH ANY CONNECTION WHEATHER DOLPHIN OR AIRTEL
YES THERE MAY BE PROBLEMS OUTTHERE AND THEY ARE DOING THERE BEST TO GET THINGS RIGHT IT CAN HAPPEN TO OTHERS TOO

WE SHOULD NOT BLAME THEM AND SUGGESTING OTHERS TO NOT PURCHASE DOLPHIN CONNECTIONS ONLY BECAUSE OF BILL PROBLEM IF THERE IS SOME BILLS PROBLEMS THEY WILL RECTIFY IT WILL TAKE A LITTLE TIME

BUT REMEMBER PREVIOUS DAYS WHEN USEING CONNECTION IT WAS SMOOTH AND FAST BEFORE THAT AN U ENJOYED IT AT THAT TIME BUT NOW ONLY BILL PROBLEM U GETING MAD AGAINST THEM THAT SNOT GOOD COMPLAIN AND THEY WILL DO REST BE PATIENT

Subject:-Complaint Regarding network problem in Ramnagar New Delhi .Pending complaints since 9 MAY 2005 till DATE 13 –7-2009 MTNL
Respected sir,
I am prepaid subscriber of Triumph (MTNL prepaid service) my mobile no is [protected]. I am one of the old customers of this service and holding this account from last three to four years .I am facing a very typical problem my mobile stopped working at my place i.e. in the area of Ram nagar(Pahar ganj) and in this matter I have lodged nearly 4750 written complaints, 320 complaints through phone and 1825 complaints through e-mail but till date nobody has responded to that .I have approached all the levels of MTNL even up to executive director level and CGM level but nobody responded as yet as people are changing loyalties from government to private subscribers but I have not changed my loyalty rather I also worked as brand ambassador of MTNL and suggested all my friends to have MTNL only and helped nearly 200 customers to buy MTNL card only but still proper service are not provided to me that may be some kind of conspiracy on part of someone that someone is trying to damage the image of MTNL after so much time yesterday dated 06 NOV 2006 your CGM Mr.Pachuari showed his inability to rectify the problem so all I request is to look into my complaint as I am forced to approach to this highest level and seek justice and some answer to my problem as this the case of a subscriber in Delhi then you can better understand what is the condition of a poor small town customer so sir please look into this matter and oblige.

I am customer of MTNL Dolphin No.[protected]. I am not receiving bills for the last two months.I have made several complains with 1503 but now they are saying that the complaint in this regard has not been made till date.

im strongly agree with this statement. im facing very bad network problem on my cell. every time when i need to call urgently the network goes down and in bad wheather you can't say when the network will come back.im user of MTNL dolphin number from last 4 months and i get fed up with the network problem.

I have Dolphin Mobile connection No. [protected]. This no was postpaid connection and I converted this no Postpaid to prepaid February 2009. I am using this no is Prepaid connection but their are no STD feature activated. I complained for activation STD on 10 March 2009 but no action is taken by you till today. Sir I am requesting you Please activate my STD facility. I am very grateful to you.

on dated 18/05/2011 First deducted Rs.10 / then on 19/05/2011 30 / - deducted while I never activate this kind of service, then why cut it?

in Two days they deducted -40 / - rupees for that service I never acitvated. Saab I am a poor man and on 17/05/2011 I recharge with Rs 50 / -. But All the money have deducted in two days
It is cheating with me please return me my money and kindly take an appropriate action to return my money back.
