HI, I have attached an email conversation for the people who can understand my issue faced with DTDC.
I had sent a courier on[protected], and it was reached to the receiver on[protected]. This is a fraudulent activity done by DTDC. They broke open the container and the 4 pen set were missing in the container, and they just sealed back the baggage from outside how it was and was sent to the receiver. While i dispatched the goods, the courier was weighing 210gms as confirmed, however when this reached to a another destination point the courier was weighing 60gms, and DTDC is not ready to investigate as to who flicked the goods at their end. I have attached the consignment receipt where in, in the place of customer signature it was signed by DTDC executive and they never gave me an opportunity to speak or to get clarified on few of my questions. Am fighting with DTDC since a week, and they are treating me like a slave. Its tough to describe the words spoken from their end. Its rough and arrogant.
Please see the detailed mail which I am sending on daily basis to DTDC and still have not got any response. We as an individual are fighting for our right in each and every part of our life, and none are bothered to resolve our issue, or not ready to put a stop to the corruption which is seen in majority of the area in our country. Its been a long time i have waited to get one justice from DTDC. The way the orders they have flicked from the courier and the empty courier is sent to the receiver.
Today is another day i had a worst experience with DTDC. Franchise people have signed their own signature while giving the consignment slip to the customer, secondly the people on day one made me to wait and acted they were too busy in updating the details in the receipt. Finally i never got time to view what was written in the consignment slip.

Collector guy informed me while speaking to Jayanthi in Madiwala that he was too busy as such he didn't realize to ask customer to sign on the bill, if so why did he sign on the slip. When he is so busy, he never bothered to listen as to what the amount I was telling to him. I told the order is minimum Rs.4500, and he has entered in receipt as Rs450, and he has not mentioned the weight on the slip. When i asked the same day he told as the weight is above 150gm he is collecting Rs.45 as charges and the actual weight was 210gm which he confirmed, later this was dispatched to Bannerghatta Franchise office, from their when it went to Madiwala DTDC office, they checked that the goods was weighing only 60gm. I am in continuous with each and every branch since the fraudulent activity was involved from DTDC end, now i see DTDC Madiwala were blaming all these while to Bannerghatta Branch, and Lakshmi from Bannerghatta branch was blaming Madiwala. So as one company DTDC you need to resolve the things for me, however Lakshmi is asking me to provide some solution to resolve the issues. This is really fun show cased by DTDC company.

The collector guy is changing the words now and than, and DTDC as a team is not showing any action in this regards. Looking at the email chain i have provided complete details, and I don't see any action, in return today Lakshmi from DTDC blamed the sender of the goods saying" What if you have not kept the order and just to claim money you are playing this role", second secenario which she raised was the receiver of the goods has taken the item inside the container and he is cheating. How can Lakshmi put a false information on us without doing any investigation.

If DTDC wouldn't have found guilty of their job, I should have got a response over the mail, and I see only once the customer care executive responded to take action to the necessary people, however after my follow up they got little time to spare on my issue but was not at all taken into consideration.

Its really a frustrating time for me to say, that DTDC treated me worse than a slave in past one week. DTDC team is not ready to investigate on the missing goods, nor they are ready to re-pay for the losses done from their end.

I believe DTDC is opening each and every order sent by a customer, if its worth they will keep and send empty courier to the receiver of the goods, if its not worth to them they will send the actual what is available in the content.

I will fight for the justice till the end, and every day starting Friday, i will circulate this mail adding one recipient, such that the public should get aware on the DTDC, the way they are treating the customer who go with the trust to them.

I am attaching the courier bill once more to you, Please investigate and get back to me on the signature. If this mail is not taken seriously and i guess this is the last chance am giving to your company on this fraudulent and misbehavior shown to the customer, I will be mailing and copying the company brands listed in the brackets(TV9, Facebook, Twiter, Orkut. Linkdin, Sulekha, Yahoo News, Consumer court & more) such that i can advertise well about your fraudulent business. From tomorrow the mail will hit to these company brands inbox, including other service providers in courier business. Later please don't blame me if the profit of the company is reduced.

I noticed today over the call with Bannerghatta team, While speak I clearly mentioned that the weight checked at the collectors point was 210gms(Exact when i saw while weighed was 214gms), but still the person told me that when they received the order to Bannerghatta it was 60gms. So the chain goes in this way: Collector---->Bannerghatta Franchise ------>Madiwala and finally goes to Chennai. Collector updated me that when he sent the courier to Bannerghatta it was 210gms, when i checked with Madiwala, they confirmed when the received the package it was 60gms. So i guess its clear for you to understand, where its gone wrong now.

I have been calling each and every person since a week, and if DTDC wouldn't have found guilty, i would have expected the reply at-least on one of the below email, which i didn't see till date. Am at-least happy that the customer care(Geeta) has raised this issue from their end.

Please pass on a clear information across your network, when any customer comes to ask the information clear and not to take any information blindly/ or if not heard properly. I generally use Bluedart service and they are too particular in writing each and every fields in the consignment receipt, and not missing most of the field and that was not the case if i look at DTDC receipt of consignment.
