Most humble and submission I beg to state that I Kailash Tamang would like to Change the DOB (date of birth) in my Identity Card (Election Commission of India), my correct and fixed Date of Birth is on 11/08/1986, this is my actual DOB. My present Identity Card proof is given below :-
