I had tried to register my name for submission of complaint through website ceowestbengal.nic.in but failed due to error in the page. Therefore I am sending it through your email address.
Sir, I had submitted application in FORM-8 and Form 8A on several times for changing of residential address in my voter identity card and subsequently attend hearing but no change found in the voter list.
Sir, I had already spent more than 2 years for this process and nothing happened after that. May I know sir how the problem will be solve please.

I have applied Voter I Card on 30.10.2011 but till date I have not yet received my Voter I-Card I know from my reliable source that all the person those who has applied on that day, they are already received their Voter I Card my counter Part No-DL/AC9/SSR/2012 DL NO..... I and my mother lost voter id Card while traveling in Train in Haridwar to Delhi dated 16/03/2012 .Where do i get the Duplicate Id card. what are the necessary steps to get back the voter id card ? Please find snapshot for your assistance.

i wanna to tell you that I'm local resident and I've fill the form for voter id card, for which I've given all the important required documents like mark-sheet photo copy, then also when i received my voter id i saw that my name spelling is wrong is entered in it. hence it do not provide me a correct identity so please to whom may i concern please pay attention on my application, and please suggest me what should i do now. The correct name was S.LIAKATH and it was entered as "S.RIYAKATH".

And same as follows as my mother voter id card also it was came but correct name is {"SHAIK NAZNEE BEGUM"} and it was entered as "S.NUZNI BEGUM" plz correct the spellings of my voter id card as my mother and my self.

plz suggest the procedure how to correct the names plz do asap

Request noting of 3 Voter's ID cards:
1. NFS[protected] pertaining to my father Mr. Sundaram (Wrongly mentioned as Sundharam in card) PHOTO INCORRECT (Somebody else's photo)
2. NFS[protected] pertaining to my mother Mrs. Lakshmi, Husband's name mentioned as Sundharam instead of Sundaram. PHOTO INCORRECT (Somebody else's photo)
3. NFS[protected] pertaining to myself Srikanth. My father's name mentioned as Sundharam instead of Sundaram. PHOTO INCORRECT (Somebody else's photo)

All the above three cases surprised to see completely different photos than the one provided. Kindly direct the steps to be taken to get the same rectified.

I am vaibhav gupta and this time i am going to vote first time. But when i saw my voter id card i was shocked to see the poor quality of voder id, my photo is not visible and i cant even use it as my photo id anywhere and the quality of id card is so poor that it will be a shame to call it a Voter Id. so i have a complaint against UP election commission. They have not done their work efficiently.

Sir My complain is about VOTER ID, there are incorrect information in each voter ids of my whole family.we also tried to make correct these information of VOTER IDs but they did not pay any attention ,again when we received VOTER IDs, there was many another incorrect information such as Elector's Name,Date Of Birth.so please take action to make correct information VOTER IDs.I will be highly obliged to you. i have mentioned my email id for further communication "rajneesh.[protected]@gmail.com". I lost my Voter ID card on 1 June 2010 & lodged an FIR in Sarita Vihar Police Station, New Delhi on 1 June 2010.

I approached my 'Assembly Constituency, Election Commission Office' in Okhla, New Delhi (Nai Basti) on 9 Dec 2010. The concerned employee said that the work of duplicate voter ID card is not going on & asked me to come lateron.

I again visited on 25 Oct 2011 to Okhla Office, New Delhi (Nai Basti). The concerned employee taken copy of FIR & voter ID card but denied to give any acknowledgement.

I again visited on 28 Nov 2011, the concerned person taken my phone number and said that he will inform me over phone.

When no phone came, I again visited on 23 Dec 2011. The concerned employee said to deposit FIR & voter ID copy once again. I deposited the same but this time also I was denied for acknowledgement.

Now, I visited on 12 Jan 2012. But no result came.

Today (27 Feb 2012) again I visited OKHLA office (Nai Basti) & again deposited copy of FIR & Voter ID copy. This time again I am not given any acknowledgement.

Now, at 2 PM (27 Feb 2012), concerned employee called me (from Ph no[protected] & said that a fresh FIR need to be filed first.

I strongly object. Since last one year I am depositing the same FIR for getting my duplicatye voter ID & now, it is being told to get a fresh FIR. This is nothing but the harrasment. This shows how hollow are our claims about so-called "consumer rights". In short,it is a step to cheat Common Man like me

More than an year already passed but I am not provided with any solution.

May I request you to please look into the matter & help me providing my duplicate voter ID card, relevant details are as follows:

I have my voter ID card with me but no use to carry the same if everything mansion wrong in it, after filling the correct name and address at the time of registering for voter ID, can anyone check the same in my record and get it correct (voter ID number is SHS1570266) and my correct name is RISHABH RAJ (date of birth 17/02/1982) ,S/o Lt Bimal Bihar Srivastava ,and the photo is also very poor in view.

More than 600 applicants applied for Voters Id on Nov 2011 in A Ganesh Matriculation School Velachery Chennai. Out 600 only 45 got the Voters Id so Far. more than 550 people are waiting for the Voters Id .Please resolve this issue. Dont blame people for less polling count, these are the reasons why people are quitting to vote. If Passport/PAN/Ration Card are issued properly why can't voter's id? If goverment has issues in finance they can collect the amount like PAN card and get it done. Online registration are available for voters id but its not functioning properly. 550 people from velachery are awaiting for the status.

sir when i am going the electroll office this address is street no 3 ashok nagar near samudai bhavan.in this office iam submit the form 6 for my fresh voting id card the officer is not submit my form while iam am above 18 year and complete the documentation.dob document,uid card, resident proof ,rasan card,brother reference voting id card,pancard.

I got my election card two time but all the time there are only mistake and last i got two year ago.Nearly I 3 time feel the correction form for election card but when go to collector office there is no replay...no feed back so i tried for 5 time go collector office but no answer. Here the Government is post the benar for awareness in public for election card also lost money. so there is a request for get voter election card without mistake.
