This is with ref to my PF amount withdrawal, My company has submitted all the necessary doc to withdraw the PF amount My PF account no is KN/24315/262. but till date i didnt received the amount several time i wrote mail to them even call to banglore but they never respond and ask me to come down all the way from delhi if i required detail about my pf so please look into this.

I am YASER ARAFATH.L..having PF no MH/46257/23688, I was served in esteemed organization KELLY SERVICES India Pvt Ltd from 21.05.20-08 to 27th FEB -10. Last JULLY-2010 I gave request for reimbursement of my PF by through proper channel (By KELLY SERVICES India Pvt Ltd). Still I never received the PF amount from the concerned department. Pertaining to this I enquired with the organization they replied me, You send the PF number to PF office you will get the status of your reimbursement from them.

I kindly request you to send the status of my reimbursement as soon as possible.

I hereby inform you that, I worked with Carnation auto India Pvt Ltd, kochi for a period of one year from 18/05/2009 to 05/06/2010 .In my salary slip the PF amount used to be deducted every month.My PF number is DL/38696/329.I submitted my PF papers for closing the PF account on the same day which I releaved from Carnation and that is 5/06/2010.After 3 month whenever I called to my office for asking about my PF status, they informed that it is processing and will take few more days .Again I called after one month and then too I heared the same words. This has been continuing for last 90 days. When I contacted my office last week they said that, it is due to a processing error from head office. I'm totally frustrated and don't know what to do. I'm in urgent need of the PF money, and I m waiting for the same for the last 210 days.I heared from local PF office that, 45days is the maximum days to clear the PF account.

. Now I want to ask, is that my fault and am I suppose to suffer due to their fault. Sir, may I therefore fervently request you to look into the matter and kindly help me to get my dues at the earliest.kindly consider this as my prayer.

In my salary slip the PF amount 600/- used to be deducted every month. My PF no is DL/25256/4731. I first submitted my PF papers on October, 2010. After 3 months I have received only 21000/- rs. How is it possible? Now whenever I'm contacting RPFC Wazirpur for the datail either they don't pickup the phone. I'm totally frustrated and don't know what to do. I'm in urgent need of the PF money .
