12 April 2011 - Its a total waste of time writing complaints to railways. I am soory even; I am a victim our problems will never be answered, the way the staff at egmore station responded and made me walk around from platform to platform today is a story to narrate with pain. The SMR 'proud station manager' I wonder why and for what that guy is proud after all ! The comment from him was " there are chances the vehicle would have been loaded in another train down south instead of north". The humour is northern rly says south is too far from been prompt. Good organization hats off.

Mr.M.Ravindra Reddy — Basic amenities provision

We are staying in H.No.1-4-73/4 which is residence of Mr.Ravindra Reddy situated at V.V.Nagar Colony,Street nO.8,Habsiguda.The landlords are not providing Water 24hoursa nd putting more restictions instead of solving the problem.In reply they are just saying i[censored] want to stay otherwise leave teh house.we are paying Rs.8500p.m which is higher in current scenario.

Dear Sir,

This is the request for information for missing Cheque since six (6) months.
I am P.Divakar Reddy, former employee of Foundation for Ecological Security, Anand. I applied for my P.F. after my resignation from the organization in 2010. In November 2010, I received letter from your office regarding the settlement of my P.F. amount including Cheque details which you sent to Bank for settlement (enclosed the copy of the letter for your kind information).

The same has been received by Bank also with two Cheques. But only one Cheque with Cheque No. 686301, dated 16/11/2010 (an amount of 19370/-) has been credited in my account. I approached bank authorities regarding another Cheque with No. 672223, dated 16/11/2010 (an amount of Rs. 75699/-) but they told that they have sent it back to your office due to the absence of signature of issuing authority on the Cheque. After that I couldn’t get any information from your office. I enquired bank authorities but they told that still they didn’t get any Cheque from your office.

But claim ststus information showing that my account was settled. I am giving the details of my claim status.

I could't understand weather the mistake with Bank or your office.

Dear Sir,

I worked for UNITEDHEALTH GROUP INFORMATIUON SERVICES PVT Ltd. GURGOAN. All required documents sent to Gurgaon PF office and the same copy has sent to me on[protected] to close my PF account. Till now it is under process when checked the status on EPF site. My account number is HR/GGN/28371/863. I sent many mails to get updates from gurgaon pf branch. There is no response from there.

Please help to get my money.
