Workforce management — Still not received My PF

Dear Sir, I worked in Birla Sunlife Insurance co Ltd. Thane. through the placement company - Workforce Management Pvt Ltd from the period December 2007 to October 2010. I was getting my salary from this palcement company. Profession tax, ESIC, PF amount was deducted from my monthly salary.

My complaint is regarding PF. I had fill up PF registraion form at the time of joining the company and submitted to above placement company. As per rule they were depositing PF amount to concern PF Department on montly basis.

At the time of my every monthly salary i always asking about my PF account number to my palcement company but they never provide me the PF account number. During my working period they have not given me the PF account slip(Proof of submission the PF on yearly basis).
I left the company in the month of October 2010. I fill up PF withdrawal form with all necessary documents and submitted to palcement company in the month of December 2010.
I went to my placement office to make enquiry about my status of PF in 1st week of June 2011. That time also they have not provide me my PF account number. They told me that they have not yet submitted my PF withdrawal form to concern PF department.
As per the Government rule,after the 6 months, I suppose to get back my PF amount. But till todays date PF amount is not transferred to my saving bank account.
So please advice how can I get it.

We wish to inform you that we had taken Auto Loan from HDFC BANK LTD and our Insurance company was Bajaj Allianz General Co. Ltd on 07/05/2008 we purchase Scorpio vehicle with the help of HDFC Bank on 29/07/2008 our vehicle was THEFT in between our Installment was regular with HDFC BANK. After four months we claimed for the Insurance with regarding Insurance company the claim was settled and Bajaj Allianz give us the draft of Rs. 9,37,686/- in favour of HDFC Bank Ltd then HDFC bank given us Loan closure letter on dated 07/01/2009, with reference to above cited Loan Agreement as they are aware that this is the prepayment of Auto Loan due to the THEFT of vehicle, we would like to bring to their kind notice that certain facts for not charging the prepayment charges @ 6% on outstanding principal amount of Rs. 47,318.97/- . This is illegal outstanding charges that HDFC Bank recovered from us, so kindly give us justice.

All supporting documents attached with this complaint.

I want to know about the procedure to get my provident fund interest while pf has been debited 10th year earlier. My father was working in Planning office. He was retired in 1988 still his rest is not received.
