[Resolved]  Employees Provident Fund Organisation, India — Pf claim not received

I Dheeraj Kalra tele collection executive at AOK IN House Bpo services pvt ltd. now i left job for further studi since 1 year. i appled for my PF amount in january 2009 and they said that you get PF in march But i recieved a leter from PF department ur pf can not be transfer because from 3-A & 6-A was not submitted with the PF form. But when i submit the from in AOK in house for company sign they said that form r not mandietry. that's y i cannnot submit that 2 from so plz tell me what can i do. I have left the company which is basically at gujarat and now i am in karnataka so is there any facility to withdraw the pf amount from here, if it is, then how to withdraw,

I Rakesh Mohan Mehta was working with Plethico Pharma. ltd. .I have applied for my PF amount of money 3 months back and from that time i am in regaular contact with com. and one of his officials Mr. Kulkarni regarding my PF. 2 days back also i talked with him but they gave me the same answer as always that we have sent that to you. but till today i have not received even a singal document regarding my PF.

I Rakesh Mohan Mehta was working with Plethico Pharma. Ltd.. I want my PF amount and for that i have applied 3 months back and i m in regular contact with com. and one of his officials Mr. Kulkarni. I called him 2 days back also but they had given me the same answer that we had sent it to you, but till today i have not received even a singal document from the other end. So please help me in this regard.

I was working in a company S&S power switchgear ltd, Porur chennai. Tel no[protected] in duration July 1997 to 15th Mar99.

In Mar'99 i joined another company where i am working till now.

I arranged to sent letter along with form 13 A in 22 Feb'01 From my present company to my previous company and several follow up mails i sent to the HR manager of S&S Swichgear for transfer of PF funds but nothing has happened so far.

My PF account in previous company was TN/11911/3008.

My current PF Account no is MH/4476/4520/301979.

Please let me know the status of the transfer and also how much amount is pending as my PF from my previous employer.

With reference to above, we would like to inform you that, all employees are received provident fund but till date not received interest for the year 2006-07 & 07-08. From the letter received from P.F dept during the withdrawal it was clearly mentioned that on declaration of interest by the central government the interest will be debited to your account. After that 2 year has been completed and we have not received the interest till date.

My form was submitted to PF office 5month ago but yet I haven't receive the pf in my a/c.As after doing the regular followup with pf office I come to know from them that my chq is already prepare but yet I haven't receive the pf.
I want know is this way pf office works as per the rules it should take 1month to clear the pf from pf office after company formalities over.
but in this it took 6montth for the processing part & yet there is know updation
