[Resolved]  Employees Provident Fund Organisation, India — Pf claim not received

Dear Sir,
I was working in Soma Enterprises Ltd. a Andhra Pradesh based company from 01.02.2007 to 30.09.2007. My PF A/c No. was AP 32054/3374. The PF deducted during my service is remained with the company / PF Office.
I applied for withdrawl of the PF amount in November, 2008 but till date I have not gor any response from their end.
I am in urgent need of money. What ever amount is with the Co. / PF Office against my PF A/c No AP 32054/3374 may please be released to me at the earliest.

dear sir,
the pf office in tamilnadu, chennai.is depending upon employers not employees, their responses are not acceptable one, if i ready to expense i can get my own pf amount, in the name of welfare department why the people working in, getting the sin of employees like me, you may ask me to get legal help, for that i can say only "why i have to go court my own money", sorry dear this is my personal experience, any one can reply me, thanking you

I had submitted my PF Claim ( Membership No. MH/40411/1957) in August 2008 through my previous employer Kewal Kiran Clothing Ltd. Its been almost 9 months & I have not received my claim yet. I have been following up the Previous employer and PF agent but they have not been giving me any reply. I also tried calling the Malad Kandivli office but nobody answers the phone. I'm in need of that money but both the company & PF office are not paying any attention & taking consumer for granted. Its not a charity they are doing, I worked hard for that money and I have paid from my salary. Request you to look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.

I am Anoop Mathew, PF Account number MH/[protected]. I was working for DNets and DBOI Bangalore. My PF amount has not yet been creditted to my account. It is already 6 months completed after the submission of the required forms.I have worked 2.5 years for Deutsche Bank Group. 4-5 months for DBOI and 2 .1 years for DNets. PF only from DBOI has been creditted and a huge amount is missing ie PF from DNets. Can you urgently investigate on this issue. Hope your reply soon. Thanks a lot.

Dear Sir,

My mother's monthly Pension has not been received from your Office, for the period January 2004 to December 2004. The reference is PPO NO 14558.
I have already filled up a Complaint form and submitted it to the office on 12 Apr 2005 along with the documents that Mr Chauhan had asked for subsequently.
Even after repeated visits to your office along with the copy of the letters forwarded, no action has been taken so far.
