Respected Sir,
Myself Amrita Sohal from Baroda, i have applied for the settlement of my P.F account in December. Then in January i got the letter from the P.F office that they have issued cheques for the settlement of my P.F. They have issued the cheque in favour of my bank saving account i.e Bank Of Baroda(Sayajigunj, Opp MSU Collage, Baroda).
But Now the problem is that the bank in which i have my saving account i.e Bank of Baroda has not recive the cheque issued by P.F office
The cheque issued by you are of State Bank Of India(Nehru Place, New delhi), and the cheque number are as follow :[protected]. 2)299193 this are the two cheque numbers
Now its more then three month for this thing, so please do needful and please solve my problem by reissue new cheque for settlement.

I had applied for my EPF withdrawal on Sept 2007 and still awaiting for my claims. I am goin to reapply and don know wht time it is goin to take.Had applied this claim for marriage purpose. Our governmenmt is only good for corruption and good for nopthin keeping all corrupted system to drain peoples life.

PF DEPARTMENT — PF Claims not cleared till date ...

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had submitted my PF Claim (Membership No. MH/93863/012) in September 2007 through my previous employer Orient H R Consultant P LTD. Its been almost 1year 7 months & I have not received my claim yet. I have been following up with PF department from the month of June 08 I have onces received a confirmation that my cheques has been sent to my bank( ICICI Bank Pune-Satara Road) for clearance and cheque no. and amount was given. But when I did follow up with my bank (ICICI Bank) for the same no such cheque was received by them. In the month of October I received a letter from PF department saying that my account no. and bank address mentioned was wrong. So, I have sent the proof of same to Cash Department of PF (Malad Kandivilli Branch). And I have received the POD from post office stamped and signed from PF department that is an acknowledgement that they have received the required proof of by bank account and address. I have also tried calling up Malad (Kandivilli) office but nobody answers the phone. I ‘m daily checking http://www.epfindia.com/ site for update but has per that they have not received my claim. I'm in need of that money but PF offices are not paying any attention.
I am not a bagger that money is mine right I have paid it from my every month salary. If they can’t pay us back then stop cutting it from our payment. That money I have earned by my hard work I need it ASAP.
So, please help to get the money.

It is a matter of great concern that I am holding my saving account no.[protected] at your branch Model Town, Panipat, Haryana.

My monthly pension amounting to Rs. 1, 558.00 is being credited to this account.However, for the month of January, Feb. & March, 09 has not been credited so far.

It was clarified by branch that a form/declaration has to be submitted to the branch which was also furnished 20 days ago.But till date my pension for this period has not been credited to my account.

Under the circumstances, I approach your good office to pl. look into it & take necessary action so that my pension is credited without any further delay.

Sir, I had applied for my EPF on the 2nd of Nov, 2008 with my ex-employer (iNOX GLOBAL SERVICES LTED GLOBAL BUSINESS PART GURGAON). However, I haven't received it till yet. So, In the month of feb 2009 I spoke to my ex-employer about the status of my EPF and I was told that, there were some discrepancies on the form. When, I asked them about the details of the discrepancies, they refused to discuss it with me and told me that they have resubmitted the form and will let me know in two weeks' time. But, now they never talk to me properly whenever i called them up. I am really shocked and irate as it is almost 6 months now. Should I go ahead and take serious action against them by going to consumer court? Please help
