I have submitted for clearence of my PF funds to Yes Bank on Feb 09.
The company reverted that I will receive the funds in 2 months.
Then I received a letter saying that i will not receive a single penny, as I was with the company for less than 6 months.
But every month Rs.557 use to deduct from my salary as PF contributon.
Pls suggest for further action.

I am also sailing in the same boat. I applied for EPFund withdrawl last year but in vain. This year in Jan.200j9, I deposited all the requisite documents for withdrawl, which is expected within 30days, has not been received so far.
All persons with the similar grivances should jointly complain to the Higher officers I think.
What do you suggest.

I am prabhjeet singh (HDFC emp id 5998) i am following for my PF since last 10 months and every now and then hdfc people demands me some or the other documents and afer completing the same the response that i got was very casual, after depositing every required documents they are now saying that you full and final is pending and thats why they are not prcessing the same. i am unable to understand that they have not discussed this particular issue in last 10 months and have never mentioned in any of the correspondence/mails which i have in record, i am fed up of the services, they do not reply to the mails and are least concerned.. i have served the organization for more than 4 yrs and i need my PF on urgent basis,

I Completely diagree with Harjit Singh Bhatti as am also an ex-employee and have received my PF money on time.
There must be some issue with the documents submitted by you.
Magus Kolkata team is very helpful and walks extra mile to resolve issues.
I Know a lot of eemployees who have got their PF money.
Please don't create useless issues but talk to them, am sure it will get rectified.

My name is R.Jayaraman. My PF A/c no.is MH/96533/318. I have not yet recd my full pf refund and my
FPF is fully pending. I have lodged several complaints. However even after almost 3 years there is no proper response.

Today i m suffering with financial crisis, i request to you please do something. My full & final settelement is pending, PF AMOUNT PENDING. last 1 year i m trying for this. From HDFCSLIC no positive response till date, they want recovery from my side, sir i m job less how i can give me salary recovery ( for the notice period ) i was already on notice period from company site.
