[Resolved]  Employees Provident Fund Organisation, India — Pf claim not received

My form was submitted to PF office 2month ago but yet I haven't receive the pf in my a/c.As after doing the regular followup with pf office you can check with your bank"this was said by pf office 1week ago' but yet I haven't receive the pf.
I want know is this way pf office works as per the rules it should take 2month to clear the pf from pf office after company formalities over.Please look in to this matter and Please tell me in how many working days i will get my PF into my bank account

hello,
I m a ex- ibmer, i left my company around 1 year back . with all the three forms(10c, 3a, 19). i sent these forms to the gurgaon office on 15th march . it has been more than 4 months now . but they are still under process. and there is no notification from there side . so can u plz help me out . i m frustrated with it. atleast tell me how much time it will take . i was told that it will take around 2 months but it has been more than 6 moths now ..

I Abhishek Agarwal & PF Account No. MH/45503/1081 I had worked with Angel Broking Ltd. from August 2006 to May 2010. I had submitted my PF form on March 2010. Now 3-4 months has completed and Still I did not receive my PF amount in my account and same when check at online site of PF department then its showing record not found. Then I had contact to Angel Broking Ltd the company is saying that all forms put in hold and it will take more 3-4 months as per HR which is too late it has to be earliest. Please help me out in receiving my PF Amount. So there is global request to deposit or credit my PF Amount in my personal Account no[protected], of ICICI Bank (Jodhpur Branch), Rajasthan.

My name is Pankaj Negi, I worked in a restaurant named "Precious Hospitality & Leisure pvt. ltd." select city walk, saket, New Delhi. I worked there for 09 months. I applied for PF on March 14th 2011. I got the receipt also. My PF no. is DL/23846/530. When I inquired about my PF through phone, I was told that, there is no PF applied from this number. I am shocked now that I have applied for PF and having the receipt. But the people from your side are saying no PF is applied.
