This is with reference to the withdrawal of my PF account # MH/94840/55 with Excel Exim Services India Pvt Ltd. Wherein, I had resigned from the services in December 2010. & had applied for the PF withdrawal in February 2011 at local head office of Excel Exim Services Mumbai. The company has further submitted the same with PF office in Mumbai in May 2011. I have been checking the status on EPFO website, wherein it is been shown data not updated/data not found.
Would request your intervention for faster processing of the same. Since, as per my understanding the Turnaround time for PF office is 60 days.
Kindly help for faster settlement.

My Self Rajesh Kumar Sharma, My PF No. is GJ/26388/129783 and I submitted my PF withdrawal form (form 10C and Form 19) on dt.03.05.2011 through my employer Larsen & Toubro Ltd. ECC Div. and received confirmation of the same from EPFO on 07.07.2011 through SMS. that your claim is under process (Claim ID GJAHD[protected] for form19 & GJAHD[protected] for form10C ).
After one month we received a SMS that your claim has been rejected. Rejection letter is under dispatch. but I have not received any letter that what is the cause the reject. My communication address and all required details are true because I am working in Administration dept. and a lot of number of PF withdrawal form are filled by me and all are received his amount. but I am unlucky to received the amount. When would I be receiving the same?

I have been following up with PF office since 7months and they have no courtersy to update me on my PF amount nor do the officials know when they can give me my money back .It is realy shameful on part of PF office officials that they have no timelines of their work on closing a case.

I would like to know how do I take this up with the EPFO inorder to expedite the claim process.

Hi,It has been more than 6 Months that I have applied for My PF Settlement but still have not received my PF Amount.
My name is Satish Sawant and my PF account number is DL[protected].
I tried to contact the PF office several times but no one answers the phone calls. I also tried to check online status but it shows no records.
I am in Pune and the office is in Delhi so I am not able to go to the PF office.
