Sub: Requesting letter regarding EPF payment not received from jan2010 to Till date..

I would like to inform you sir that, I have not received my EPF pension payment till date from Jan 2010. I have sent so and so life certificate through IOB kadayanallur to your concern, last week also I have asked to IOB kadayanallur, they have told that the life certificate of mine had been sent to your concern on date Jan 2010, but till date payment of pension has not received from your concern, So I request you to kindly do the need ful for this matter immediately, And also please let me know the reason of EPF pension payment stopped from Jan 2010. Which is more helpful for the movement of my further action.

My form was submitted to PF office 5month ago but yet I haven't receive the pf in my a/c.As after doing the regular followup with pf office I come to know from them that my chq is already prepare & with in 5 to 6 working days you can check with your bank"this was said by pf office 3week ago' but yet I haven't receive the pf.
I want know is this way pf office works as per the rules it should take 1month of 45days to clear the pf from pf office after company formalities over.
but in this it took 7 1/2month for the processing part & yet there is know updation

With reference to my PF A/c no:DL/20029/1981, I have made a claim in FEB' 10.As per Company instruction I self deposit the PF Form to the Wazirpur office in the Drop Box till now i dont have any information about the same.
I want to know regarding the status of the same.

My name is Rahul Sharma and my previous employer was Birlasoft Ltd. I resigned from Birlasoft on 10th March 2008 and submit all the required forms for withdrawing the PF, but still my PF has not credite.

I fill the PF withdraw form on 22 April 09 and handovered to Employer and as per employer they submitted the PF form in delhi north wazirpur depo on 29 Jan 2010 again.

NIS Sparta — have not received my PF money

I had requested the withdrawal of my PF amount through my office in Delhi wazidpur industrial area office. My office confirmed me that they had submitted my claim last year(2009, oct). Please advice me how to get the status of my claim or how to get my claimed money.

Withdrawal of PF — PF NOT RECEIVED TILL DATE

Dear Sir/Madam,

With due respect I would like to your bring to your kind notice that I have send my PF form to the Regional PF office, Kolkata directly after getting it completely filled up by my employer on 08/11/2009.

The PF office received my form on 10/11/2009 whose acknowledgement, with the office seal and date is with me, but still when I enquire my claim status from the EPFO site it says that my claim is not received by the PF office.

I have repeatedly given mails both to the PF office Kolkata and to the grievance cell Kolakata but in vain. I have got no response regarding this neither any intimation.

I dont know how long does it take to process the claim and it is pretty long time.

I have also applied for my PF from a company whose registration is with Chennai and whose claim is alreasy settled. I have applied much later there but it has been settled in two months.

So I would earnestly request you to be kind enough to look into the matter and do the needful to help me get my claim as early as possible for which I will be grateful.

Hi My name is Mr Kamal Kishore
I want to complaint against the company UG Software, They are not deducting PF of any emp.
And also they are using pirated software. So please take action against them

I am ex-employee of MagnaQuest Technologies, Hyderabad. Its been now more than 7 months since i left the company. I applied for withdrawal of PF 2months back but till date the company is not submitted my forms to PF dept. When i asked why it was not submitted the answer was since the companies contribution of PF was not yet done from last 2 years so it is not possible for the company to submit the withdrawal form to PF dept.

Can somebody help on this regard. Isn't there any rule from govt to restrict such cheating by companies or its a govt's idea to loot employees under the name of welfare.

P. F department — NO Action on claims

I have filed a complain with P.F department Nagpur and the complain no is RONAG/E/2010/00021 on[protected]. There is no update from them and no one pickup the call on the Number provided.
Kindly suggest what should be done regarding the same.

But our contractor could not provide any other facility to us like a PF & ESI card etc. so i have a request to you please tell me about the rule of that schemesand send me any advice & reply, what do we do for that so that we can get this facility from our contractros.Now, we get a new wage salary from the Feb, Month.
