Respected Sir,

On 2nd June 2010, I had joined as a teacher in Seventh-Day Adventist School at kalpakkam. I had worked hardly for 2 months in the school. Then on August 2, you told me to put sign in PF not paid register. I was shocked because the Provident Fund money was deducted from my salary for the month of june and july. So I did not put sign in the PF money not paid register. Later I came to know that you asked sign in PF not paid register to some of other teachers also whose PF money is already deducted from their salary. But the other teachers signed or not ? I don’t know. When I asked you about this the next day you started telling I’m the Principal of this school and I can do anything I wish and nobody has right to question me. You, Mr. Asir Jhon ( Headmaster ) and Mrs. Heys Rathinam ( First Assistant ) started forcing me to get out of the school. So I asked why I should go out of the school ? You told that you are questioning the Principal about PF, this and that so we are not happy to have you in the office. I made it clear that I can’t go out of the school if you want to take any action you give me in writing. So you all joined and threatened me that I should leave the office immediately and you will issue me the letter the next day that is August 4, 2010 and I should not enter into the school anymore.

I was shocked to hear this and I didn’t know what to do so I just walked out of the office and took my bike and went out of the gate when I’m reaching the gate the security told me from now on you are not suppose to enter the campus Mr. Selvaraj ( Principal ) and Mrs. Heys Rathinam told me not to allow you. Then when I just started my bike again there was another shock waiting for me one group of Gundas more than 5 persons whom I had never seen before came and threatened me that don’t play up with Mr. Selvaraj or Mrs. Heys Rathinam you won’t live in Kalpakkam. Tomorrow if we see you around the campus we will thrash you and make you into pieces. So I just came home and when I tried calling you never picked.

Then when I called Mr. Asir Jhon he told anything you have talk to Mr. Selvaraj I don’t have anything to do with you. So I didn’t know what to do. I was not so daring to come to the school again. Till now I’m not given a letter or informed whether I should come to the school or not.

Sir you didn’t stop with that you had also insisted Mr. Asir Jhon to call my parents and tell lies to them. He had told that I had just left the school without informing and I had taken the school things like lesson plan and desk copies of books. You know I had worked sincerely for the school since June 2010 and did all the work but now you are accusing me for all the things I haven’t done. On August 3, 2010 afternoon you had just chased me and I couldn’t take even my personal things which I had kept and but now you are blaming that I had taken the office things and went. My parents are old and my Father is a handicapped person 2 years before he had gone through amputation of his right leg. I don’t know how you people can do things which are out of humanity. Now due to stress anything happens to them who can take care of them ? Will you take care of them? Then you had also insisted the higher officials of my parent’s working place that they should not give job for me.

I’m supposed to get married in the month of August and they had almost fixed a girl and the engagement date also but you and Mr. Asir Jhon had spoken through somebody and spoiled that also. I don’t know what I did to you personally for you to do so many things against me. You had just played up with my life literally for no reason.

Sir I can’t tolerate your tortures any more. For the past 5 months you had tortured me like anything. Now even though I’m not coming to the school you are torturing me like anything. Please stop everything at this point. Actually I’m from a decent family and I don’t like to go to police station, court and all that’s the reason I have not done anything even though you had done injustice to me and spoiled my career.

Sir If you are continuing troubling me I’m going to put a petition to the Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s office that you are not allowing me to live. I’m sending a copy of this letter to the PF commissioner also but not in the intention of troubling you or anybody. I don’t know whether you had paid my PF money or not. I didn’t get PF money for the month for 2 months ( June & July ) 2010. So I want to claim the PF money as early as possible and that’s the reason I’m sending a copy of this letter to the PF Commissioner.

My PF A/C No. is MH/94723/33786 and I submitted my PF withdrawal form on 13 SEP 2010 in my last previous organization named SPARSH BPO LTD, Mumbai. When I inquired regarding my PF withdrawal status they replied me that form submission is done in PF office, Mumbai. But till this time, i did not receive any PF amount. Regarding this issue kindly help & guide me to know the actual status of PF withdrawal.

The authority of Sri Sri Ravisankar Vidyamandir, Gandhigram, Tripura is deducting the monthly contribution of all teachers from the very beginning of establishment of this Institutes for Provident fund. But unfortunately, after so many years till date, the authority did not give any yearly statement, or, provident fund account number of the employees. But deduction is still going on in every month. We, the teachers and other staffs are afraid of dismissal of our job, and so we dare to ask about our Provident fund number or yearly statements.
Even, authority never give any salary statement or salary slip to the staffs and also did not arrange for salary to be deposited in Bank account.
There is extreme grievances among the staffs and teacher of the Institute.
We need justice. Kindly help us.

I am the contractual staff of Directorate of Research on Women in Agriculture (DRWA), Bhubaneswar, (www.drwa.org.in). I worked as a contractual worker through 2 different agencies. 1st is M/s M.K Routray and after then M/s Jagannath Security service co.These two agencies are deducting our EFP & ESI from our monthly remuneration respectively one after another getting the contract from our office. M/s M.K Routray had deducted the EPF amount but can't show the amount according to the EPF & ESI act. That agency also not provided any EPF & ESI account number to the staff. For that reason no body of contractual staff can not get any facility of ESI hospital according to the ESI rules. After end of his contract period, the agency (M/s M.K. Routray) could not give any compensation and our share of EPF amount from last 12 month up to till date.
In another hand M/s Jagannath Securities & co. get the contract w.e.f. August 2010 upto till date after end of the contract period of M/s M.K. Routray. That agency ( M/s Jagannath Securities & co.) also deducting the EPF and ESI share from our salary. But We all staff are confuse and under in a black cloud, is that agency submit our share(EPF 12% & ESI 1.75%) at your office according to the EPF & ESI act and also his share & that agency also not provided the individual Account number of staffs .

So kindly pleas understand our problem, and tray to solve it through your legal way. some of our contractual staff are very poor, they doing their job perfectly and give the better service as they have possible to this office. But they can not get the right justice. So look over to the above matter.

i AM Harshida Kapadia, worked with HBL GLOBAL but not received my PF SETTLEMENT AMOUNT TILL DATE. IT IS NOW 8 MONTHS GONE.....

I have submitted PF withdrawal form in Oct-10, after followup PF amount credited in my Bank A/c in Mar-11, but till date I have not received any letter from PF office regarding details of pf credited to my A/c. On internet epfo site I came to know that my Form 10C has been rekjected & Form 19 has been approved & under process of payment. You are requested to look into the matter & revert back.

This is naren's query. You should understand that the contractor is responsible for the payment of EPF/ ESI etc. You must persuade with the agency to get the details of EPF/ ESI not the DRWA, as it has no role in the contractual work tenders.
