Employee Provident Fund — No PF payment received after withdrawal submission in May 2011

Dear Forum panel members and Officers.

Queries:

Please help me understand status my PF application on WITHDRAWAL.
I submitted my withdrawal application to my previous organisation in May 2011. they submitted the application in AUG 2011 to PF office of Bandra. I have the acknowledgement copy of the same.
Till date as on 12/2/12, i am still awaiting for my payment to be remitted in my bank account of Bank Of India.

I had submitted my PF Claim in May 2011 through my previous employer Sriguru raghavendra services (P) Ltd. My PF Account No: TN/77113/87. Its been almost 11 months & I have not received my claim yet, told me that the PF office has misplaced my form what an irony. I'm in need of that money but the company is not paying any attention.Request you to look into this matter and resolve it at the earliest.

SUBJECT: NON-PAYMENT OF GPF PHU/25366

Dear SIR,

This is to bring to your kind attention that my mother Mrs. Kundan Tandon GPF PHU/25366 has not been reimbursed till date.

She was last working at P.H.C. Bisrakh and she got expired from cancer on 12/07/2005 but till date her GPF has not been given.

I requested at the Office Of Accountant Allahabad UP and I received a letter from the office of accountant Allahabad UP stating to clear the dues directed to Nithari, Noida but on contacting the Noida office they are giving a lame excuse that provident fund records have been destroyed during the flood back in 1990.

I would request you to kindly look into the matter personally and redress the grievances.

Dear Sir,
My E.P.F. A/C No. is MR/MRT/0030440/000/0000002. As per information shown by E P F Office on Web Site this claim has been settled on 16.04.2012 . As per EPFO Web Site two cheques dated 16/04/2012 have been issued .
But till today nieghter I nor my bank (CANARA BANK) have received any cheques or any payment advice as on 01.06.2012 . 45 days have passed away after issuing the cheques .
As per EPFO norm the limit for payment is 30 days after receiving / submission of claim forms . As per this norms more than three months (98 Days) have passed away .
So, I can say the department is violating the rule . I am being harassed mentally & economically . I am not getting any interest from 16.04.2012 Because the money (payment) has been kept / hold illegally by the office & department .
So, Once again I am requesting that please release my payment immediately .

Status : Claim Form 13 for Account Transfer AGAINST Member Account No (TNMAS[protected] has been settled. Annexure K and Payment sent through NEFT.


Data available since last six months.CHENNAI data availaible from[protected]. Last updated on[protected] at 07:21 pm
Approval Details on PPO and Scheme Certificates will be made available soon.

The above status is showing since 20 days, But I did not receive amount till now.
