[Resolved]  EPFO India, Bandra, Maharashtra — PF tansfer pending for 1 year

In connection with the P.F Office, Thane letter Ref. MH/PF/R.O. Mumbai II/RCii/Nov/482 dt. 20/04/09 attaching therewith a letter No. Pension[protected]/TN/108 dated 18/03/09, RPF(pENSION), hQRS TOGETHER WITH A COMPLAINT DATED 18/03/09 in the case of T Ramachandran Nair. MH/BAN/43134/174-reg., i have not heard anything from Bandra office. I have alreay met Ms. Vyas, Asstt. P.F. Commissioner and she had told me that she wrill directly to your Thane/Delhi office explaining the actual facts. Please endorse me a copy of your letter for my information. i await your prompt action, as my FPF payment (lying with P.F. Akota, Baroda office has been pending for proper coordination / proper instructions from the concerned P.F. Offices).

I am working as Computer Faculty (k12project) in Kurnool district . this project under NIIT.
This NIIT has given a Sub Contract to another B.P(Business Partner in every District). All The Administrative Staff of NIIT (Coordinators, T.T.E, and G.L’s) are always do favour to B.P(Contractor).They do not solve the Faculty’s problem.
the faculties are getting maxi. Sal[protected]/- from 2002 upto now.but there is no agenda for the salary distribution. They do as they like.
no preferences for the faculty’s priorities. Even They are not giving salary regularly.

And also they simply opened the P.F.Accounts for the faculties and it is not functioning properly. They have not given give any P.F.accounts details to faculties as yet. If any faculty asks P.F details they are giving irregular responses.

Recently One Faculty died on Road Accident in Kurnool District. The B.P. have not credited the amount to his P.F. account. so that he had lost the benefits of his service. This is only one case. So please solve the problem as early as possible.
