[Resolved]  Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard (Aquasure) — Very Bad Product Reminder ( complaint submitted on 8/5/2008, around 7:00 PM )

Dear Sir,

I had submitted a Complain to you on Aqua Sure ( Aqua Guard ) non-electric product, dated 8th May 2008 evening around 7:00 PM .
The product was purchased on 11/11/2007, Its not even 6 moths the it started giving problem 4 times, Every family needs hygenic water after investing in a product, but this company is cheating consumer and making easy money, And they only concern about there money and they think that consumer money is a dustbin paper . I did not get any reply on this neither my problem has been solved . Please look into this and help in resolving .

We had purchased Aqua sure crystal model on 28-01-09...till 25th august there was no service from the company's side.After reminders a technician [Mr.Ashok Shukla] was sent on 27th august, that person without unscrewing the water connection randomly pulled the water pipe and damaged the whole pipe and the water point...within 5 mins he cleaned the candles and went away.We were completely taken aback when he was extremely rude, refused to take up responsibility for the damage done, instead passed the buck on us and asked us to get the work done from a plumber.We complained at the centre as well as the borivli centre.The complaint no being 55201273 dated 27h august 2009.
The Borivli centre called us and told us that it was mistake on our part and we should get the work done from a plumber.It is very disappointing to know that a well known and a trustworthy brand like eureka forbes treats their customers in this manner and blindly believe irresponsible tecnicians like Mr.Ashok shukla...till date the unit is leaking and lying in a shabby condition with no response from Eureka forbes...very disappointing

I agree for the same, the product which they supplied itself is damaged one and almost 4 days over nobody is responding for the same, still i am following up with them, this is really cheating the customers

I have purchased the aquaguard total sensa with blu G on 25.06.2008 which is a water purifier but the day we purchased still now it is a junk in our house occupying the space and nothing else many times we have given complaints and no body is attending it properly. They are unable to solve the problem

Acuagurd Co. R.O.water purifier — Water purifier did not purifying water properly

I was purchased a Acuaguard R.O. water purifier befor 2 month from Partap Nagar. Saanganer, Jaipur Rajasthan. The purifier was not working peroperly 2-3 times complaints made to dealar but complain has been not remove till today.
1- the purifier 2 and 3 time did purifying water service the complain did not remve by the com.

This company is the pioneer company and has reached the heights with good service network. There may be the other side of the story too. The customer can go to their site ie eurekaforbes.com and logde his complaint there . I am sure his problem will be resolved

It is surprising to note that, it is almost impossible to register a feedback / complaint on the poor service being extended by the franchisee. I am a resident of Gurgaon in Haryana & using Eureka Forbes Aqua Guard for more than 10 years. I have been regularly entering into annual service contract. The response from their service centre is very poor. Last year instead of providing mandatory two services, only one service was provided. On inquiring, I was informed that my house was locked. It is not understood when they have got our contact numbers why we cannot be informed about visit. It is surprising they never made any effort for fulfilling their contract obligation for which they have been paid in advance.

Despite all this we again entered into service contract on 01.10.09. On 4th Sept evening we found filter was not operating. Next day we requested service center to depute the service engineer, but we were informed that complaint will be attended next day i.e. on 06.10.09. Neither anybody visited nor we got any response on service center numbers ( +[protected], +91-[protected]). We also tried to contact their service engineer who has been coming for renewing the contract as well as for servicing but got no response ( Mr. Pawan Kumar - +91-[protected]).

Hello every one, just like you another person who had to travel miles to have a bit of smile using Eureka Forbes product,

They are one lousy Ba***** who would is taking customer for ride...
Just wanted to narrate the incident in sequence so you every one can understand their Quality of service...

I called up their Customer service center on 15 of Sep as thinking an well known brand will have better service through out India, for a demo on next day morning any time before 11:00 am as i usually leave to office by 11:30 and come back only by 10:30 night... mentioned during the enquiry as well.

16- sep No call or no one turned up,
17- sep Noon 12:30 another lady from call center called asked if she can send some one,
I said it was already late by a day, still I’m in office till 10:30 so its not possible for today,
She asked how about evening... with frustration i asked her to check the preferred timing and asked some one to be only by that time, again with some more non sense timing suggestion, the lady finally confirmed to send some one next day...

18 sep one marketing person cam just showed the catalogue, as it was some branded product i did not ask for demo.. When I said I’ll get back he was keen in closing the deal.. so I booked the product giving 1000 as token for a product of 14500. Asked him to come and collect cheque when I decide and confirm back.


19 I called up again asked him to come and collect the cheque, he said would come by evening to collect by did not..

21 he cam, when i Gave cheque for 14500...showing where the machine need to be fitted for me near the kitchen wash area and asked him to repay the cash after deducting the charges for the fitting accessory (RO stand) at the time of installation... agreed by both, he left and confirmed the machine would come next day and installation would happen on 23rd sep.

22 Machine was delivered closed and packed, with invoice saying to sign with testimony" recieved goods in good condition" never mind we are used to these false promise..

23 No one turned up

24 Called the marketing guy asked what happed to installation...he said he would send..
Following for one more day..

26th the installation guy came removed all the tap and said i have a hot and cold tap he can only provide one joint for other one i need to pay extra... I still agreed as asked him to deduct and give me the balance from the 1000. while checking he found my tap was 3/4 inch and the pipe was 1/2 .
asked me to provide the provision required to fit their fitting, " Like cutting your leg to fit the shoe".
I was pissed off spoke to the customer care, their local managers and service manager.. Every one gave the same old . Finally decided to return the piece...

27tth - 2 OCT I made N no of calls to the [censored] marketing guys (Prabu).. But did not pick up my calls to return the unit..

on 2 OCT I went to their office and fired the guys, their marketing head Jaykumar, he promised to solve the issue,

3 rd OCT finally they brought a connector @ my cost which along with the stand came to Rs.700 (they still owe me Rs 300). fitting was finally over, i saw a leak in the tap... which they promised to solve it next day...

The same nonsense continued till OCT 13th i had to call the manager Sheshadri fire the rascal,

on 13 he replaced on but kept others open... till 22 I followed with [censored] sheshadri... but of no use,

22 OCT called manager Jaykumar... he promised to solve again and also repay my Rs 300..
as of today it is still pending... (26th OCT)...

All these shows how dedicated eureka Forbes is to have customer issue solved... all [censored]s.


I have also travelled couple of time to their office... like travel miles to have a smile.. But no response from them...

Posting this as let other know the value they create for their customers...

I completely disagree that the after sales & services is very poor. I have the model ST2000 for many years and have been fighting with my AMC on a regular basis to get things working. I am going to buy a new purifier now. I would go with KENTAIR WATER PURIFIER. There is no harm in trying out new brands when you have bad experience from an existing brand.

Eureka Forbes — Servicing under warranty not given even after five reminder

I have purchased Aqua Sure model of water purifier from one of the dealer at Vashi taking tax invoice.I made a request for the 2 nd service within warranty period at customer care (Request No[protected] dt 15.12.2009).Person came at my residence and told that He needs to break the back portion of the purifier.Then I asked if you want to break it, break it, but at the same time replace it.He said he will replace it later on.But we requested him to come with the replacement of broken part else there will be problem of machine getting dirty and may result into malfunctioning.He told ok i will bring the back portion next day and complete the service.He didnot come for 3-4 days.Again I called up at customer care with same request no.Again,they didnot come till three days. Again I call them and detailed him about the instances.Later assured that he will definetely get the service done this time.He gave me new request no[protected]/01/2010 and person name was Mr.Jitendra Shaw.Till now I am yet to provide the service. Please do the needful

With due I have to say that I have purchase 1 EUROCLEAN product of Your Co from Dhanbad off.I have Given cheque amount of Rs-9990.To Mr.Shankar Jha in 2009.But till today I have not Get the Bill.I have To show in Income tax dept.Please tell me how I will show i .I have done many time phone to him.but he is not taking any response of my number.
We are the user of your Reviva R.O. System since last four year, and had taken the AMC from your Franchisee Service Centre, M/s Prashasti Enterprises, 34, Gandhi Nagar, Agra having B.P. Code 2044.

We are very much dissatisfied with the above franchisee, as the person from them comes after 3 to 4 complaints, that too, does not provide proper and satisfactory service.
