aquaguard compact cartridge — no service from july 2009

Since july 2009 nobody care to have AMC and give me regular services.And what ever phone number is given on my last AMC is not exist. Where I should go. Please send some body to attend the aquaguard compact cartridge.Treat the matter on top priority.

we purchased an aquaguard reviva- eureka forbes. we do not when to replace the candle. No persons from the company turned up.we have made a complaint online.

i have purchased a water purifier aqua sure power boiling as its the only model available in csd canteen delhi since first day of instalation water flows contiously from the pipe even the main supply is cut off i made a complaint on 2 NOV no 83815059 but till now there is no response after complaing many times

I purchased aquaguard RO total from bhopal . but my home place in ganj basoda. When i purchase this product , they assured me about insallation and other facilitiy .even after completion of one month they are not providing this service. i called them many times but now they ignored and not respond us.I am very dissatisfied by this company and product because we are not able to use this product even after spent such big amount. please take action ...

Sirs,

I had purchased a water purifier Aqua Guard-TotalGold Nova whose service warranty was issued against a package under old product exchanged. so far only once did a service personnel came and replaced the reagent to refurbish the cleaning action.
I am at a pain to note that the reputed firms who claim to care for our health and charge heavily on theirproducts give disrespect to the customer care.

Pan Acqua Services located in Jaya nagar, KPHB Housing Board, Kukatpally, Hyderabad-72 with telephone no.[protected] has offered AMC for water filter in my house. AMC for 3 years from sep 2008 to sep 2011. but do not respond at all. complainant : M Kishore Kumar, my email id [protected]@sify.com

I have bought Auqua guard water purifier two years back. one time the amc taken but after that no body contact me for the amc and for candle change. I want amc and change the candle. please contact me.

May i have your attention please..on 23rd of Oct 2011 morning the sales man had rang my and said he had come for regular services and rest goes like this:-
i-we have another serviceman
he-i am your new serviceman
but that fellow was coming since many years
he-he left now i have taken over
i-(thinking &allowed the person in my kitchen after checking he had insisted that my aqua guard is in worst condition & i should change it i said since my husband not in town and a mechanical engineer can check &decide whether aqua guard is fine or not.
then salesman shown me pamphlet of water purifier & insisted to book one right away to avail a discount before 31st of Oct & even given me assurance that if i pay minimal amount of Rs 500.00 can avail the concession.
i-but suppose my husband feels that waterpurifier is in good condition
he- then take your money back( Rs 500.000)
only on this condition i agreed to pay him.
my husband came in week time & checked and said aqua guard is in perfect condition
SINCE THEN I HAD BEEN TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK, THE PERSON AND COMPANY NO ONE IS PAYING ANY HEED TO MY CALLS..............Indu rakesh

It has been more than 20 days i have registered the complaint, and iam following up almost daily with the helpdesk, but there is no responds yet, i have lot of home appliance but i don't face any issues with service with other product, only problem i face is with aquaguard, It is now becomeing embraced for me to call helpdesk, but still you people dont get embrassed.

Never Expected such stupid service from the reputed company, since from two months I am trying to repair my water Purit which was installed by technicians and all of sudden it fall down, myself located in Rajahmundry and here there is a service center and they are so stupids that they never respond back.Since to months I am following-up them but there is no proper response, even I had complaint with the toll free number but useless, even wrote a email to customer service but no use this is the last chance I am trying
