UNFORTUNATELY FROM DATE OF PURCHASED MACHINE NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND EUREKA FORBES LTD DOES NOT CHANGE THE MACHINE OR REPAIR IT PROPERLY

    the water purifier does not working

    I am Dealer of water purifier of almost all brands of India.
    I had a very bad experience in selling Aquaguard RO system.Suppose I have sold today to one of my V I P customer .Since last 3 days neither the set was installed by your service centre even on repeated reminders by us or by our customers. Resulting in loss of 200 Aquasure Aquaguard Filter business. I donot know how eureka forbes challenges about its prompt service. I had very bad experience in selling Eureka forbes.
    I hop other customers should not found such troubles like me or my customers.

    We have repented every moment of owning this product (during the working stages) and now we even have the privilege of seeing it in the "not-working-at all" stage for the third consecutive time. Have been buying drinking water for days now & calling the customer care guys (who have this serious mental obsession of being some sort of president-elects) don not care a hoot!!! I have serious plans of writing to all levels of officers (have collected the emails of the president, vice chairman etc.) of Eureka Forbes and congratulating them on losing some very good customers and of the excellent lack of response they bestow upon us.

    Neither should this brand, their product or their customer service be trusted. I hope this review will help all those people who are contemplating buying this atrocious product. God help them!!
    The service they offer is very pathetic. I have purchased two units and it took 2 weeks hard efforts of daily call and follow up for getting them installed. Every time when we call they give same answer “we regret the inconvenience and a person will install it tomorrow itself” but nobody comes. Then we call them again to here the same statements. Nothing happens except the repetition of the cycle. For initial stage like installation they offer such pathetic service, I am worried about the complaints like repair and maintenance in later stage.

      I have bought an Aquaguard I-Nova e-boiling model one & half years back from Kolkata & currently I am based out of Hyderabad. I have taken a comprehensive AMC contract for this product a year back & currently the product is just not operating for the last one month. I have registered the first complaint on 7th Jan 2009 & thereafter made several calls at the Company's 24 hour helpline but without any resolution. Even I do not receive any calls from any Service technician & now I am looking at escaling this thru mass communication channels as I have realised that there is no point calling up the Customer Service center. Given below are the Complaint number along with my Customer no.

        During my visit at Trade fair at delhi .Mr Rakesh Chaube of Eurka forbes has taken some mony as a token of registration and told us that this amount will be refunded once my man visit to your home . But till date no body has turned up and when ever we ask for money then he behaves very rudely and till date he has not returned the money which he has taken in the name EUREKA FORBES.

          Dear Sir or Madam,
          I have purchased a RO system to wash out all my tension regarding happening of any disease due to impured water. But till date I purchased RO system I am in highly tension due to following reason:
          1. I have purchased it on 10th December 2008. And your sale person promised me to dispatch bill within six working days. But till date I have not received any documents regarding purchase of RO system. Please note that I have purchased it from my highly hard work earning not from any Black money. It might be possible that your sales people think that all civil person are thieves and they will not bothered if not recived any bill/ invoice of the product purchased.
          2. I have visited many times (How many times I can not counted) at your local office 51/5, Shipra path, Mansarovar, Jaipur but always get negative answer regarding bill. Now i feel that there is always a penalty of your guilty. And I think that I did crime to purchase Eureka forbes product, yytherefore getting punishment of this guilty.

            Not working - not attended by service engineer

            We have bought Eureka forbes Aquaguard - Classic water purifier 3 years before from your Sales personnel ( Vinayagam - [protected] ). We have taken AMC during sep-2007.

            No one came till date after the commencement of AMC. At present the purifier was not working from Dec-08. During Dec-08 we have made complaint in Service cell. They have given Complaint no.80797168 and informed us that they will attend the job by next day. We have made several calls to the service center and got the same reply that it will be attended in a day or two. We also informed that this problem will be taken up with the consumer court. After then no response till date.

            Tell me what should i do now. Shall i file a case at consumer court.

            Please send your service engineer to attend the job immediately.

              Hi,

              I have purchased a new Eureka Forbes water Purifier from Nirmal Lifestyle in Mulund on 18/01/2009, for which I have the Annual Maintenance Contract.

              On 20/01/2009 technician named Mr.Pandey came to fit and show the demo.He had completed the fitting to wall part but not able to find the problem for the purifier not functioning since only the alarm light was glowing.

              He was not able to find the problem and thus conveyed us that another technician will come and solve but the technician did not turn up till 21/01/2009 EOD.

              Meanwhile parallely I had registered the service on calling up the telephone number[protected] and the executive assured me that within 24 hrs the service will be completed but no result till now.

              I think Customer helpline number is only meant for show purpose to customers since there was no action taken after the service registrtation task

              Mr.Pandey had shared me this number 26870215 to log a complaint but after dailing 10-20 times I had been getting number busy and no one picks up the phone.

              Again after followup with Mr.Pandey I got another number 25285903, to log complaint and from this number some action was taken by sending a technician today 22/01/2009 and I am in doubt whether this technician would be completing this task or not.

              I want an explanation for this delay in Service.

              I feel it a shame for a reputed company like you who commit to the customer about your good service.

              I want to bring this issue to the public who trust your organization and purchasing the water purifier system.

              I have a Forbes water purifier, about a year & half old. It has stopped working. I complained to their service center, on phone, and requested a service (paid as the device is out of warrenty) on the 19th of April. They are yet to turn up. I have made 5 follow-up calls after that, but has not helped. I am still waiting for their service person to turn up or even hear from them.

              I was also given 3 telephone numbers of some Ms. Yogita, who is supposedly their service manager. However, calling then I found that 2 of the number keeps on ringing and no one picks up and the third number is perpetually busy.

              This is the worst possible level of service commitment I have ever seen in my life.

                I purchased Aquaguard RO System on 01.01.09 but leakage was start on 02.01.09. I logged complaint at Hanumangarh Jn. office, Mr Pankaj but person come on 09.01.09. Again leakage on 11.01.09 rectified on 13.01.09. Again leakage on 14.01.09 & complaint logged on 14.01.09 but after 12 phones to different persons like, Pankaj, Verma Ji & Surender problems not rectified up to 21.01.09. How can I assure for warranty service for whole life.

                Eureka Forbes — Complaint not rectified

                Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customer .If we call the land line nos they say that they will get back with in 10 mts and doesnt respond at all.

                  I had lodged several complaints for attending faults like 'Leakage, Non-stopping of water after switching off & Black particles in the Water) for EUREKA's DESIGNA WATER PURIFIER vide Complaint No.773 dt.22.12.2008 (Over phone no.[protected], 527 dt.24.12.2008 (Over phone no.[protected], M62466 dt.13.01.2009 (Over phone no.39883333 & 289 dt.17.01.2009 (Over phone no.[protected] inspite of having an AMC and following up repeatedly, I was told that they are going to attend to the problem. Till date either the problems were not attended or if attended, not rectified properly by the Engineers. This is the worst form of service that you can ever get. Eureka Forbes is extremely poor in customer service and customers are fooled and duped into buying their products.

                  the local service people are troubling. when the amc expires then only the customer support people appear in the house. otherwise there is no proper response from your local dealer/authorised amc people this is to be looked in to

                  Water Purifier — non attending of complaint

                  we have purchased the acuqaguard e boiling machine and entered amc with the local dealer in GUNTUR andhra pradesh. after shifting the house, telephoning the concerned person did not turned up for checking and machine maintenance despite several phone calls.
                  bought this product in June 2006 and Now it is under the annual service contractby Eureka Fobes. Now it is not working. I have logged several complaints to their head office through net and also their local service centre regarding this and no one has come to my place and they have not tried to contact me as well. Their service is one of the worst after sales support. My sincerer advise for the people is not to buy the euraka forbes products.

                  Their customer support is also pathetic. No one listens to us. I am planing to file a case in the consumer court for this. Please encourage all your friends not to buy any product from eureka fobes. They are the No1 cheater in this world. I regret for buying this product

                  EUREKA's DESIGNA WATER PURIFIER — NON ATTENDING OF COMPLAINT / NON RECTIFICATION OF PROBLEM

                  My Eureka Forbes Designa Model Water Purifier was under AMC till 19th January, 2009. Several complaints lodged during the AMC period regarding different problems i.e. 'Leakage, Water flowing even after switching off the button of Purifier & Black Particles in the water', but the same were not attending / properly rectified by the Engineers. The last 3-4 Complaints Nos. are (1) 773 dt.22.12.2008 (Over phone no.[protected] Eureka, Punjabi Bagh), (2) 527 dt.24.12.2008 (Over phone no.[protected] Eureka, Ranjit Nagar), (3) M62466 dt.13.01.2009 (over phone no.[protected] Eureka Helpline) & (4) 289 dt.17.01.2009 (over phone no.[protected] Eureka - Ranjit Nagar).

                  It is surprising and shocking that the Company like Eureka Forbes is providing this type of third class Service to its consumers. Concerned authorities may please take note of this and do the needful action urgently.

                  Vijay Sales / Eureka Forbes — Non attending of complaint.

                  We have purchased Water Purifier of Eureka Forbes model Aquaflow Designa from Vijay Sales, Thane on 05/12/2008.. From 28/05/2009 it stopped working. Accordingly we have lodged complaint with customer care of Eureka Forbes on 28/05/2009 having request no. 81352698. From 28/05/2009 to 04/06/2009 almost every day we have given reminder with customer care of Eureka Forbes. Every day the feedback was - our technician will attend the complaint on next day. Since nothing has come out, on 04/06/2009 we lodged the same complaint with customer care of Vijay Sales. The reply was same. Since 04/06/2009 till today i.e. till 08/06/2009 thrice we have reminded to Vijay Sales. But answer is same - today the technician will visit.
                  Kindly note that this water purifier installed at our workshop where 25-30 persons daily cosuming drinking water along with walking several customers. Daily consumption of water is around 100 ltrs. which now we are purchasing from outside for last 10 days.
                  Kindly advise us.

                  Eureka Forbes - Water Purifier — Non attendance of Problem, Poor customer service

                  Dear Sir,

                  We have purchased one Water Purifier from Eureka Forbes (Model : Acqua Guard Total Gold) on[protected] itself. Though it has been installed by them on[protected], the same has been put in their records that the same has been installed on[protected].

                  We are amazed to hear from their office on[protected], when asked whether the unit has been installed, only we came to know that they are only for the sale of the machines and not for the customer satisfaction. After that when it was told to them that the same was not installed, they sent a person to install the unit by around 9.30 pm on[protected].

                  That too the tray has been damaged. And after so many repeated calls to their office, they have changed the tray after a month.

                  And it has been told to us that they will come for service once in two months. But even after we have lodged a complaint that the unit is not working properly, they have not even bothered to attend the problem. We have made a complaint also yesterday. But of no use. The customer care department has told that they could not give us the complaint number, since there was some problem in their system and informed us that they will be sending their person to look into it yesterday itself.

                  So far nobody has turned up for attending the complaint.

                  Hence I request you to kindly give us, in what way we can approach the Consumer Court, to file a suit against this company.

                  We hope to get a good suggestion in this regard.

                  Eureka Forbes / Water Purifier — Non - Attendance of Complaint

                  I had purchase the Water purifier of Eureka Forbs - Aqua Sure - Ivory Model in the month of July - 2009 from Vijay sales, Near Teen Hath Naka, Thane - West.

                  In the month of August, the machine was not working. Then i had complaint o Customer care of Eureka forbs. The complaint get attended in 8-10 days afterwards.

                  Then in the month of September again my machine had same problem. I registered complaint in the customer care of Eureka Forbs. They had forwarded the same to their franchisee in thane. Atlast in the month of December, the technician visited to my residence twice or thrice to attend the complaint. But he was not able to repair the machine.

                  Then I had complaint to their head office in thane, but till date the complaint is not attending by them.

                  Now what to do further. Kindly help me on this issue.

                  I have again call on above no & requested on 2nd July but nobody has reached ....

                  I have again call on above no & requested on 7th July but nobody has reached ....

                  Day before yesterday, I have dropped a mail at customer care id & with response to same company representative call me yesterday & assured about the visit of service engineer in next 3 hrs.....Now its more than 30 hrs....nobody has visited my place or nobody has called me....

                  Till date nobody has reached my place.....

                  This is the worst experience of my life with any of the service provider co....

                  The seniors are also not bothered about the customer.....

                  I have dismantled the Aqua Guard & thrown away in dust-bin........

                  I have Aquaguard Classic water purifire of 4 yrs old. I have AMC with your service center (Ph.[protected]. But always they are doing their job after 5-10 times phone call. I bothered about your service center. Please do the needful.
                  never buy an amc from these guys.they never attend and contact only at time of renewal.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I write this letter as a customer of your company out of lot of frustration, displeasure and resent towards the after-sales services being offered by your company and respective officers.

                    I had purchased EUREKA FORBES AQUA FLOW MACHINE AS IT’S FROM TATA GROUP AS I HAD A VERY GOOD TRUST IN THIS NAME AND IT’S PRODUCTS.

                    We experienced difficulties with the equipment operation FROM September-08. We immediately contacted the after sales service call centre and launched an official complaint. It has been nearly 5 months and till date our complaint has not been addressed. You would appreciate the fact that 5 months is a painfully long period for addressing a customer complaint and following up the matter with the company officers.

                    We have been made false promises and commitments by the officers about addressing our complaint. Following are the names of officers which we have contacted since last 5 months and they have not taken any action till date.

                    1. Mr. Ravi Kumar – Mobile Number[protected]

                    Got very worst reply and answer given by this officer as he was asking don’t
                    talk to me we work like this and if you wish you can continue with our
                    services or just Forget it.

                    3. Mr. Punit – Mobile Number[protected]
                    His response was little bit positive but not able to solve this issue yet, as he
                    was trying but immediately forget to follow it up.
                    Also not able to send any person to pick up the cheque of renewal service
                    contract as he says he don’t have any AMC from in office and this reply I
                    am getting from him since last 60 days.

                    4. Mr. Parbhat Singh[protected]
                    The man to whom you have given the service contract on Eureka’s behalf
                    but you don’t explain him the method of working he is very least bother to
                    alternate any call and not even tried to solve the issues.

                    5. Just forget the name of the last person’s to whom I had talk and still the
                    problem is not solved and also the maintenance contract cheque is not
                    picked up and they force me to go to private agencies and given me the
                    number of Aakash Water Purifier Services – 022 – 4042 5656 he says
                    this is the better option then our Eureka’s service ???

                    It is really pathetic that we are being literally treated as "beggars" in our pursuit of contacting your officers and getting the equipment complaint resolved. We are being made to believe that we are at the mercy of your company officers. We get a feeling that the officers do not see any value in addressing a customer complaint.

                    I write this letter as a final attempt to get our grievance resolved and with a fervent hope that you will look into this matter ASAP and make an attempt to restore the customer confidence in your company's product and your company as a whole by addressing our complaint.

                      I have renewed amc for my RO Plant but there is leakage in the system. I had given complaint on 24th dec 2008 but till date no one from Aqua guarda Euerak forebes has attended the problem. The amc was around Rs.4000 is it any worth in renewing the amc.

                      I appeal to all the consumers who have all the papers intact to approach consumer forum in your area against Eureka Forbes. The Consumer Complaint Redressal Forum is a Government organisation with semi judicial power. You can argue your case in Consumer Court yourselves. No lawyer or stamp is required. The Consumer Forum fee is only Rs.100/- payable in draft. The consumer forum is sympathetic to consumers and will impose penalty on the company which payable to the consumer. If the company does not pay the penalty then consumer forum has authority to issue arrest warrant against company chief executive.
                      THIS IS A CHEATING COMPANY, EVERY ONE WHEN EVER COME TO MY HOUSE THEY ARE ASKING MONEY

                        Hi my name is Vipin Tyagi and i live in Jaipur (Rajasthan). I am having one Water Purifier (Aqua Guard- Compact model) for which i had signed an AMC of Two years ( Contract No.[protected] dated 29/12/2007) under which the Eureka Service team has to visit my place every six month for changing the candle/carbon of the machine.
                        The first changing was done the day i signed the contract but for second service i had to call up the service centre to do the needful to which they sent the technician in July 08(on 7th month). In the meanwhile i changed by residence in Sept 2008 . Now again the six month period is over but still there is no communication from the local service centre towards changing the candle/carbon. Is there any system in place...?

                        I tried to contact the local chap (Mr Pankaj on 5100847) but i dont think company has provided them adequate training as to how to deal with customers.? Instead of accepting the flaw in the system he asked me numerous questions as if Co is doing some charity by providing me service.

                        On questioning about the service levels, he told me he had sent a technician to my earlier residence on 28 Dec 08 but he was told i had changed my residence, whereas the fact remains that my earlier landlord has got my new address and no one had visited them !! Our two contact numbers are clearly mentioned on the AMC card but no one took the pain of calling up and asking for the changed address...Today(13/1/09) when i called up i was asked where to send the person...? Again my question is - Is there any system in place.? Do we have to call up everytine to get the service ?
                        I hope the people sitting on the top level understands the seriousness and the possible threat arising due to drinking of non-clean water.

                        I strongly beileve in a brand called TATA but such level of service puts a big question mark on the systems/processes and checks.?

                          I have a aqua guard water purification system from last 8 yrs. and had no problems about its functioning, the candle and carbon was changed every 6 months. But no no for AMC. Now the rear pipe bringing water to e boiling after filtration stared leaking, I called the service personal to repair it, He said your PCB is burnt . I said when e boiling and filtration is working who PCB can burnt. hE SAID YOU TAKE A TWO yrs AMC and it will be repaired he took RS 1900/ for two yrs maint The machine is still leaking, no action is taken by company to sent mech for repair, Since it is a propriety item the govt should ensure the customer is not cheated by company

                          We brought an Aquaguard RO system. In 3 months the problem starts with the unit. Water is not coming into container instead it go to drain. When the service engineer comes he simply removes the filter and hit with his screwdriver and refits it. Then it will work for some days. When we ask this is the way they clear the filter? He doesn’t have any other tools clear the filter. I really think they don't have a proper mechanism to clear the filter. With in 2 months the filter is cleared 3 times and now filter is gone bad. Now they say it needs to be replaced and it is not covered under warranty.

                          My sincere advice NOT TO GO FOR ANY EurekaForbs products.

                          Now they just want to have sales but not give customers the best service even in warranty period.
                          I totally agree. I too paid rs. 900/- for a year's contract with a company with valid office, phone numbers and receipt but i got only one service and now none of the phone numbers are working! My machine is left unattended and the cylinder has not been refilled. I don't even know where to contact a proper servicing person. This company is worthless and I am thinking of switching to some other brand like PureIt.

                            I, Mr. Prabhakar V. Bokad, Shegaon Dist Buldana (M.S.), India, have purchased Ureka Forbes water purifier through receipt no. 326408 dated 21/6/2008 . The salesman Mr. Pankaj Munde (salesman no. 9006702) was frequently visiting to my house for marketing and selling this product. Lastly on 21/6/2008 I have given him cash of Rs. 1000/- and one cheque of Rs. 1000, and 6 chequess of Rs. 990/-. He had promised me to return 3 cheques of Rs. 990/- against payment of Rs. 2300/- Rs. 700/- on 13/10/2008. But after 2-3 reminder every month and discussing the thing with his boss at Akola office(M.S.), India. Just 2 days before he gives me time to collect the money, but he does not found me after giving different places of contacts to me. So this is the direct way of cheating the customer. This thing is also happend with 2 person, I know.

                                  This with regard to Water purifier with RO technology which I have purchased from Eureka Forbes through a sales representative in the year 2006. This system requires annual replacement of filtering candles. Changes of candles were taken up at appropriate time last year. But this year none of the technician were bothered to visit my home to attend maintenance. I have placed a request for change of candles on[protected],[protected] and again on[protected] by calling there customer care No[protected]. The quality of drinking water after RO deteriorated and it is causing all health problems for my family. My daughter is suffering from dysentery due to this. I have been going under high stress because of my daughter health.

                                  Hi : Last year in the month of May'2010 I had purchased a RO from Eureka Forbes company , Sales personnel promise me for supply of Heaven but just after purchasing all are worst than hell , quality of water was very bad , I complaint the same but after chasing for long he arrange to change the membrane , which was again a big mistake. Further I dial sales person number but he didn't pick my phone. Due to bad quality of water supply my daughter is suffering from typhoid , doctor told me that. Now who is responsible for that of such a hell situation . Eureka forbes company asked me to take an AMC , in spite of product is in warrant period. Is some body look into this.

                                    We bought an Aquaguard NF costing around 13, 500/- in April 2007. We are having severe issues with the pressure of water not to the required level and hence we dont get drinking water for days together. When the purifier was installed the "sales person did not check for the water pressure" or for the hardness of water to ensure that the purifier works.

                                    We complained to the service people several times but the response that was given each time was that the pressure was not upto the mark.It was quite disgusting to know about it so late and to know that the buy back worth would be Rs.1500/- only.

                                    The manager who attended to us did not have the courtesy to ask us to sit and talk, was not willing to listen and didn't look as if he was going to solve an issue.
                                    We told him the issue and he told us to raise the height of the tank. This option cannot be resorted to as we stay in a rented house and we cannot ask the ownner to have the tank on a tower for the sake of the purifier. This is the most ridiculous solution to an issue that we have got so far. When we said that it wasn't a feasible solution, he gave us an option of the unworthy buy back.

                                    No feeasible solution was offered, instead the manager advised us to wait till the point of time the water filter can be put to use effectively. The next level of escalation told was www.eurekaforbes.com. I have sent them an email but there has been no response.

                                    The policies of the company and the service offered by the company cannot be digested and have deep sense of being cheated.

                                      i have bought a new Aqua guard gold nova water purification system on23rd september 2008 [Inova gold] at chennai adambakkam..
                                      the next day i found the start electric button was not functioning properly on 24th.september 2008. till date i have made six complaints about it. three persons visited and only told the button requires REPLACEMENT. only promise is made. but NOT REPLACED. about a repeated about a week back I was given a customer ID as [protected]. i was also told to inform my complaint in futur e referring this ID. I want action . i cannot hold the start button with my finger or by stick, till the filling of vessels. NOW FIRST SERVICE is due since Expiry of 3 months.

                                        I paid Rs.5450/- for buying a Trendy-Xeon Eureka Forbes Vacuum cleaner from MGB, 100 Feet Road, Coimbatore.They delivered me a wrong model(Trendy Cherry) which is Rs.1000/- less and was not even in good working condition. The same was informed to them the next day and was agreed to change after they accept their mistake.

                                        But when i went to the MGB, 100 Feet Road, Coimbatore they were not ready to replace it for me beacuse they dont have a ready stock to rectify their mistake.

                                        I informed the same to Eureka Forbes Customer service executives (around 3 people) but they didnt take any action for it yet.

                                        I'm PETER from COIMBATORE..My machine got repaired on 4th november... from then i'm trying to file a complaint but i could'nt file due to diwali it seems.. after 5 days i filed the complaint([protected]).. the technician on 11th and inspected the machine and told that the board is not functioning so we'll replace it within two days... but its already a week gone and no proper reply and response... also complained to the manager MR.MANI([protected]) He too not answering properly.. My machine is in Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC) from the date of purchase... WORST SERVICE..
                                        MGB Coimbatore 100 Feet road- Cheated me, They gave me a wrong model TV Bravia 600 which cost less than 1000 when compared with other shop. They also tried to send me a showroom TV and tried to cheat me. I told that I can not accept showroom TVs. Late with in a week I informed the them that my eyes are getting strained due to 60 HZ TV and asked them to replace it. No one cared about it. They are the real cheaters. Do ever go to MGB Coimbatore 100 Feet road.
