Dear Sir I was expecting the courier from ICICI Bank which was sent thru Express IT Courier.I am not been told AWB no.All couriers sent thru the EXPRESSIT from ICICI Bank are either delivered very late or not at all delivered to me.I only came to know when they called from different branch and said we are not the delivering branch.I dont know that delivery branch had made attempts to deliver or not.I am sure they didnt turn up even a single time.I have never seen such a non professional and non-sincere courier company in my life.They deliver couriers according to their convenience.They are not at all sincere. I didnt get a single miss you intimation nor I got any SMS from them that one document could not be delivered.Some lady called me from this no[protected] and she didnt spoke properly about the delivering branch, awb no.Then I tried to contact this number more than 10 times, she never lifted the phone. Instead after the call was over becos of no answer, she put down the receiver as if she was not bothered and all at her whims she does anything and she switched off the phone. Not even a single time they lifted the phone.Becos of these bad/worst behaviour of this, some of my couriers have been returned back to the sender and causing lot of inconvenience becos of there unprofessional attitude. I regret to say this that non of the courier company is sincere in there work almost now and then i have brought to notice many times about this ones viz Overnite Express - Wrong numbers in SMS, nos get feeded wrongly by non skilled boys. I was assured by Mr Firoz that it will not happen again but still the same SMS having wrong feeded nos gets distributed and list is endless about Professional courier, Express It and many others. I request you to do something to these non professional persons otherwise lot of persons would keep getting affected and waste our time to dig into there . express IT couriers — non delivery of sealed packet.
One delivery man introduced himself as representative of Express IT Courier, came to my residence on 23rd September, 2008 and return back without delivering a packet sent to me by ICICI BANK on the plea that he made a mistake in his paper and will come back on next day with a fresh paper. But till date I didn't received any such packet. In the meantime I have been informed by ICICI BANK that they send one packet in my residential address vide no. AWB NO.[protected] on September, 2008.Please take necessary action so that I may get my packet without further delay.
I've faced a similar issue with this highly unprofessional organization. It surprises me that ICICI Bank continues to do business with these guys - don't they realise that it is seriously affecting their brand equity too!?
I was to receive a new card from ICICI and their helpdesk very professionally provided me with details of the courier company [the infamous Express IT] with an airway bill and even a delivery date - 26th Sept.
However, till date [1st Oct] I have not received the card, and now on calling ICICI I'm told that the item has been returned!? There was no notification of the courier service arrival / no "Missed you" card - nothing!!! Now I need to raise another request and have "expressly" requested that ICICI send it through another another company.
ICICI - Its time to wake up and dump these ! You're loosing a LOT of customer goodwill due to no fault of yours!

What a Worst Courier in the world. I didn't see any worst service like express-it in my life. My axis bank credit card statements always deliverd via this courier service by AXIS BANK. They called me and asking the address but i didn't receive any one statement from them yet. Please note AXIS BANK, if you deliver our statements via this worthless courier service definitely you will lose a valuable customer.
I got msg from express it stating that they were having the parcel of bill no...but still When I tried to contact those numbers all were currently out of service and when i tried to reach Land Line no one pick up the call i tried more than 100 times, THEY NEVER LIFTED THE PHONE. But online track status shows that consignment has been sent back iam uanble to under to whom and where they tried to deliver the document They funning thing is that i don't know who hqas sent the parcel...
I was vexed very much with this Express IT couriers. I was supposed to recieve the cheque which is sent by one of the bank.They hold it for nearly 10 days.The courier is very important for me.When I contact on phone they never pickup the phone I tried for many times.I think these ppl not even bother the customer satisfaction. They grab the clients and then stay lazy.Even if they deliver it or not nobody bothers.I[censored] know any way to resolve these kind of issue drop a mail to me.
Still i have not received any reply in your end.i track this packet in your website, there is showing "consinee not available" i want to inform you the address is my office that is open 24 hours and i also available till 6.30 pm.this is poor courier services.please look at this mail & reply immediately.

Sometime I felt its just spam SMS I am getting in my mobile, everyween I am getting SMS that delivery failed please contact the numbers XXXXXXXX/XXXXXXXX, but when I called them they don't understand Either english or any other language so disconnected the call without giving proper response. Finally I tried to track the courier details, it was in the name of someone else. Right now I am not loosing anything but these SMS are really disturbing me, as just by looking at SMS I cannot make out it for the other person or for me until and unless I go and check in the site.

I also received an sms that the ExpressIT guys came to deliver my consignment today vide Airway Bill [protected]. The ask me contact immediately on 32312011 / 32417466 and the sender mobile# is [protected]. How much i tried to contact on all the 3 nos, but not a single one i could reach. Also the funniest part is that no one came to my home during the whole of today or yesterday and yet they claim that one of their delivery boy actually came and could not find us in person at our home. This is ridiculous and unprofessional for a courier service, which boost of such a mass scale operation. I still do not know about the document or parcel to be delivered to me. I would take legal action, if there is any type of loss to me due the non-deliverance of courier to me.
A credit card was sent to me thru Kotak Mahindra Bank. First of all, no one tried to contact me or deliver the stuff to my place. They just kept on updating the fake comments on the status of the shipment & finally they returned it to the bank. My bank had provided them my contact no. but no one bothered to contact me & when I tried to contact them at their customer service no., no one picked the phone. Even their headoffice located in Mumbai didn't pick the phone. Most irresponsible & pathetic courier & customer serice that a person can ever come accross...

i belong to delhi that too my resi is in the heart of the city. there was a courier fm kodak mahindra bank in my name. this courier people has not at all come to my residence and simply they made comments door locked. even i have gone to office, my family people are there in my resi and they had not gone anywhere. yesterday i contacted the bank and got the way bill no. started calling the courier people[protected] at last i got the line at 6pm after trying more than 100 times. bcoz always busy. i dont know how these courier people are running and that too such big banks are supporting them.
they immediately told all staffs had gone due to pooja. i asked why it has not been delivered yesterday. these funny and liers informed me that tomorrow[protected] is working day and we will deliver the courier 100%.
today morning i tried the numbers but nobody was lifting. even they knows that today is holiday due to dassara, BUT WHY THESE TOLD ME LIE THAT TODAY IS WORKING DAY.
MY SUGGESTION IS WHY BANKS ARE SUPPORTING THESE TYPE OF RIDICULOUS COURIERS??????????

This is the most irresponsible and worthless courier i have ever seen. I was to recieve an urgent number from kotak bank. I dont know why banks like kotak mahindra keep these as their vendor. Its nonesense. I am planning to sue these people. This inconvenience has caused me business loss . I will see these in court.

express IT couriers — Courier not received still now
Hi,A courier was sent by Kotak Bank to with the name Venkat KIshore with AWB No [protected] on 04/10/08. But it was not delivered Still.
The cover contains an Credit Card which issued by the Kotak Banks Ltd
I would like to bring the matter to your notice, so that you will enquire about it and see that it will not repeat again

Some body came to my residence, represented himself as representative of your courier, on 23.09.2008 at about 4p.m., when I was in my office. He went back without delivering the packet(send by icici bank) with a plea that he made a mistake in his paper and will come back on next day. But till date I didn't received any such letter from your courier.
In the meantime I came to know from 'icici bank' that they sent one packet in my name through your courier vide no.AWB NO. [protected] on September 17, 2008 to my residential address.
An early action in this matter is being solicited so that I may get that packet without further delay.
