Express It Courier — Non - delivery of couriers by express it | |
Dear Sir I was expecting the courier from ICICI Bank which was sent thru Express IT Courier.I am not been told AWB no.All couriers sent thru the EXPRESSIT from ICICI Bank are either delivered very late or not at all delivered to me.I only came to know when they called from different branch and said we are not the delivering branch.I dont know that delivery branch had made attempts to deliver or not.I am sure they didnt turn up even a single time.I have never seen such a non professional and non-sincere courier company in my life.They deliver couriers according to their convenience.They are not at all sincere. I didnt get a single miss you intimation nor I got any SMS from them that one document could not be delivered.Some lady called me from this no[protected] and she didnt spoke properly about the delivering branch, awb no.Then I tried to contact this number more than 10 times, she never lifted the phone. Instead after the call was over becos of no answer, she put down the receiver as if she was not bothered and all at her whims she does anything and she switched off the phone. Not even a single time they lifted the phone.Becos of these bad/worst behaviour of this, some of my couriers have been returned back to the sender and causing lot of inconvenience becos of there unprofessional attitude. I regret to say this that non of the courier company is sincere in there work almost now and then i have brought to notice many times about this ones viz Overnite Express - Wrong numbers in SMS, nos get feeded wrongly by non skilled boys. I was assured by Mr Firoz that it will not happen again but still the same SMS having wrong feeded nos gets distributed and list is endless about Professional courier, Express It and many others. I request you to do something to these non professional persons otherwise lot of persons would keep getting affected and waste our time to dig into there . a sms came on 14.10.08 for contacting on 3298440/4038495 for collecting consignment of airway bill no [protected]. No body is responsing on that phone nos. Please deliver my consignment on my address.

This is to inform to Express IT staff that i received a SMS message from KOTAK Bank a Credit card has been dispatched to my mailing address it was almost 20 days completed i havn't receieved and after 25 days i got SMS msg from expressit stating that my address is not traceable & They have given a land line number which is incorrect some how i got some local number of expressit there were nota at all respondingto my call. Where as i got DHL Courier with 2 days from delhi to the same mailing address . ThIS KIND OF SERVICE IS BEING PROVIDED by EXPRESS IT people. Express It

EXpress IT Courier service — NON-DELIVERY OF COURIERS AND NOT RESPONDING TO MY CALL.
Dear SirI have never seen such a sluggish and in-sincere courier company in my life. I have to receive a courier from KOTAK Bank thru the EXPRESSIT courier service. Either they will deliver very late or not at all deliver. My last courier was handed over to me after 7 days of my struggle. Second time also same problem. It has been six days the courier was sent, not received till now.
They deliver according to their convenience. They are not at all bothered about the urgency in using a courier service instead of ordinary post. My document sender asked me to contact in 3 numbers[protected]/30584905/[protected]. When I tried to contact those numbers more than 100 times, THEY NEVER LIFTED THE PHONE. SOME TIMES THEY LIFTED AND PUT DOWN THE RECEIVER AND DIDNT RESPOND TO MY CALLS.
Not even a single time they lifted the phone. Even anybody can check those numbers.
Becos of these bad/worst behaviour of this, some of my couriers have been returned back to the sender. Lot of inconvenience becos of them.
I request you to do something to these non-sincere/Lazy persons otherwise lot of persons would be affected.
One Suggestion to KOTAK Mahindra bank: Please dont send our documents thru EXPRESS IT Courier service. It is causing lot of inconvenience for us. Because of this your reputation may come down.

Yes, Even i experienced the lazy & irresponsible answers from them, I will stay in hyderbad, i got SBI credit card has to be delivered through Express IT couriers, i have even seen the worst couriers that this, I am calling from last 5 days, about my packet, after5 days finally it got connection, and they are saying the packet was going back as i am not available in my office, they did'nt called me single time for my availability, my AWD number: [protected]

That's correct. I don't understand the corporates and big banks like Kotak Mahindra Bank tied up with Express IT courier, which has substandard service. Kotak call center executives give the phone no's which are either not lifted by any of the courier people or invalid no.s. They also have one mobile no. which is again a wrong no. My credit card is dispatched on 18/10/08 and still today 23/10/08, i have not received it.
Y these banks encourage such couriers? When the bankers realize in this...?

Even I am facing the same problem today. These people sent me a message that a courier has not been delivered and has asked me to contact at some phone numbers. I spoke with them yesterday and they promised to deliver my credit card by today afternoon. I have already called them up an umpteen number of times but without any success. They either disconnect the call or the bell keeps on ringing. God knows why companies like ABN Amro and ICICI have a tie-up with them. They are not even worth to courier toilet papers leave apart credit cards. I hope my card is not misused.

I have not been able to contact the courier tele no. 32313536 in Pune as it is always switched off. I am yet to receive my credit card delivery.
I think it's a worst courier experince, for my SBI CARD, customer service not responding you call them thousand times they will not pick up your phone call, and even if they pick your phone they keep you in waiting, mannerless peoples, even sometimes disconnects your call .

I am surender and i am a card holder of barclaycard, i have not recived my statement from last 2 mouths. But i got messages that they have sent my statement by EXPRESS IT COURIER, but i have not recived the statement with( AWB NO.[protected]. ) and i have got my 1st mouth statement on time so i paid my card payment on time, because i have recived my statement i am not able to pay my payment on time, and not able to varify my statement. Last mouth i got a message satting that ur courier had been belivery but i have not recived the statement, and i also compliand the same to the cousmercare of barclaycard, but i have not any response from them .
so, pls make sure that courier delivery's are made on time and correct address.

express IT couriers — Courier not reached
Hi,Iam pradeep working as Asst Manager for an MNC company. my courier had not still delivered to my address, But while surfing through airway bill number, its showing as delivered. More than 100times i had called to the customer care number but no one is even bothering to respond.
My airway bill number is [protected], I dont know what these couriers people are working.

dear, i got one aproved credit card from kotak bank..07/11/2008 is delivery boy is came to my shop, that time i was go some way. i just told him please wait 10mint..he told me no i have to go..and he was left the shop, than after i was call mr.murli(branch head)his number is.[protected].he is talk with me and .. am not satisfied his nature..please delivered my card as able soon ..my awb no.is [protected]..

Express IT Courier — Non Delivery and the worst customer service i have ever felt in my life time
one of my bank sent me a package that i have requested them through Express IT. The y sent me a SMS stating, it will be delivered in 9 working days. But i haven't received it till now. it had been 15 days since i received a SMS form my bank. Also when i tried to call the customer care number they never attend the call even at the peak hours. I tried to their number from morning till evening for 2 days and no one responded to my call.also their customer care number also keeps on changing.
This is the worst ever customer care service i have ever came across in my life.
I need to get a courier from ICICI Bank. They sent it by EXPRESS IT Courier Services. This is the worst courier services which i have seen these days. When i call to customer care they have given the way bill number and phone number. When i call to these numbers they never lift to phone or they will keep the receiver a said. Really this is STUPID ...WORTH LESS Courier Services...
