[Resolved] Express It Courier — Non Delivery of the Item | |
I recd a SMS on Saturday 16th Feb 2008, at 8:30pm. FRom EXPRESSIT, stating that they had visited my residence and since it was closed were unable to deliver the package. The package contents was my Credit Card from ICICI bank. After being unsuccesful to get thru to them on Sunday, on Moday i did get trhu. Even on Monday, someone would pick the phone and disconect it immidiately. The number given to me was [protected]. Finally after several attempts o got thru at 12:00pm. I spoke ot one Mr. Mohan Kumar there. I told him that i wanted the package to be delivered to my Office address. He verified the office address which was on the package and said, he was aware of this place and will deliver it by 2:00pm the same day. I dint recevie the packe on Monday. then again i called on Tuesday and again i got Mr.Mohan Kumar and he said, we tried to deliver it to your house but no one was tehre. I again reminded him that i spoke to him the previous day and he verified my office address adn was supposed to send it there. He again verfied the address, liek he had a bout of Amnesia. And again assured it will be sent right away. And still on Tuesday as well i dint get it. So again i called on Wednesday and he said we tried to send it to your residence and no one was there....... and again the same excersise. I got furious and told him i have already verified with you my office address and you are to send that to my office address. And he apologised and said will send the person right away. And still there was no sign of the delivery person on Wednesday. I again called the office and this time again Spoke to Mr. Mohan Kumar, and he said they have sent back the package coz there was no one at the residence. I got furious and this time i screamed at him and told him that he had confirmed the office address dn was supposed to send the package to my office address. Then he said he will send it tomorrow. I again confronted him that he said he has sent back the Pacakage. And again i told him how could he send it back. He said now call up the Bank customer care and sort out the matter with them, and he doesnt know anythign about it. Later after many calls i got his branch location which is PEENYA. He also gave me some head office number whcih is in the airport, but no one answers the phone there. Now i dont know the fate of my courier. I want to know if an action can be taken on this Mohan Kumar from this complaint. Was this information helpful? | |

We have had the exact same problem with ExpressIT in Bangalore. They have their own agenda and is a place full of incompetent

today i got a sms at 7:58am, which says that i have missed a courier today and im supposed to contact[protected]/[protected].tried caling these people so many times and no one would pick the phone and on other occasion the phone numbers are busy which itself means that the courier staffs are available in the office, still i dont undirstand why they wont pick the call.moreover i never knew that courier guys deliver parcel early in the morning and im sure that noone has ever come to my residence, they have simply sent me the sms of failed delivery. this is so very annoying, im expecting an urgent courier from the bank and these people wont even receive the call and the sms doesnt even contain an address, where i can go and pick the package myself.pls help me!!

I have similar problem with Expressit. I got a mobile alert from ICICI on May 11, 2008 that my card had been sent through Expressit and I will get it in 7 working days. On May 13, 2008 evening, I got mobile alerts that I made transactions worth Rs 31, 129.00 on my credit card. I called up the ICICI customer care and asked them to block the card and issue a new one. The new one has been delived to me on May 22, 2008 morning. On May 23, 2008 someone from expressit hyderabad branch number called up and asked if I received the credit card. I told them I received it the previousday and she requested my pan number. I gave it thinking it as confirmation. Just after the call ended, I realized that they delivered the card previous day against my passport verification. I wondered why they asked my pan number and tried to call them back on the available Hyderabad office numbers. But nobody answered the call.
I checked the tracking status of the two awb nos on their website. To my surprise, their website shows that the never- delivered card, which is the card sent by ICICI, had been delivered to me on may 22, 2008 to myself against the proof of my pan card and the one which had actually delivered to me on May 22, 2008, the second card sent by ICICI, had been delivered to me on may 21, 2008.
I called expressit on their mumbai offiice numbers and spoke to Mr.Praful. He asked me to send a mail with complete details. Till today I have not received any message regarding that.
Hope ICICI does find a better courier service if it really wants to serve it's customers.

ICICI bank from Bombay have sent me a cover by Express-it courier service wide Airway bill No.[protected] on[protected], which has not reached me till date[protected], 17.00 hours). The requirement of the items in the cover is extremely urgent and I wish the Express-IT takes responsibility of delivering the cover with in next 24 hours.

I also totally agree with these complaints. Since I also experience similar kinds of things. I was told by ICICI bank ppl that "We're providing Credit cards without annual fees" and I also told them Yes. Similarly I applied for two more cards. None of them was delivered to me due to silly reasons...

I totally agree with the above statement that due to negligence of this company boys my card has also been rejected for 2 time. Reason no address found as i am leaving at same address for 15 years and this thing never happen in my lifw.
please guide me something as companies like this should get closed and fine should be pay to the clients...

The status is showing delivered to Mr. Sukhdeo (Authorised person). I have never known a person by this name, so how can I authorise him. I am still to recieve my documents. What the hell do the courier charge for when they cannot handle the orders. I will defnitely raise the matter.

I am facing the same problem and I have also sent a mail regarding this and the replied me that they will arrange the delivery soon. But even after waiting 5 days, I haven’t got my Consignment. This is the Worst service in the World.

As i did not receive the same at the promised time from Citi bank, i called up bank and noted the AWB no ( [protected]) OF EXPRESS IT COURIERS. After i checked the Express it website and found that it was delivered. I enquired all the flats in my apartment and there was no person available as mentioned in the website. I spoke to Citi bank and asked them to raise a complaint on this courier.
On 29.10.2010 i got a call from a person from Express IT courier and he promised me to deliver the cheque on 01.11.2010 after investigation. After that i did not get any response and he did not attend my calls. I felt tired in calling him to the number he gave me. I even tried his Perambur office number but none of the calls are being attened. The courier was said to be delivered on 09.10.2010, and now the date is 08.11.2010. I keep calling Express it couriers but no response.
