Hi,

I have booked following 2 bus ticket from Hyderabad to Nagpur yesterday, now when I have cancelled the ticket then I have been told by ezeego1 that I would not be able to get any refund because of the term and conditions they have.where in eticket it is mentioned that I'll get the refund after 10% deduction.

As per discussion with Red bus and sree kaleshwari travels representatives, the bus operator cancellation policy will be applicable and amount should be refunded to the customer.

Now this amount should be refunded back in my account, how ezeego1 can have their own policy to gulp the money belongs to a customer.

Ezeego1 customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complaint author have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where company image and it's services are concerned.

Ezeego1.com — non refund

i have canceled (indigo)my travel on 14.11.07 which was booked thro ezeego1.com but i understood that the website is fraud.

i have confirmed with indigo that Rs.3074 has been refunded to that travel agent but i could get only Rs.524.74 from ezeego1.com (money ezeegone.com??). there is no reply for my email sent to ezeego and no refund of money.

Ezeego1.com — Non refund of monies due

It is unfortunate to note that despite making payment towards air travel and receipt of the PNR from Ezeego1office, we did not get a confirmed booking. When inquired, the office of Indian Airlines had explained this as a default in confirming the ticket numbers from your side.

Several time I have tried to reach your customer care executives in the hotline numbers specified who are always busy.

It has been almost 3 monts since they have returned my money. Even now there isnt an assurity that when I will get back my money.

Amount paid is INR 11,500

This was the last e-mail written to me after many follow ups.

With respect to Mr. Bharati's cancellation full refund has been processed to the card holder's account.

Shree Tele communications — Refund of Money

Mr.K Arjun from Airtel (Malad) came to me for collecting documents for making prepaid to postpaid. Due to some circumstances it got cancelled but still I have not recevied my documents, Photo and also I have given Cheque of Rs.600/- to Mr.K Arjun in the name of Shree Telecommunications chq.No. 717859 dt. 15/3/08 drawn HDFC BANK. which was cleared from my account. but still I have not got refund of Rs.600/-.
Pls do the needful at the earliest.

As per the terms and conditions, bookings made under this offer are not refundable i.e. booking will not be refunded on cancelations of bookings made under the offer. Ok, but if the refund is provided by your partner redbus.in and bus operator then also ezeego1 is not processing the refund back to customer. I have written communication from redbus.in that refund is provided against the booking. Check following.

Even then if ezeego1 is not ready to refund it back then sorry to say it is a fraud with the customers that ezeego1 is getting money back from travel partner and bus operator but not giving it back to customer, just filling up their pocket.

Please be faithful to the customers...its not about money only its about business ethics and following business morality. If it is not going to be provided then I need to take other route to sort it out.

As already informed by our exceutive, the booking that was done through the ezeego1 website was under the ICICIFEST12 offer. Therefore, EZR[protected] is a non-refundable ticket.
