I placed an order for Christmas tree skirt on 6 Dec order number[protected] but these frauds have yet not delivered my product the shipment is arrived half an hour away from my shipping address but its been 5 days it's at the courier company and thy have not yet sent it to me. Highly unprofessional and pathetic service...Will never ever shop nor recommend anyone to these frauds super irritated and upset with these people... Made nnumber of calls to get updates but all in vain... Horrible is not the word for these cheats.

I had given a different delivery address . However when I checked my orders page the delivery address was the same as shipping address.
Also I have not received any email regarding the order.
On calling your customer executive, A person named Sanjeev picked the call and he was extremely rude. WHAT IS THE RATIONAL EXPLANATION FOR YOU REFUSING TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS. IT IS A TECHNICAL GLITCH AT YOUR END AND NOT MY FAULT. IHAD GIVEN A DIFFERENT SHIPPING ADDRESS WHILE ORDERING. Also I was informed that the order status will be mailed by afternoon. I have already made the payment . Why have you guys not updated the order[protected]???

The most pathetic online shopping website is <B>www.fashionandyou, com</B>. This website is spoiling the e commerce business for sure in India. They dont know how to work & how to serve the customers & are just making a fool of the customers.
Recently on 12-Dec-2014 I ordered Red Tape shoes through order#[protected] . but even after 5-7 days there was no update about the delivery so I marked a mail to them asking about the delivery time but i was told that there is some slight delay it will be delivered soon but they didnt deliver the product & after repeated mails sent to them the reply was same that there is some delivery issue it will be delivered soon. finally on 26-Dec-14 I got a call from them saying that there is some quality issue so we are cancelling your order. They are just making a fool of the customers I made the advance payment to them through CC. & after so many days they checked the product quality ??? why they were lingering on the it for so many days . They are just taking orders from customers & dont know how to deliver & from where . they are just collecting money from consumers & making a fool of them . This is the 2nd time I had this worst experience with them last time also they did not return my money & gave me the points so I had to waste my money on buying products from this pathetic website,
This is the last time I have bought product from these bunch of jerks & . Dont buy anything from this website they are just looting the consumers.

Fashionandyou ppl are big cheats. They have eaten up my money and their bloody customer care ppl are fooling me from the last 3 months. I ordered for a saree worth Rs. 1799 (order number: 4243386) for which I got refund in credits. Thereafter I ordered another product (order number:[protected] which I received in a defective way. For this I got my refund of Rs. 899 after months of fights. Now my remaining credits of Rs. 900 aren’t in my account since 3 months. Customer care is expert in giving fake commitments. I feel cheated and request everyone not to risk their hard earned money with these bloody exploiters. I am taking this case to consumer court and seeking help to get rid of them.
It's a blur site and totally fake. I have ordered two products and these fool people sent 2-same product as it was cash on delivery so i paid for both and than i returned one product, they didnt refund my money and still its 4- months. I am tired of sending mails and calls. Completely chor website.

I already told them that now I am going on vacation and after coming back only I can receive it but courier guy hand over it to office mail room. fashionandyou is a very bad site I have ordered a hookah it came after 21 days of ordering date and the product was broken. So I complained regarding this so they said to send a pic of the broken product for verification after that they said I will get my cash back so then I mailed the pics and now they are not giving my money back and giving me vouchers and forcing me to buy again from them.

I agree with you all. Fashion and You is big fraud and cheap. I got my products in time in December 2014. However, the they were of poor quality and not as per my requirement. So I returned the products on the next day. My order no is[protected]. I was told that I will get my refund back within 7 working days.
Today is 23rd January 2015, I returned the goods on 12th December 2014. It is more than 1.5 months..Still I have not got my refund amount back. I called their call center number of times and also mailed my concern to them. I only got a promise that we are looking into your matter and sorry or the delay, we will get back to you. I was also told to credit my points in my account to which I refused.
After undergoing such a bad experience who will want to buy anything from FNY? Therefore, I insisted on transferring my money to my account. I mailed them all the required details. Still till date I have not received a single penny and not a word of acknowledgement of my concern.
Such a pathetic and useless fellows they are. FNY people do not know how to deal with customers and the call center guys are useless and hopeless. They do not even understand the gravity of the issue and they just keep on doing fake promises. Till date I have not received a single amount. I mailed them all the details and asked for the refund numerous times. But these people are cheap and do not value their customers.
I strongly urge all of you not to buy a single thing from FNY.
Please go shopping elsewhere like Myntra or Jabong for example. They people are very professional and resolve your concerns quickly.

The worst website every and the worst customer service the only thing they know is to tell that please wait for a day or two.. I had ordered for a salwar Suit on the 10th of December 2014 and received it on the 18th of December the product image showed red but when I received it it was orange I asked for a return and refund after an hour talking over the phone they agreed to it... I retuNed the product on the 20th and sent the bank detaiLs by the 22nd they replied stating we havent received the any details so sent it again on the same day and after that today is the 24th of jan 2015 I have not received the money yet.. I want to file a complaint... so if any one wants to join me pls get in touch..
